モダンな一戸建てヴィラ、プライベートプール、トロピカルガーデン、素晴らしいロケーション。

Hi Linda, Thank you so much for posting such a great review and rating us 10/10. We are delighted that you and your group of girlfriends enjoyed the villa so much whilst celebrating your special birthday. Our information pack is based on 30 years of enjoying Playa Blanca and Lanzarote and we are pleased this was helpful and added to your enjoyment of your holiday. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Rachel, Thank you so much for your lovely review and I am delighted that you made the most of our information pack. It's great to hear that you and the family enjoyed the villa so much with your large party of six adults and four children. It was so nice to receive your email saying you are making some good family memories. Best wishes. Julie.

Dear Carol, We were disappointed to receive your review and are sorry that your holiday was not as expected. We do our utmost to ensure our villa provides a wonderful holiday experience. As owners we try to ensure that our guests have a lovely holiday experience, and our reputation as responsible owners is very important to us. We are due to be over in Playa Blanca shortly ourselves and will address the issues you have raised. After 22 years of renting our two villas in Playa Blanca and receiving mostly five-star reviews it was a surprise to receive your comments, and that you were unable to appreciate the many positives of our villa, such as the brand new kitchen and appliances fitted in June 26 along with the 65' inch TV, that have been recognised and loved by so many guests. Kind regards. Julie.

Hi Ruth, Thank you so much for posting such a complimentary review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the villa and made the most of exploring the local area. It was lovely to meet you and your family whilst you were over to celebrate a friends wedding. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Sheryl, Thank you so much for rating us 5 stars and posting a lovely review. We are in a wonderful spot and enjoying the seclusion, privacy and peaceful location of our villa certainly promotes a sense of well-being and relaxation whilst on holiday. Best wishes. Julie.

Dear Ross, Thank you so much for your 5-star rating and fabulous review. It was a pleasure to host you and your wife, your three little ones and your new baby; we are delighted you had so much fun at the villa and enjoyed the heated pool so much. Playa Blanca is a lovely family resort. I really enjoyed our communications and please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to book again. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Holly, Thank you so much for your rating of 5 stars. We are delighted that the villa comfortably accommodated your large family with a home from home experience. We do love Villa Blackrock and hope that shines through when our guests stay with us. We would welcome you back at any stage and thank you for recommending our villa so highly. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Rachel, Many thanks for your lovely review and we are delighted that all of your three generations of family enjoyed Villa Blackrock for it's space and great facilities. I'm delighted that your little ones enjoyed the pool so much having the pool heated, especially in March makes such a difference. Baileys Restaurant is a great find and being a five minute walk from the villa I am sure our future guests will make much use of your recommendation. We would love to welcome you all back. Best wishes. Julie.

Dear Jade, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and comments. We are delighted that your large family all had such a great time with all the comforts of home to home, which is exactly what we strive for. Delighted to hear that the heated pool ensured a lot of fun for the little ones with the pool toys. It's a real bonus for our villa to now have Lidl so close for self-catering, we love breakfast and lunches at the villa and our evenings are usually spent in resort at the waterfront restaurants. Best wishes. Julie.

Thank you so much for your comprehensive and excellent review. We are delighted that you found Villa Blackrock well equipped and spacious and found the location ideal. It was also a pleasure to host you and thank you for your lovely comments, we would welcome you and your family back anytime.  Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Paul, Thank you so much for your rating of 5 stars and we are delighted that you and your family are so delighted with Villa Blackrock. We do have a lovely pool and garden area which is private and set in the gated complex means it is very peaceful and tranquil. It was also a pleasure to deal with you, thank you for your lovely comments. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Scott, Thank you for your lovely review. We do have an experienced and responsive management team who deal quickly and efficiently with any issues. Pool heating is important in December as the night time air can be much cooler, the cover is great for providing the insulation required and being electrically operated the pool normally does reach a good temperature. A car is not essential with the bus stop right outside our complex arriving every 30 minutes and serving the whole of Playa Blanca resort and a taxi rank only down the road. The town centre is a lovely walk by Atlantic park and Flamingo beach with its waterside restaurants only a 20-minute walk away. We are delighted that you loved your stay and found the villa as described. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Bev, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and rating us 5 stars. We are delighted that you and your family had such a lovely time and managed to embrace the local delights of Playa Blanca and all that it has to offer. Enjoying the pool and outdoor space relaxing and having fun in the November sunshine is a great way to cut the winter's back home short. I really enjoyed our communications and please feel free to contact me if you wish to book again, you would be very welcome. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Simon and Sally, We really appreciate your complimentary and comprehensive review, especially as you know Playa Blanca so well. We love the location; it really is in a great spot for rest and relaxation, yet so close to all the delights of Playa Blanca resort. Thank you so much for recommending our villa so highly and rating us 5-star! Please do come back to me when you wish to re-book. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your fabulous review and we are delighted that you had such a wonderful holiday with your four little ones. The triple bedroom is a great size and I'm sure there was lots of fun making the room into a den area. The villa is perfect for the larger family, we like to equip the villa to feel comfortable for a home from home feel and the added benefit of the pool affords lots of fun and extended hours play with the heating in place. We appreciate your 5-star rating and we would welcome you back to stay, at any stage. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Ken, Thank you so much for your excellent and comprehensive review. We are very happy that our villa comfortably accommodated the three generations of your family, both within the villa and outside with our extensive garden, pool and patio area. There is now a lovely walk through Atlantic Park which reduces the walk to the harbour, and a taxi at the end of the evening from Playa Blanca centre back to the villa is only 4 euro's. We pride ourselves on our excellent management company and we work together well, to provide what we hope is a fabulous holiday experience for all of our guests. Kind regards. Julie.

Dear Jan, Our villa had a water leak in the garden before you arrived. It is built on concrete which absorbed some leaked water that spread up the lower part of a wall. This occurred as Spanish building regulations do not require a damp course and was explained to you. The bedroom you refer to has three external walls and one internal wall, the total perimeter of which is approximately twenty five metres and the length of wall affected was one and a half metres at most. The walls are two and a half metres high and an area of twenty five centimetres wide at most was affected at its lower part. This would not have caused dampness of note nor made the room uninhabitable. Our manager, who assessed your concerns, advised you that the dampness you pointed out on the other walls, was not due to a leak, but due to condensation, as the nights were unusually cold and several guests slept in the room with the windows closed. Guests stayed in our villa immediately before and after you and raised no concerns. You said our advert did not cover pool heating nor air conditioning costs when in fact it is clearly stated under "Amenities" on the main advert page. We are surprised a VRBO assistant could not find these advert details. We suspect your demand for a very large refund on the cost of renting our villa led you to make these statements. We believe our consistently excellent reviews over many years renting our villa with our excellent management team supports this suspicion. Regards Julie

Hi Mick, Thank you for taking the time to post such a lovely review, with a 5-star rating. Just a small note though - our villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We are delighted that you enjoyed Villa Blackrock so much, the pool and patio area as you say are a great size, as is the villa. We have considered air conditioning but like many of the villas on the island we are designed so that this is not essential for a comfortable stay. We are in a tranquil and peaceful location, yet very close still to all the delights that the resort of Playa Blanca has to offer, which is very easy to access. We would be very happy to host you again. Best wishes. Julie.

Dear Caroline, Thank you so much for your fabulous review. We are in a lovely complex which is very peaceful and quiet yet close to all amenities. Our outdoor spaces are great with dedicated children's play area away from the pool and for additional sunbathing areas catching the sun all day long. You will be pleased to know we have just replaced our kitchen and are delighted with the upgrade. We would be happy to welcome you and your party back at any stage. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Michel and family, Thank you for your wonderful review, we are delighted that you described your stay with us, as truly a dream vacation. We are delighted the villa comfortably accommodated your three generations and you had such fun with your children and grandchildren in the pool. Special times! It was our pleasure too, in all of our communications with you. Best wishes. Julie.

Hi Laura, Thank you so much for your rating of 5 star's. We are delighted that you enjoyed the fabulous location of Villa Blackrock, and all the local amenities that Playa Blanca has to offer. I'm glad you and your family enjoyed the spacious villa and had lots of fun with the children in the large swimming pool - just how holidays are meant to be. Kind regards. Julie.

Thank you so much for your review. That's exactly how a holiday should be - Excellent, comfortable, well equipped, nice swimming pool and no worries! Best wishes. Julie.
