We are Ross and Nikki Lee, and we live in the southeast region of Ireland; we are lucky to be surrounded by stunning landscapes and the sea in Waterford. We are parents of three children navigating their teenage years and early twenties. Our furry family members, Snowy and Ursa, bring us boundless joy and playfulness.
