Third stay

This is our third stay in 18 months, absolutely love the apartment and the area. The pool is great the pool bar is lovely and cheaply priced, but has a good selection of alcoholic drinks and good food, plenty of restaurants nearby and it's just a 15min walk to the beach.

Castle harbour

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and will plan to again next year. The property has had some tweaks to it since last and helped to make the stay even better, the balcony is just amazing by having the lions share of the sun all day. It's within walking distance of the beach and local bars and restaurants I highly recommend it, had a lovely stay there. Thanks Peter

Still a lovely apt on a good complex

Stayed many times and will continue to do so. Everything you need is in the apt for a self catering holiday, although a super on site restaurant and many options for entertainment and eating down the hill or on the front. Always recommend it here and the apt also. Pool heated and well maintained. Charges for sunbeds stops the huge rush as well.

Best pool on the island

Very homely, very clean, lovely restaurant on site and lots of restaurants round about, so although lots of reviews say it’s up cardiac hill that’s not a great problem unless you’ve got poor mobility.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Anlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön groß mit extra Schlafzimmer. Auch die Terrasse war sehr groß mit einem sehr guten Blick auf den großen Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war super, er hat uns bei den Rückflugproblemen wegen eines Streiks in Deutschland sehr geholfen. Die Anlage insgesamt war sehr schön, sehr sauber und auch ruhig. Die Leute am Empfang waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwar ist die Anlage etwas entfernt von den Stränden, aber es gibt sich zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, von wo man nach Los Cristianos oder Las Americas fahren kann. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu erreichen.

Appartement agréable, proche des bus excursions, un peu éloigné des plages. Séjour sans problème, réception ouverte 24h/24. Très belle terrasse mieux que sur les photos et grande piscine. Je me recommande.

Castle Harbour Accomodation

The accommodation was perfect, plenty of room and ceiling fans in the living area and bedroom which were adequate. The self catering facilities were perfect and we often had lunch in and took advantage of them. The balcony must be the best in the complex overlooking the pool and capturing the sun all day. Location was very good with bars and restaurants close by, albeit the last 280 yards to the complex was a bit of a climb but worth it for the accommodation. The host Graeme was so accommodating he liased, leading up to the stay and gave advice on taxis, complex details and local amenities. We had an issue with the TV and within 24hrs the TV was looked at by an engineer and replaced by a new one, fantastic service.

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, great view over the pool. One of the best things was there was no sunbed race every morning. You can go to the pool at your leisure and get a sunbed anytime. There are some great bars/restaurants nearby with the Mongolian buffet being the pick of them. One thing to watch is that the walk back from Los Christianos centre is up what the locals call "Cardiac Hill", its steep in places, take a taxi (around €6).

Perfect location

Just spent a week here. We have stayed in this area before. Appartment extremely clean and well equipped kitchen. Fridge is slightly small but we soon got used to that. Lovely clean pool area. The accommodation is up a hill but anyone with mobility issues can always get a taxi up. Staff on reception extremely friendly and helpful. Small charge for use of sunbeds and WiFi for the week. The owner responded promptly to any messages that I sent. Would definitely stay here again.

Trés bon séjour à Los Cristianos

Bel appartement. Stationnement facile,bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Les points positifs: La grande terrasse bien orientée avec vue sur la piscine. Bonne siruation géographique. Points négatifs: wifi qui rame le soir. réfrigérateur trop petit, pas de rideaux dans la chambre et bruit de circulation dans la chambre.Enfin la piscine était à 19 degrés donc peu de personnes se baignaient.

Appartamento vicino a Los Christianos

Le cose negative della struttura sono state: polvere e capelli nell'appartamento, frigo troppo piccolo. Le cose positive sono state: ottimo prezzo, ottima posizione, ben esposto, accessori cucina vari, molti giochi e molto spazioso. Consiglio al proprietario di mettere un frigo piu' grande e di sostituire le lampadine in quanto la sera la cucina/soggiorno è poco luminoso.

Lovely stay.

On checking in lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. The apartment wasn’t ready due to us arriving early, but the cleaner let us leave the cases, letting my granddaughter get swimming stuff out for the pool. Everything we needed for a selfcatering holiday in the apartment was provided. Balcony is fantastic, getting the sun all day and overlooking the pool. Pool area is very well maintained, met some lovely people during our time by the pool, granddaughter met friends, which always helps! Had a few meals in the El Paso on site bar and everything was spot on, and reasonably priced. Originally booked just myself and husband, but decided to take our granddaughter. I contacted the owner Graeme to ask if this was ok and we would pay any extra cost. Graeme advised this was fine, and he didn’t want any extra payment for her. Thought this was a really kind gesture from him. Looking forward to another stay in this apartment, we had a fantastic time.
