Beautiful Villa in front of the Lake and away from the tourist crowds, yet close to everything by car. There’s a beautiful lakeside promenade and two or three restaurants within walking distance, so there’s no need to deal with traffic if you dont want to.Deborah was an excellent host, and everything was very easy. I highly recommend it, unless you have difficulty going up or down stairs. There are the usual steps from the parking area down to the level of the house, about two floors below.I would definitely come back. It was a 10/10 vacation!!

Beautiful, lakeside property - would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Como and had a great holiday. The location is stunning and the property was perfect for our family. Deborah was very hospitable and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely beautiful villa! It has been a dream of mine to rent a villa on Lake Como, and this property did not disappoint! Deborah was very kind and thorough and the home was very well taken care of. The lakefront access was amazing and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Overall, our party of 6 had a dream stay!

Lovely villa in perfect location

We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa. The rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchen has everything you need apart from an oven. There is also a lot of outdoor space with stunning views of the lake. The villa is a short walk from a couple of bars and restaurants.

Great Location, Wonderful Villa.

Deborah was a wonderful host who did everything she could to be helpful. We enjoyed the villa and had a beautiful view of the lake from several different rooms, as well as the patio. A car was a must, as she recommended. The small town of Cremia is lovely, but for food and other sightseeing, you need transportation. I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful house right on the lake.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Great walks right along the lakeshore. Only caveat is the steep walkway down to the house. If you have trouble with walking this can be a challenge. For most people this is a great choice!!

Superb location and views!

It was so amazing to have the 4km promenade right out front for walks to great cafes and restaurants. Views from every room. Easy parking. Great grocery nearby. Good proximity to activities in Dongo, Menaggio, and the Ferry. The furniture has been updated since the photos were taken - it seats 6 comfortably in the main room now. We also appreciated the host being helpful in securing a recommendation when we had an unexpected medical need.

Great holiday home right on the lake.

We had a great week in this lovely holiday home. It was delightful being lakeside and watching the lake and the weather role in. Cremia is quiet but there are good restaurants nearby. We hired a boat for the day in Dongo only 10 mins away by car. The nearest mini market is a 5 min drive and the nearest big supermarket is 20 mins. That was the only downside really.

For the supermarket maybe you have missed the one that is closer... only 10 minutes away from the house, just after Dongo. I’m sorry if I haven’t explained well where it was! Mind Blowing

When we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes. We were directly facing the Lake & to our left we could see snow on the Swiss Alps. The steps down to the house meant it wasn't disabled friendly but that didn't affect us. We found everything comfortable but needed instructions for how to get some heating. This was a wonderful property but beware of the steps to get into the property from the driveway. It was NOT very well lit and there are a lot of steps to carry your suitcases down and then back up. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain while we were there and steps were very slippery and had to use our phone cameras to see.

Perfect private getaway

We needed a place that had to check a lot of boxes including air conditioning and a parking spot. But this villa beat the basics by a lot. The terrific balconies and patio spaces are great for sunbathers as they take in the views. You can even jump right into the lake in front of the house. The location is about an hour north of Como itself but in easy reach of Menaggio (20 minutes). If you're comfortable driving on narrow Italian roads it's a good central point. We even drove around the north of the lake and you can reach Varenna that way in about an hour. Our daughter can't do boats so this was great. There are two locations within easy walking distance for a quick meal and a grocery store is a short drive north to stock the kitchen. You really only have one neighbor too. The host Deborah was great checking us in and giving us good directions. Can not recommend highly enough.

Einfach nur traumhaft schön! Super toller Ausblick!! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kann sogar auf Deutsch antworten. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Wenn man mit mehr als 6 Personen übernachten will, schlafen die restlichen Gäste in einem anderen Gebäudeteil unterhalb des Hauses. Dort gibt es ein Doppelbett mit Bad & Dusche. Ideal für 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Haus zum See. Hier sind Wasserschuhe wegen der Steine empfehlenswert. Ideal für SUP, Surfer (Kite) & Schlauchboote.

Ganz am See mt Traumausblick. Toller Uferweg. Gute location für standuppaddeling. Sehr schöne Frühstück und Dinner-Restaurants in Fussreichweite. Haus sehr sauber , Vermieter sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Nur zu empfehlen. Werden wieder kommen.

Traum am Wasser mit kleinen Fehlern

Perfekte Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Einrichtung etwas spartanisch und ohne große Atmosphäre. Leute die gerne Kochen und Backen haben keinen Backofen, es fehlen Auflagen für Stühle und Liegen, das Geschirr könnte reichhaltiger sein.

wonderful spot

This house is a little under loved. There is no oven and no air con and it is not lavishly or stylishly decorated but the outside space more than makes up for it. Lots of places to sit, eat, lie And swim outside. A great walk from the rear of the property takes you to the next village and a great bakery/ little genetal store/pizza place and restaurant. Views are incredible. We loved out stay.

an amazing experience

we loved our stay at this property..the vistas,,the walk right near the lake shall be with us for a long time. .deborah,was most helpful,,infact she came to guide us at around 10..00 in the nite ,,when we lost our way to the property.. the house is well stocked with all needs and is far superior to the description of the property..on website.. we certainly shall visit again..

Beautiful home in a stunning location

Deborah's Lake Como property is perfect - the panoramic view from the living room is almost impossible to take your eyes off, and the view gets better when you step out onto one of the three outdoor areas. The interior decor is very modern, and the property was perfectly clean with good quality furniture. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, and it's a great base from which to explore the lakes and the wider area. I didn't want to leave, and can't wait to go back!

WOW! What a spectacular view, what a location!

We stayed 14 days in this villa by the waterside at lake Como, and we have to say this villa and location exceeded Our expectations. We fully enjoyed Our Holiday in this marvelous surroundings. Great thanks to both Giuseppe and you Deborah for Your service minded attitude and great hospitality.
