Great position

Villa is high up which means a gentle breeze. The pool was great and the views fantastic.

Lovely villa

The villa was great for our family group. Facilities were really good. En suite bathrooms and air con in all. Reliable WiFi and kitchen well equipped. Couple of small issues which were sorted easily with the villa owner ( gate fob not working and question over linen change over).

Villa très agréable et calme, parfait.

Nous avons été accueillis par Susan et Philipp, très charmants. La villa est vraiment très agréable, au calme et très bien équipée. La piscine est top et surtout propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent!!!!

From the moment of the pre-booking Susie was willing to answer any questions I had. The day we arrived, Nora received us, she had an excellent deal with us and answered any questions we had. The house is more beautiful than what is seen in the photos, it had air conditioning in the rooms and mosquito nets, the house has very good distribution, is comfortable and has a pool with a barbecue area, excellent to be with friends and family, and the garden area is large. The only bad thing is that at night the entire urbanization is dark since there are no street lamps that give light (but that already falls to the town hall). I'll definitely repeat it.

Vacaciones agradables

Villa Margarita cuenta con un magnífico jardín y una piscina muy agradable para pasar las vacaciones en un entorno extraordinariamente tranquilo e íntimo. La villa está en el extremo de una urbanización rodeada de árboles que le aporta una gran privacidad. La casa es confortable y razonablemente bien conservada, aunque algunos muebles, como las hamacas de la piscina, están muy viejas y usadas. El menaje de la cocina también está bastante deteriorado y probablemente sería conveniente renovarlo lo antes posible. La villa cuenta con una magnífica barbacoa en excelente estado para disfrutar al máximo del sol y la piscina. Sin lugar a dudas, el principal inconveniente es la limpieza de la casa. El primer día tuvimos que limpiar a fondo baños, cocina y el menaje que íbamos a utilizar. Preferimos hacerlo nosotros mismos para evitar la entrada a la casa de nadie más por la pandemia de COVID-19. Phillip es un gran anfitrión y ha procurado resolver rápidamente algunos inconvenientes que tuvimos los primeros días. La comunicación con él fue fluida en todo momento. Si mejoran la limpieza, retiran los trastos viejos del garaje y renuevan parte del mobiliario y menaje es una villa para repetir.

Lovely holiday home, everything you'd expect and more

Stayed as a family of six in July 17 and could not have had a better Villa to enjoy our holiday. All the bedrooms are of an excellent size, all with en-suite or a bathroom adjacent. Loved, loved, loved the pool area; very convenient having a fridge for drinks and snacks outside, shame the Jacuzzi wasn't working but everything else was great. Area is very quiet but a very short drive to Supermarket and shops etc. Javea beach was fantastic and we loved Moraira for evening restaurants. If you want a spacious villa, very close to all the bustle but far enough to feel you are away from it all, then this is the ideal place for you. We loved our time at Villa Mariposa and would recommend highly.

Perfect Time Perfect Place

We were greeted at Villa Mariposa by Susie and Philip who made you feel at home the moment you walked through the door. The villa was extremely spacious with all the amenities you could possibly want for a relaxing self catering holiday set up in the hills in a most peaceful location. The pool and surrounding areas had plenty of chairs, tables and sun loungers together with cushions for your comfort. There were seven people in our party and everyone had space with the rooms being large and comfortable. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space and the bathrooms with each bedroom were well equipped. Our time at Villa Mariposa was relaxing, comfortable, fun and we all enjoyed both the villa, surrounding areas with plenty to see and do. We shall be coming back again and also recommending it to our friends. Nothing to fault and loads of pluses.

We live in Spain for most of the year after my Husband retired. Our children all live in England including my youngest who was educated here at the Lady Elizabeth School. We thoroughly enjoy living in Spain especially in this area . Javea has night clubs and plenty going on but also nearby is Moraira which is quieter and very elegant. Our villa is our home and consequently it is furnished to a high standard. Most years we add something to the villa. One year we put the air conditioning in, then we put the spiral staircase which takes you up to the sun terrace above the garage. Amazing views. Last year we redecorated the master-bedroom, re-tiled the floor and completely refurbished the en-suite (photos to follow). This is NOT a rental property, we are welcoming you as our guests and are sure you will be more than happy with all the facilities that we provide, which explains why we regularly have guests returning.

Villa Mariposa is elegant, quiet and private within a short drive of both Javea and Moraira. We love everything about the area. The sandy beach in Javea has a long promenade (Arenal) with plenty of shops and restaurants. The road is set well back from the beach so the promenade is extremely safe. Just along the coast is the Port of Javea with beautiful boats and beach side cafes. Above the Port is the old town of Javea with its quaint narrow streets (no cars but plenty of parking) boutiques and bars. Moraira has a sandy bay, beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. Both towns have plenty of super-markets and there is one near to the villa. There are plenty of water skiing. surfing and scuba diving outlets and horse riding is nearby. We think the area has everything for a wonderful holiday. If you want a day at a theme park then Benidorm and its various attractions is only 30 miles away.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is ideally situated halfway between Javea and Moraira close to the AP7 motorway for easy access to Benidorm/Alicante or Valencia. The large shopping centre at Ondara is only a few kilometres away and the lovely town of Denia with its ferry services to Ibiza and Mallorca is similarly very close. There are several historical sites that can also be visited nearby or just enjoy the beautiful National Parks.
The villa has a very efficient alarm system plus electric shutters and double glazed security windows. Tesoro Park (the name of the estate the villa is situated on) consists of luxury villas with large gardens. We are situated at the top of the complex and overlook the valley and the golf course. The gardener comes once a week and keeps the garden extremely well. The pool man cleans the pool twice a week and both men ring the bell before entering the property (unless it is very early!!). The pool is usually about 28-30c during July and August. Both Javea and Moraira have markets once a week. The water at the villa is drinking water, no need for bottled and the fridge has an ice making machine and cool filtered water. The TV has lots of English channels including Sky sports.
