The Space:

Welcome to Mountainside Manor!



This gated private estate is featured in the rolling hills of Cleveland, TN, and showcases top-of-the-line amenities around every corner. On the Mountainside Manor grounds, you will find a fully stocked pond, panoramic mountain views, multiple outdoor fire-pits, three indoor stone fireplaces, and a custom-designed (unheated) pool that includes swim-up barstools over the infinity edge, a water slide, a stone waterfall with a shaded cave, multiple pop-up water streamers, and a kid-friendly walk into the pool. By the pool house, you will have access to the outdoor grill, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and patio seating, corn hole, and a swing. The pool house is available to rent as well for an additional charge, it is not included when booking this property as is, the pool house can sleep up to 4 more guests and has a kitchen, private bathroom, Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa. Outside of the manor, you will find a two-story patio and deck that have multiple seating spaces, one fire pit, and stunning views of the property and lake.



Once you venture into the manor you will find 5 private bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people (16 if you include the pool house), 5 bathrooms, multiple living rooms, multiple kitchen spaces, a soundproof movie room, laundry room, and so much more! Each bedroom features top-of-the-line linens and bedding to increase your luxury experience while at Mountainside Manor. During your stay, you will experience a truly one-of-a-kind luxury experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the Greater Chattanooga area! This space would be ideal for large families, church groups, corporate retreats, or family reunions!

Please Note:

Please bring along lighters and charcoal for the grill & fireplaces if you would like to enjoy these during your stay. One of the indoor fireplaces is a wood-burning fireplace. Please bring wood, starters, and a long lighter if you would like to enjoy this fireplace inside.



For the on-property lake, everyone must wear life vests if they would like to enjoy this amenity. If you would like to fish, please bring your own fishing equipment. Bass, Carp, & Brim are stocked in the lake and it is catch-and-release fishing.



The pizza oven in the second living space is not operational.



The circular addition to the pool is not operational as a hot tub and is used as an extension of the pool. The pool is not heated during the winter. The pool is open year-round. There are outdoor security cameras to monitor the front door and pool area.



There is no swimming allowed in the lake. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed. There is a galvanized can by the lake that holds fish food. Feel free to feed the fish during your stay, please ensure the lid is pushed down after you finish feeding the fish to confirm no animals can access the fish food.



Some furniture might be changed as updating is needed.



Loud parties are not permitted at our property. We have an active noise monitoring service, and violators may have their stay canceled without refund.
