We would book again.

The apartment was exactly as promised; good spec and central location. (No bugs of any sort!). Five minutes drive to CalaCapatain/Roug/La Zenia-all blue flag beaches. Same to supermarkets. Pool facilities well maintained with excellent loungers about 40 meters away max. Conclusion is that we would book again any time. Steve & Su

Clean and very safe. Nice quiet area. Beds were very comfortable.

We were only in the apartment for 8 nights. The area was very nice, quiet and safe however it was a little removed from everywhere. One would need a car. The pool area was fantastic large and spacious. The small amount of bars and restaurants were 10 mins walk away which was not too bad however you would not visit them every night. Over all they stay was geat andwe met with some lovely people. Debbie from the rental company was very nice and it was lovely to meet another Irish person!

Globalmente bom mas com algumas falhas a melhorar

A impressão geral da propriedade é boa, a casa é tal e qual o anunciado, tem as condições necessárias para quatro pessoas, fica numa zona calma, mas muito perto de tudo, incluindo uma das melhor praias "campoamor". O Ar condicionado, apenas está instalado na sala, não refrescando os quartos, que ficam quentes. A cozinha poderia ter um pouco mais de utensílios para cozinha, mas os existentes deram para o que foi preciso. No entanto, a primeira impressão foi má, pois a escada do edifício está muito suja, o que não é só da responsabilidade do proprietário do apartamento. No interior do apartamento a limpeza tinha sido feita, contudo, há muito que as zonas escondidas (debaixo das camas, atrás dos móveis, entre outros) não eram limpas. Seria recomendável a existência de mais um conjunto de toalhas e de lençóis, para se poder lavar os que estão a uso, quando é necessário. O anúncio refere a existência de wi-fi, mas também deveria dizer que é pago à parte. Neste particular, a nossa experiência de internet foi muitíssimo má, pois o serviço, fornecido por uma empresa externa, era péssimo. Neste caso, a proprietária teve uma postura fabulosa, devolvendo integralmente o valor pago pela internet, o que sem dúvida, nos deixou muito impressionados. Falta apenas fazer referencia à piscina, que infelizmente, só soubemos que estava fechada, por imposição do condomínio, já depois da reserva, pois o anuncio não faia referencia sequer a essa possibilidade, sendo ainda mais desagradável verificar que todas as piscinas em volta estavam a funcionar, menos a deste condomínio. Não será responsabilidade da gestão da propriedade, mas deveria estar referido no anuncio. No global, um local a voltar, pois as falhas encontradas são de menor importância face ao restante.

Vacaciones familiares muy buenas .

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio, en una zona tranquila, pero con todos los servicios..el trato por parte del personal ha sido fantástico. Lo único a malo a reseñar, es que pedí WiFi y no hemos tenido, a pesar de que me dijeron que si, nos fue imposible conectarnos. Aún así, volveremos. Gracias por unas buenísimas vacaciones .

Fatal parece un desierto las escaleras con suciedad me refiero a pelotas de guarreria en todos los escalones como.si estuviese abandonado igual que la terraza con barbacoa sin poder ni tocar nada de.sucio dos dedos de barro se colaron en el apartamento a meter unos sillones nuevos y no avisaron vamos que dejan la llave a cualquiera porque llame.a la. Viva de las.llaves y ella no había abierto ,quien entró? A la hora de darnos as llaves nos hicieron ir tres veces a un parking y allí no aparecía nadie

It was an OK Place to stay, but not very central. I also must say that it is not OK to charge us EUR 23 for 5 days with internet, witch didn't work at all

Holiday in Playa Golf

We enjoyed our stay, the appartment was clean uncluttered and spacious.Quite and peaceful area Not recommended to anyone with mobility difficulties as the spiral staircase with shopping and beach chairs etc we're a challenge. The pool was great, although we were there for 4 weeks in high season it felt like our own private pool. There are shops bars and restaurants 15 mins walk away but if staying longer than a week I would recommend hiring a car. Lots to see and do 10mins drive away. We enjoyed going to Playa Flamenco clean and safe perfect for families. The television was in Spanish and the signal kept going tv needs updating I think a bottle of water and maybe milk in fridge would have been appreciated as the nearest shop was closed when we arrived. The agency were quick to respond when we told them the kettle and other electrical appliances were not working and replaced them on the same day.

Lovely unspoilt area gorgeous beaches and decent shopping

Lovely clean property, very homely only let down by noisy neighbours above but no fault of the landlord or letting agency. Resolved once a word was had.

Beautiful apartment and pool

Lovely sunny apartment

My husband, two friends and I had a lovely week's break here from 21-28 October 2016. It was a very easy journey from Murcia airport in a hired car, with great directions. The agent met us in a nearby car park and settled us in to the apartment. It has two good size bedrooms (one double, two single beds) with plenty of wardrobe space, a great size bathroom, a kitchen that has everything you could need, sitting/dining room, TV, good wifi access and a lovely balcony with table and chairs in a quiet area. The pool is next door, only a short walk round the corner. There is an Aldi store within walking distance (with delicious croissants!) and lots of restaurants that we walked to in the evening - we liked The Street, Los Cucolis, The Soul Kitchen, Le Bassus. Le Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is nearby with restaurants and lots of shops and we found it very easy to get to the main roads for visits to Cartagena, Alicante and the beach at Torrevieja. An added bonus was that we had fantastic hot and sunny weather.

We would use it again four stars

My wife's nieces were very happy with the apartment, is was very clean and there were no problems. Just one thought, the wifi system wasn't good and they couldn't access the web or emails until they got to my house. Regards Jeff Jones

The property was as advertised very spacious and clean throughout.

Great weeks holiday close to supermarket and shops. Apartment was a good size and very family friendly. Highly recommended for rental.

very nice and calm apartment,

The apartment was very clean, fresh and very comfortable. It's located in a quiet area and it's only 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and the ALDI supermarket is very close. There's also a very good restaurant very appropriated to go with your children nearby. It has all the necessary to make your stay comfortable. The swimming pool was a bit far to go with baby but it was very nice also. The owner is fantastic, Paula thanks a lot for everything were very kind with us.

Well equipped apartment with a great sunny balcony.

This is my second visit to this apartment. The apartment is well maintained and well equipped in a calm but convenient area. The balcony has a very sunny aspect and is spacious.The pool area has been upgraded since my last visit and is also well maintained. The apartment itself has a well equipped kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms. There are local shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk and the locals are a friendly bunch. I plan to revisit as I had a lovely, relaxing break.

Fantastic spacious apartment, close to beach and restaurants.

Had an amazing 10 nights stay, it was a fantastic home away from home. Large spacious bed rooms. Weather was fantastic, spent a few evenings sitting on the balcony. Very Quiet surroundings. Spent a few days by the pool, which was very peaceful and clean. Very close to local beaches. Ideal locatiocation. Had a fantastic time and can't wait to head back. (Laura & Mitch April 2016 stay)

Great apartment to stay

We had a great stay here, the apartment is spacious, well equipped and good location. Communal swimming pool is lovely and in a quiet area. Local bars, shops and restaurants are within a 10 mins walk, and the beautiful local beaches are a short drive away. Will definitely come back.

Lovely apartment in a peaceful location

I've visited this apartment a couple of times and have been really pleased with both the apartment itself and the location. The sun is on the balcony all day long and the communal swimming pool area is lovely, it almost feels as though it is private. Location is good with a couple of restaurants within a ten minute stroll and a selection of beaches within 10 minutes drive.

Until recently, I was living and working in Glasgow and spent holidays in Spain with friends as I loved the beaches and other amenities near the apartment, it's a really lovely part of the country. Wanting to spread my wings a little further, I've taken a break from work to travel in Asia and Africa where I am also volunteering at various animal sanctuaries.

I bought this apartment because of its proximity to the fabulous beaches of the Orihuela coast and the great golf courses. It's also really close to lots of lovely towns and hiking trails.

Proximity to huge range of shops, bars, restaurants, great beaches and golf courses. A lovely private shared residents' pool. There's also a great local taxi service for those times when you don't want to drive.
The balcony is south facing and great for breakfast and early evening drinks.
