Perfect location

Me and my family stayed here for 2wks and had a luvly time. The pool was great i have 2 boys 8yrs & 4 yrs who loved it plus it was also cleaned twice when we were here. Quiet location.,The beach and night life is a 5min taxi journey and the supermarkets within walking distance along with crazy golf and a few pubs/cafes/restaurants. Would reccommend for a relaxing family holiday.

Nice Villa - would reccomend

The Villa was well presented, clean and a good size. The location was good in that it was in the middle of many of the main areas however to get to the main strip / other local bars it did mean a walk (some of the roads did not have paths) or getting a taxi (which were not expensive). We had trouble with the upstairs toilet but the manager was very approachable and came to the property to resolve the issue very quickly. If you are looking for a nice villa to chill out in and relax this is the one for you. There are some great bars/ restaurants nearby for dinner and drinks and I would recommend the villa to family and friends.

Por los precios q emos pagado no valía la pena.. LIMPIEZA fatal las sábanas viejas.. Aire acondicionado de un dormitorio no funcionaba.. Las ratas andaba por el patio.. En la planta baja no hay ningún aire acondicionado... Decepción total.. Falta mucha reforma..

La maison est bien, mais dommage mal entretenue.

Ménage vite fait, l’aspirateur pas passé dans les pièces du haut, frigo pas nettoyé et pas vidé. Le sac aspirateur était plein tous les protèges matelas sont a changer la climatisation d'une des chambre ne fonctionne pas. La chasse d’eau des WC du bas ne fonctionne pas Le tapis anti-glisse est a changer

les + : maison agreable , propre et bien faite. En juillet la clim uniquement dans les chambres suffisait largement malgrés des températures élévés. la piscine est top et bien entretenue ( nettoyage deux fois par semaine par une société) les - : -Certains équipements qui devraient être remplacés et l'isolation (nous entendions la musique et les conversations des voisins heureusement, ils étaient presents qu'a la fin de notre séjour) Globalement c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Great property in lovely quiet area

We stayed here for a week in September lovely property spotless with great facilities. Pool was perfect cleaned twice while we were there. Parking right outside the property very safe. Great selection of restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep, car hire is needed to explore fully. Costal walk way is a must perfect for early morning stroll, so many beaches close by. Have stayed before and will again, just a perfect spot. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful private house in quiet estate

We stayed here for a week in October. The house was perfect for us with a little baby, the estate was quiet and great for a stroll around with the buggy. The house was lovely and clean and the lady, Margaret, who met us on arrival couldnt have been more helpful. There is a beautiful little courtyard out the front of the house perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, it even has a banana tree! We didnt use the pool much due to the time of year which was a shame. The house has everything you could need. We did rent a car, there are a few places near by but I would recommend you get a car. A few minutes drive away and you have a choice of four or five beautiful beaches, Aldi and other shops and restaurants. We loved the big shopping centre its definately a must. We will be back for sure. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Das Haus ist renovierbedüftig.Fast alle Türen klemmen.Küchenwaschbecken sehr verschlissen.Toilette im Untergeschoß renovierbedürftig da WC Wasserkasten defekt(Wasserzulauf schließt nicht mehr.Ständiges rauschen)Duschehalterung für Duschkopf abgebrochen.2 Metallstühle Sitzfläsche mit Schnur repariert.1 PVC Stuhl an der Armlehne gebrochen.Sehr schlechte Beleuchtung im Haus.Kaffeemaschine trotz Reklamation der kaputten Glaskanne nicht zu gebrauchen(im Kaffeefilter noch der verschimmelte Filter vorhanden).Bettwäsche wurde beim Einzug wegen Schmutzflecken beanstandet und gleich behoben.Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer defekt.Von einer schönen Villa kann man nicht sprechen da das gesamte Haus aus 4 Wohneinheiten besteht. POSITIV:Pool sehr gepflegt.Badezimmer im 1.Stock machte einen guten Eindruck. Achtung viele Mücken. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Die Ansprech Partner vor Ort waren in Ordnung.

Great pool

Plenty of space in villa and pool was great lots of pots and utensils could have done with more towels as had to keep washing them nice big comfy sofa beds could do with mattress toppers as quite uncomfatable Aldi has now moved 20 minutes walk up the from the villa at Last Fuente the restaurants and bars there are great and much more competitive than the nearer ones The villa was lacking in a few things we got empty quilt covers as sheets which do not work as they are not wide enough so We bought some we also bought a frying pan as the one in the cupboard was black and unuasable we also bought some coathangers as there were only 10 for 6 people The kitchen could definitely do with a update as the sink and worktop have a lot of dark brown stains We still had a great time and would recommend the villa we didn't have a car and walked nearly everywhere though did use the bus a few times but a car would be good

Spent great time but need strong renovation

We spent great days, we enjoyed the terrace and the private pool, excellent brand new main bathroom upstairs. The pool was perfect and was cleaned twice in a week, bravo! Lovely area near to the beach and very quiet. Close to beach, restaurants, children areas and shoping center, perfect. Anyway it was our second time there and the house need a lot of reno: terrace furnitures chairs and sunbeds are burned and broken, fixed with ropes...not acceptable must be replaced. A/C from small bedroom broken and not fixed. The sink in the kitchenette is also burned, looks dirty and must be replaced, it is cheap. Also the microwaves, old and dirty Kitchenware is outdated, several pans and pots are no longer useful Must improve the cleaning: there were cobwebs in the windows I want these comments to be useful, there is much to improve Thanks

You need a car

Lovely villa but far away from all sights and attractions so you will need a car to get out & about. Local buses are hit or miss. Villa itself was small but perfectly formed with a nice 5ft deep pool so all adults will be able to stand up in it. Only downside was the AC in 3rd bedroom mentioned in other reviews is still not working and the area is heavy with mosquitoes. Bring bug repellant! Overall nice for a short stay but I would not go for a long break there again due to remote/residential location

Very Quiet Area

Wouldn't recommend this property for families. Very quiet area & neighbours so excited children in their own pool not ideal. The pool is lovely, great size & cleaned twice a week. No welcome pack of do's & don't of the property so make sure ur aware of these before your stay. Beds very comfortable & air-con good. Property's kitchen & bathrooms need upgrading & a new couch. Wi-Fi & good quality BBQ provided. Car necessary.

Lovely spacious villa

We stayed here for a week in June with our three kids and really enjoyed it. The villa is very spacious and everyone absolutely loved the pool where we all spent a lot of time. It was perfect for the kids as it isn't too deep or big and was cleaned twice during our stay. The kids enjoyed the fact that there was wifi so they could connect up their tablets on an evening in and also made good use of the various games provided from the cupboard in the living room. The only downside was that the air con in one of the bedrooms didn't work for the duration of our stay and the engineer that visited to look at it couldn't fix it at the time. You do need a car to get around and visit nearby places with a better range of restaurants and shops than the ones just down the road but we didn't mind this. All in all, a great property for a great price.

Fantastic villa in a quite location

As I sit on the balcony on the final day, I cant fault our stay. The owner has been 100% flexible from start to finish, answering my many questions and also allowing us to check out a littke later on the final day. The swimming pool was cleaned twice during our stay, and is a fantastic addition for the holiday. We have an 8 and 14 year old, I was at first a little sceptical at how they woild do with just relaxing by the pool all.week. but we bought some inflatables, and it was getting them out of the pool that was difficult. The villa is situated just a €10 taxi ride from La Zenia and €5 from La Fuente which has a lot of places to eat and drink. If you're looking for a newspaper or ciggarettes head to the Lounge near aldi as they have both. Either the crazy golf of rose tea gardens is perfect for lunch and the street is fantastic for dinner. The villa itself has plenty of plates, bowls, cups, towels and selection of board games and.books, and aldi is only a 10 minute slow walk away. The electric did.go out one day, however a text to the people that manage the villa and they were assisting within 5 minutes, very helpful and friendly. Only one thing would say is was a little confusing when we had arrived - partly my fault, I had printed the older documents so.had a person that used to.manage the property on it, but also the owners direct app seemed to have outdated info too. But as soon as our service on phone hit we had a text from.the person managing it, so panic was over pretty quickly. There is also a card for a local taxi firm, call.or email them and they will send a cab within 10 minutes, no real problems with taxis during our visit

great villa ! proper job!

Lovely stay at the villa it was just what we were looking for, private, clean, all facilities were great, although could'nt access the wifi with the password supplied, but apart from that pool was great and clean, we loved our stay there looking to possible book again next year, with more business to conclude in the area mixed with a holiday! will be contacting Andrea again! we'll be back! kind regards John Powers

Lovely place would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Very nice villa, clean and peaceful. Pool was great for cooling off and although the villa is a short taxi ride away (10mins) from cabo roig strip it's so quiet and only a short walk from the Aldi supermarket and a few bars and cafes. We travelled with no children and we had such a relaxing holiday. Margerat who showed us round on arrival was really helpful, she recommended a taxi service to us as the Spanish ones just don't turn up. Villa has everything you need, we mainly ate out but the facilities are there if you want to cater for yourself. If you want Spanish tapas go to la Bahia restaurant overlooking the sea, it was the best restaurant by far and about 15 mins in a taxi 70euro for the lot which included drinks. The people in the area are friendly too. We did think the cleaning fee was maybe a bit steep as we kept the place tidy and we cleaned before we left but that was the only no so good point beside that it was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Fresh towels on arrival and nice people to do business with.

What a find....

We have had the most perfect holiday in this lovely villa in October. Everything went smoothly from initial booking to departure. Andrea(owner) was so helpful and friendly. Emailing all details about the villa and the places of interest to visit during our stay. The villa lived up to all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean. Although we were a group of six adults and because of the layout (good size balcony off main bedroom, pool and BBQ area at back and walked seating area in front) it never felt overcrowded. We were able to enjoy our own space and privacy if we wanted to. Another really nice touch was on arrival we were met and warmly greeted by Margaret who showed us round and handed over the keys(three sets). Then as we didn't have a car and it was unusually warm for the time of year 24/25 degrees she drove us to Aldi on the 'mini strip', (5min walk) and waited for us to stock up for the week. How about that for customer service? We were delighted, also on our departure day as our flight wasn't until 5 and the next guests weren't arriving till the next day were able to stay in the villa till our taxi arrived late afternoon. Giving us a few more much appreciated time to enjoy the luxury of our very own private pool on the doorstep... It was the lovely personal touches like this that made this holiday special to us. I can't thank you enough Andrea and Margaret the perfect hosts. I have no hesitation in recommending your beautiful property to family and friends. It is little gem and I certainly will be booking again.

New Years week

This was our second visit to this villa and just like the first time it was great. It's good location is what we find its best asset. Close to everything you need for a relaxing break. Nearby, within walking distance there are several bars/restaurants, which are excellent, the pick being the street and eduardos. "the strip" is a little further where there is a better selection of restaurants. You can walk there but it is a good hour from the villa. Andrea provides an excellent villa rental with great amenities. I would recommend without doubt. Davies family

Chillout in the sun

Our first visit to Cabo Roig and to Andrea's villa. There were only two of us and we had plenty of space to spare, so it's ideal for larger parties too. The villa had absolutely everything, the kitchen has everything, (including the kitchen sink!) and there were even shopping bags which were very helpful as Aldi is but a 5 minute walk away. The charcoal Weber grill overlooking the pool was superb and was used on several occasions. The bars and restaurants on the "mini strip" were very good and on one occasion we went to to Old Dubliner, but that's a bit further on. We only used Eduardo's once and it was OK but their prices reflect their "free" pool attraction. We had 12 days here and didn't use a car at all, but did get out and about a bit on foot. We found Margaret and Joe very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They got us a Welcome pack at the start and took us back to the airport at the end. Thank you so very much

A quiet break

We booked this for a quiet week away and the villa delivered. It is handily placed for a number of bars/ restaurants. We found a lovely quiet chill out bar across the main road next to the garden centre.(cannot remember the name) There was plenty of space in the villa and we found the area in the front garden to be quite a sun trap in the afternoons. I took full advantage of the pool even though the weather got a bit dull towards the end of our stay. Although we were just a couple the villa is plenty big enough for larger groups as there is ample space. All in all not a bad place to stay.

Fantastic Villa and Location

What can i say! This villa is fantastic! What a brilliant time me and my family had staying here. The villa was spacious on the inside and out. We had great time lounging by the pool (although our weather was a bit overcast all week so the pool was a bit chilly but that didn't stop us). The rooms were all fantastic too, plenty space to store all your clothes and bags and clean and fresh. There was 5 of us staying (all adults) but didn't at any point feel like we were squashed in, like i said previous very spacious. The mini strip as we were calling it is only 5 minutes walk away with a fair sized Aldi for any groceries you may need and there are a few bars and restaurants here too (The Street Cafe was lovely for both lunch and dinner). The walk to here is down a road but there is a dirt path you can take which is a little safer than walking along the road. The main strip (Cabo Roig) was a 25 minutes walk (again down a road, we were advised not to do this once it was dark) but a taxi was only costing on average 6 euros from the villa so fairly cheap. The main strip was fab and had everything you would need, bars, restaurants and shops to suit suit everyone with all different cuisines. I recommend The Orange Tree and The Eiffel Tower for food, both were lovely. The market on Thursday morning was great too. I would also highly recommend La Finca Eduaros which is at the top of the estate the villa is on (about a 2 minutes walk, out the gated estate and to the right). What a gorgeous and friendly place, food was fab, staff were great it has a large pool with lots of sun loungers (may be a cost if not getting food). We were also lucky enough to see a wedding here on our last day, it was all simply stunning The only down side was there was only one set of keys so not that handy if our group was doing different things on certain days but we worked round it. And we never arranged for a welcome pack so arrived late on a Saturday night with no food or water. Overall, this whole place is fantastic if you are looking for a nice chilled relaxing a holiday. I understand a car would be handy if you wanted to explore further but we didn't have one but wouldn't have needed it anyway. Again the villa was fab and i would recommend to anyone, in fact, me and my partner are already thinking of dates to come back again next year. The property is located in a peaceful estate just minutes away from the main areas along the coast. We have a private pool to the rear of the property which is great for relaxing; you can be enjoying a BBQ one minute and the next floating in the pool. We love this villa as we have so much access to outside space which is what you want while in sunny Spain. The living areas are spacious which is great for entertaining when travelling with family and friends.
