Hello, thank you very much for your 10/10 score in your review. I very much appreciate this and your kind words. The location is indeed perfect. Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you back again one day.

Thank you Lisa for your very kind review. It was a pleasure to have you stay at my villa and I hope to welcome you back again one day. X

Thank you for your review. Having had excellent communication throughout the booking process, it was very disappointing that you decided to complain directly to VRBO rather than to me directly, thereby denying me the opportunity to address your concerns much more quickly. All my guests know, most of which are repeat guests, that if there is an issue, I will fix it immediately. Your photos were taken almost 2 weeks into your stay so the stains in the toilet are after use and were not present on arrival. It was raining throughout your stay, so the BBQ area and outdoor soft furnishings were closed off/put away, therefore it is confusing that you have taken photos of items which you were not using and which you knew we were intending to clean, ready for when the weather improved. As such, it is unfair and disingenuous to highlight this. My property manager held her hand up to the ironing board cover. She had brought a new one with her but completely forgot to change it on the turnaround clean but then immediately returned to replace it. The issue with the light fitting was only visible when switched on at night time and the clean is done during the day. Again, an apology was made and the light was cleaned immediately. The crack in the sink has absolutely no bearing on the enjoyment of the villa and the lack of a shaver point, which seems a little petty to mention, is easily rectified by plugging in an adaptor to the socket in the bedroom just 2 meters away. The kitchen is as well equipped as most travellers' home kitchen and certainly more than most holiday homes but you demanded additional items, including, a weighing scale, measuring jug, plastic serving spoons etc... the list was long. I agreed to all of these purchases without question as I wanted you to be as comfortable as possible. I did not receive any thanks from you and instead you continued to make demands. As your behaviour became more unreasonable, it was clear that there was nothing I could do to make you happy. You even tried to get a refund which highlighted a potential motive to your complaint. I have high standards for my guests, I want everything to be perfect for them. Sometimes, rarely, an oversight will occur but these will be fixed immediately as the happiness of my guests is of the upmost importance to me. To provide a more realistic perspective on this review, I would ask all travellers to look at the hundreds of 5 star reviews that I have received over the last 20 years and in particular, the 5 star reviews from the travellers immediately before and after this stay.

Dear Andrew and Family, thank you for your review. I am so pleased that you had a lovely holiday at my villa. I am also very grateful for your help in returning an item left by the previous guests back to the UK with you. I know they were very relieved. Thank you again and I hope to welcome you and your family again one day. Best wishes, Marina x

Hello Jackie, Wow! Thank you for your wonderful review. To vote our villa as top of the list is fantastic! Thank you also for your kind words about me, I go above and beyond for my guests to ensure their stay is 5 star. Our villa is indeed very conveniently located, particularly with the best beach just across from the villa. Thank you again for your wonderful review and we hope to welcome you back again one day.

Thank you Mark for your very kind review. I am pleased that my villa lived up to expectations and you found everything clean and comfortable. I very much appreciate your recommendation and we would love to welcome you back again one day. My very best wishes, Marina

Thank you for your review Fay, we are very pleased that you had such a lovely holiday at our villa. We would be very happy to welcome you back again one day. x

Thank you so much for your lovely review Sue. I am delighted that you had a wonderful holiday and were happy that you had chosen our villa as I appreciate there are many to choose from. This is why we try so hard to make sure that everything is as perfect as possible. And to this end, we will resolve the obstruction to the sea view so that it is fully reinstated to the master bedroom and I believe the sea view is still visible from the adjacent twin. The maturity of our garden and those around us also provides the seclusion and privacy which you enjoyed so much. We would love to welcome you back again one day. In the meantime, I wish you all the very best.

Thank you for your kind review and equally for the lovely email that you have just sent me. I am so happy that you enjoyed your week at my villa. The location is indeed ideal for all the amenities you would need during your holiday and it is easy to get around and explore the surrounding areas. I am pleased that you got a chance to do that. It is very kind of you to recommend our villa to your friends and we would love to welcome you back again next year. In the meantime, I wish you all my very best wishes. Marina x

Dear Diana, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I appreciate it very much. I am so pleased that you found the villa to be homely, that is certainly what we are trying to achieve for all our guests. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you and your friends back next year, I value my repeat guests very much. Until then, I send my very best wishes to you all. x

Thank you so much for your lovely review Peter, I am so pleased that you had a great holiday at my villa and enjoyed the gardens and local attractions. I was very happy to help make your departure day as easy as possible by delaying check out. I will always do my best to help my guests as these details are all part of the overall holiday experience which I strive to make '5 star'. I hope to welcome you both back one day, you were a pleasure to have as guests. Best wishes, Marina xx

Thank you for your very kind review. I am so pleased that you felt the villa was a home away from home as this is what we strive to achieve. It was a pleasure to acknowledge your birthday celebrations and it is this attention to detail which I think creates the most treasured holiday memories. Thank you again for your very kind words and we would love to welcome you all back again one day.

Hello Bobby, Thank you for your wonderful review, I am so delighted that you have voted my villa as the best you have stayed in, that is quite an honour as I know you are a very frequent visitor to Coral Bay. My managers and I try very hard to ensure that this is exactly the experience that all our guests receive. We would love to welcome you back again one day! Thank you again for your lovely review. x

Dear Louise, thank you for writing such a lovely review, I really appreciate your kind words. It was my pleasure to help ensure that your stay was as wonderful as possible. I'm so pleased that you enjoyed the pool area and found it a private place to relax. Yes, there are many restaurants and cafes etc.. in walking distance so car hire is not necessary, it's rather nice not having to get into a car whilst on holiday. You would be very welcome to return one day and of course you can move in! Thank you again for staying at my villa and for being such lovely guests. Marina x

Hello Mary, Thank you for your very kind review. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your first visit to Cyprus and are planning to return as there is indeed so much to see and do. I am happy to read that you appreciated the privacy of the garden with its tall hibiscus hedge and this seclusion is what makes it such a wonderful place to relax. I know that the welcome pack we provide makes a huge difference when arriving late at night and I always want to ensure that my guests are made as comfortable as possible as soon as they walk into my villa. Thank you again for your lovely review and we hope to welcome you back again one day.
