私たちの広々としたコンドミニアムは、友人や家族のための隠れ家です。 ビーチからわずか3分の場所にあるこの複合施設には、プライベートプール、駐車場、BBQラウンジエリアがあります。

設備の整ったキッチン：冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、フラットトップコンロ、食器洗い機。 素敵な家電製品 - 家庭内で自分で持っているアイテム。 持参する必要があるのは何か料理をすることだけです。 すべてのベッドルームは350以上のスレッドカウントシート、セラミックタイル、テレビ/ DVD、天井ファンを備えています。 各ユニットには洗濯機と乾燥機が含まれています。 ワイヤレスインターネット接続。

Family Vacation

The place was perfect for our family of six. It’s hard to accommodate a large family and this place had everything we needed plus an amazing location a block from beach access and in the middle of the island perfect safe area.

Our little vacation

Our time spent there was very much enjoyed. I had no problems whatsoever except for the upstairs neighbors were ridiculously loud all hours of the night until 5 almost 6am every morning! The condo is beautiful and walking distance to any and everything you are looking for!

Convenient near the beach and beach access and nice neighborhood

Over all our staying was good everything worked as expected plenty of space and well equipped kitchen plenty of towels and pool is a plus our little pets enjoy the side grass the only not so good thing is that furniture is old and wear off the sofa beds are the worst but we brought a inflatable mattress and there’s a couple of folding beds in the closet so we were still fine we enjoyed being here

Not the best, Not the worst

Communication with owner was fantastic. Location, great. Cleanliness, not so much. We had to wash all the dishes and pans before use. A/c had a leak with a bucket to catch the water which was overflowing. I emptied it twice daily for the 4 days we were there. Internet was out entire time ( included tv not working) good size space, good communication with owner. Wouldn’t stay here again.

AC went out during stay

We were excited to stay here because the posting and previous reviews were good. We stayed Friday-Monday. Saturday, we felt the AC may have been out because the condo wouldn’t cool. The current temp in TX is in the 90s and humidity is real high so it feels hotter. Needless to say, it was uncomfortable. We notified the owner and they indicated that the AC was not broken as they had it checked a month ago. We looked in the closet and the filter hadn’t been changed in several months and there was water on the floor and leaking. The owner had someone come clean but no one could fix the AC apparently because it was a holiday weekend. Had it just been a couple of scuffed walls or a couple cosmetic things, it wouldn’t have been so bad, but the heat was terrible and we were not offered any accommodations as a temporary solution.

Great location

Great location, very short walk to the beach. Definitely more spacious than the pictures make it look. In the 3 days we went to the pool, it only had other people 1 time (all 4 units that share the pool were occupied), and it was a great way to enjoy some water time and not be around others. The house could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived (dirty pots in the cabinets and hair on the bathroom floor). The wifi was not good at all.

Excellent location and stay at SPI

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The main reason we chose this rental is because it would allow us to bring our two dogs. The property was exactly what we needed and nicely furnished. Our recommendations for improvement would be to replace the beds, especially in the guest room. My teenagers had a hard time sleeping there because the mattresses were so hard. They preferred to sleep on the couches, which says a lot. Lastly, the photos on the listing seem to be from multiple units. While they are pretty close in showing you what to expect, they aren't for each unit. We thought we'd have a balcony overlooking the pool, but our unit didn't. The owner was very responsive to a question we had upon arrival, but then didn't respond to our second message about the fridge in our unit. While it didn't stop working completely, we were worried that we might lose the food we purchased for our stay. That said, the condo met our needs and expectations and we would highly recommend staying here. SPI is the best beach in Texas and we had a wonderful vacation- even in the midst of a global pandemic!

Easy stay and great location

Property owner very easy to deal with and answered a question I had right away. Property is close to Moonlight/#13 boardwalk entrance with showers, which is very nice especially if you're bringing a wagon to the beach like we do. Linens were nice, large master bedroom with lots of windows. Kitchen well stocked but not overly stocked. Living room furniture was comfortable. My kids were disappointed with the pool size (smaller than they would've liked), but that was only drawback.

we loved it!

We stayed a week at one of these units. Plenty of room and very nice. Short walk to beach and a small pool in the backyard. My husband and I are both picky about places we stay and were worried it wouldn't be as good as the pics. However, it was. The only thing we saw that might be problematic would be one grill for four units. We grilled twice but we were the only family there for the majority of the week. We will definitely use again!
