この美しい4ベッドルームヴィラは、町から歩いてすぐ、ポレンサから約10分、海から6.5 km（長い直線道路を車でわずか5分）にあります。 家は道路から長いドライブを離れているので、非常に静かでプライベートです。 階下には2つのラウンジがあり、1つには暖炉があり、もう1つにはテラス、ダイニングルーム、キッチン、ランドリー、バスルームがあります。 2階には4つの寝室、1つは居間、そして大きな浴室はあります。 すべてが伝統的なマヨルカ様式の家族の家として愛情を込めて装飾されています。 外には、腎臓の形をしたプールの横にある大きな屋根付きのバーベキューエリアがあり、夏のバーベキューやパーティーに最適な巨大なテーブルがあります。水泳プールの死亡は1.4であり、浅い部分で4m、最も深い部分で約3mです。 スイミングプールの長さは12 mです。浅い部分には、子供が遊ぶのに理想的な、座ってリラックスできる水に入るステップがあります。
キッチンは広く、山を一望する素敵な景色を十分に備えています。 アウトドアにはリラックスできる場所が複数あります。日陰のテラスの下、プールのそば、グレープフルーツの木の下、または日陰のバーベキューエリア。
家には卓球、子供用おもちゃ、スクラブル、モノポリーなどのボードゲームもあります...

Die Finca hat den Charme der 70 er Jahre und ist dringend revierungsbedürftig.In diesem Zustand sollte man kein Haus mehr vermieten.

The location of this villa to Pollenca old town is fantastic, an easy 8 minute walk and you’re in the town. The old town is stunning and you can easily spend every night there and eat at different locations.The villa itself is nice, it is clearly being renovated and a bathroom and bedroom have already been finished with others rooms in need of updating, but it was nice and clean and the kitchen was well equipped for all 7 of us,The villa owner, Maria was extremely helpful and was anyways on hand to help if needed, we’ll most definitely be back to Pollenca, what a beautiful place

No need to look any further, this is the place

This villa is wonderful in every way.The host Maria (and her father who looks after the pool and the beautiful garden) is the perfect combination of being helpful but not intrusive.The villa is very well equipped, having 3 bathrooms (for 7 of us staying) including one downstairs made things easier. We made use of the Smart TV, oven, dishwasher, and the washing machine was massively helpful for a mid-stay wash (so no need to overpack).The garden is just lovely. The huge table on the main patio was great for al fresco dining. We used the barbecue area twice and that was such a great facility to have. The pool was larger than we expected and the depth made it lovely to swim in. We enjoyed the chicken (and her chicks) wandering around the garden in the morning, also a couple of cats and kittens came to visit. We also saw lots of birds (including a red kite), butterflies, dragonflies.The villa is in a great location, set back enough from the road for privacy, and the drive and parking area gave plenty of room for our two hire cars (you could have got more parked there). It is only a 4 mins drive to Lidl and Eroski which we found really useful, and again just a few mins drive the the car park in the town. However, can also walk into town easily for those with more mobility. Also a really short drive down to the Port (of Pollenca) where we went a few times to eat.I would highly recommend this property for anyone travelling in a large group looking for someone beautiful.

Wonderful stay in Pollenca

The house is perfect for families. It’s well-equipped and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the terrace and garden which are even more beautiful than on the photos. Our daughter loved the toys and the pool, which made our stay even more special.The location is very quiet, just a short walk to Pollenca. Supermarkets etc also only a short car drive away.Our host Maria was very responsive and kind, she even bought us some groceries as we arrived very late with our small kids. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

PERFECT

Maria and her father were very welcoming, Maria lives next door so is there if you need her. The gardens and pool are a delight, the pool is kept very clean and it is a very private space, and large. It was very hot during our stay and the house was always cool to walk into. There is everything you could need and we kept fit by walking into Pollensa for dinner most nights. The whole area is beautiful, we had a wonderful stay. Nothing disappointed.

Magical

We loved the villa in Pollensa. Maria and Bernat were wonderful hosts and felt more like old friends. The location was absolutely perfect for enjoying old Pollenca by foot or making a short drive to the beach. I also highly recommend driving to Sóller along the coast. Just turn right out of the driveway of the villa and you're on your way. It was spectacular.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the property very much. Maria is an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure everything went well. The highlights are definitely the gardens and pool, we could have easily spent our whole time there. Location is good, 15 minute walk into centre of Pollenca, couple of minute drive to the supermarket and short drive to various beaches. Kitchen also has everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful villa, perfect location

What can I say? A simply perfect holiday! The villa is huge and perfectly laid out for a family. It is extremely well equipped. The location is perfect, an easy 10-15 minute stroll into Pollensa. The pool and gardens are absolutely stunning and very well tended to. Maria is fantastic too. So easy to communicate with, very responsive whilst respecting privacy at all times. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return, and think it would be the perfect location for a visit with the wider family. As a side note, we did a bit more exploring of the island this time, and although beautiful throughout, nowhere beats Pollensa! Thank you for a wonderful holiday ☀️

Wonderful location

Maria was lovely- so kind and helpful throughout our stay and always communicated with us really promptly . She got hold of extra things we needed too. The villa is in a great location- easy walk along the road into Pollenca. It’s very quiet and peaceful with large private grounds. Would recommend.

Very good

It’s a very nice property that is geared to outside living with a good pool ( be careful of the last step, it’s quite steep) and good eating areas. Maria is very helpful and responds quickly. For a self catering property (we didn’t have a car) it’s quite a hike from the supermarket. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday.

An excellent holiday enjoyed by 3 generations. Caring and friendly hosts who go out of their way to help with any issues. I’d recommend highly to anyone looking for seclusion or the option to enjoy a great choice of restaurants within a 10 minute walk

Beautiful garden and outdoor area

Pictures match with the actual experience, beautiful garden with palm trees, a large pool and shady outdoor dining area. Almost 99% of daytime has been spent outside, so that is what really counts - furniture inside is quite traditional and rustic (might not be to everyones liking) but bedrooms are equipped with air conditionining and beds are comfy. Again, focus on the important part. Property is large enough for 6 people at least (also all plenty of dishes etc) Communication with Maria has been perfect, from check-in to check-out, replaced a lost gate opener in almost no time on the same day, always available in case there is a question. Would highly recommend staying here - also within walking distance to Pollenca and close driving distance to very nice beaches.

Fantastic Holiday!

Our two families, with teenagers had a wonderful time in this Villa, it was homely, clean and the facilities were excellent. Fantastic position amongst the mountains, with a beautiful garden and lovely pool. Very peaceful and relaxing. Maria and Bernado were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very special, we can't thank them enough for their kind hospitality. Great location, only a 10-15 minute walk into Pollenca which is unspoilt and great to visit. The best holiday we have had in years! I am sure we will be visiting again in the future.

Fantastic stay

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this beautiful house. We were a family group of 7 with ages ranging from 9 to 75 and the house had something for everyone. There is the beautiful pool and large gardens for the children to play in as well as the wonderful seating areas to the rear of the house surrounded by luscious plants and enjoying amazing views to the mountains. It was an easy stroll to Pollença town and we enjoyed some evening meals on Placa Major ( il Giardini and Onze as recommended by Maria were great and we also really enjoyed the courtyard garden in La Trenacadora). The Sunday market there was one of the best markets we’ve visited. All in all our whole family loved the house and Maria and her father Bernat were very kind hosts and so welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

Chose villa for pool and walking distance to Pollenca. Great pool and 20 min walk to town ( torch required for journey back). Really lovely large spacious villa with plenty of outside space. Owner on hand for any issues, but all had great week without a hitch. Pollenca was a great choice , with lots of good restaurants. We had party of eight..so booked table on daily basis to ensure outside eating. All in all , couldn't have chosen better. Thanks for a great holiday.

Perfect villa for a chilled out week with family

We had a lovely week! The villa is close enough to walk into Pollença old town for shopping, dinner et yet quiet and secluded with a lovely garden - perfect for the best of both worlds! Lovely Holiday

We visited Maria’s villa in Pollenca for 2 weeks in June to celebrate our retirement with a special family holiday. The villa is set back from the road and sits in a lovely garden overlooking the pool, surrounded by mountains. We never tired of the view from the master bedroom evey morning. The villa is typically Spanish with traditional dark wood furniture. The bedrooms are spacious, particularly the master with its attached dressing area. The bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, are large and cool and there is plenty of hot water for the showers. There is ample living area downstairs with two separate lounges, but we mainly used the outside seating/eating area on the veranda. The garden is lovely, well maintained by Bernart, who quietly pottered about in the background when servicing the pool and would offer assistance and advice if needed. The covered barbeque area offered a welcome respite from the sun when by the pool. The villa is a ten-minute walk from the delightful centre of old Pollenca, which has a lovely atmosphere and where there are a multitude of good restaurants to suit most tastes. Maria’s villa was a lovely base from which to explore the northern area of Majorca and provided us with a family holiday full of happy memories

Mooie woning vlakbij Pollenca

Mooie woning in een mooi bergrijk gebied van Mallorca, prachtige tuin met weids uitzicht en (niet-verwarmd) zwembad en buiten BBQ. Fijne ruime eettafel op de veranda. Binnen is het huis wat donker met alleen een 6-persoons eettafel. 2 kleine zitgedeelten waarvan 1 met verwarming, met ietswat gedateerd meubilair (oude banken). Keuken voldoende groot en voldoende benodigdheden om goed te kunnen koken. Boven 4 slaapkamers, waarvan 2 met losse bedden. Mooie uitzichten. Als er iets was hoefde je maar een appje te sturen en er werd meteen gereageerd/iets verholpen. Minpuntje: binnengedeelte: wat donker, eettafel 6 persoons ipv 8 persoons en woonkamers vrij krap voor 8personen met wat doorgezeten banken. Daarom in koelere maanden wat minder geschikt voor 8 volwassenen. Warm water uit boiler op na 4 personen gedouched hadden. Moesten dan >1 uur wachten op warm water. -wij hadden vanaf begin verstopping vd badkamer beneden. Dit werd wel verholpen (duurde aantal dagen door tussenkomst feestdag) -eigenaar komt regelmatig langs, bijna dagelijks in ons geval. Hiervan 3x voor verhelpen van verstopping, maar ook 3x onnodig in onze ogen en soms ook uren later dan aangekondigd of onverwacht. Loopt dan spontaan het terrein op/in de tuin. Dit geeft beperking van privacy. - maar 2 sleutels van het toegangshek, waardoor als 2 stellen weg zijn de thuisblijvers het hek niet kunnen openen (kunnen het terrein niet af). - weinig sfeerverlichting in de woonkamer, enkele lampen, waarvan aantal defect. Kortom: heerlijk huis bij goed weer voor 6 volw en 2 kinderen. Bij koel weer binnen eigenlijk geschikt voor max 6 personen. Maak als je gesteld bent op privacy meteen goede afspraak met (overigens heel aardige) Bernard wanneer hij wel/niet langs komt. Al met al hebben we met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen een hele fijne vakantie gehad in het huis. Maar begin mei nog veel koele (regenachtige) dagen, dus in voorseizoen zouden we een volgende keer voor een huis met meer optimale woon/leefkamer voorziening gaan.

We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We have recently returned from a 9 days stay and loved the villa, gardens and pool. We hired a car for the whole of the holiday and spent most of our time away exploring the north of the island with only 1 lazy day in the garden. The villa is ideally situated just 5 minutes walk from the edge of town and the friendly, local Bar Roma café/restaurant. The Placa Major is only another 10 minutes walk from there with a good selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We took two small torches and enjoyed the walk back at night listening to the birds and the crickets. There is a small supermarket on route to town only 10 minutes walk away. For a larger choice we used the Eroski supermarket, 5 minutes drive away. We found a wonderful restaurant in Placa Seglars at the foot of Calvari steps that also does a 9 course tapas tasting menu which was one of the dining highlights of the visit. If you go you should walk the Calvari steps for views of the town, walk up Puig de Maria for wonderful views of the wider area and walk the 5 miles on an easy track to Port de Pollensa. We did this, had lunch and took a taxi back into town. Whilst a car is not necessary, due to the location of the villa, it is worth considering if only for a few days to explore the beautiful north and north east. I can especially recommend the walk through the Boquer Valley to the sea. It is only around 2-3 miles long and starts not far away on the edge of Port de Pollesa. The villa is well equipped and has two sitting rooms. The gardens are beautiful and relaxing with excellent views all round. There is plenty of space outside to eat as we did some evenings. Maria and her father were a delight to deal with and everything went to plan with no issues whatsoever. We are already planning on returning to Pollensa in April/May next year.

Is our family summer house, but we all grown up, and is too big just for my parents, despite in the future I would love to live here.
We love when the guests treta the house as it was they own house, and they look after it.
