We had a wonderful stay with a very stocked kitchen! The rooms were comfortable to hold 8-10 people! There were so many things to do in the area. If you like to walk and exercise it was the perfect area to be in. There were quite a few stairs in the home which was good for our crew but sometimes is hard for others. The company was very responsive to our request for fans since it was abnormally hot in San Diego. Thank you!

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful beachfront property. It was extremely clean very well appointed and the beds were very, very, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The whole process was delightful and very easy.

Amazing stay in an amazing location

This unit was PERFECT! We loved spending the morning on the sand beach of the bay right outside our door. The ocean beach was 2 blocks away. Great breakfast spots super close. Plenty of space for our family!! Highly recommend!!

Great Location

Great property with easy access to the beach and a local playground. House was fully stocked with cookware, tableware, towels, and a hose to clean off outside the house. No AC but the proximity to the beach guarantees a breeze at all hours. Would stay again

Family retreat

the property was clean and plenty of room for the family. Location was excellent short walk across the street to the ocean. Walking distance to coffee shops and beach rentals. Nice view of the bay. The only issue would be the noise at the Women's club when they are having a function.

Great house, well built, clean, updated

Having the 2 parking spaces was essential for an suv or minivan. great access to walkway and house. House was solid and a perfect setup for a family. Views and bay water right from the house was not spectacular but a short walk farther up and it was very nice. overall a super comfy, wonderful accommodating house

The location was ideal for both bay and Oceanside. Difficulty getting into the unit the first evening as code did not work. Maintenance personnel arrived promptly and assisted us. Well furnished and supplied.

Mai Tai house

House was good, stove was not working appropriately all the time. Almost like one of the burners was failing. Vacumn didn't work very well. Parking is very deceiving on pictures compared to visibly being there. We have two full size trucks that didn't fit so we had to find parking each day off site. The bluewater company treated me as they didn't believe me by sending me measurements to the parking.

Beautiful property with great views. Home was clean and stocked well. We had 10 people in our group and everyone was comfortable and sleep well. Close to the beaches, shops and lots of restaurants making it a perfect location for the whole family. The only thing I would share is the tandem parking is for compact vehicles only.

Perfect Christmas Get-Away

Great location, property perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

San Diego Vacation home review

• 4 stars for overall cleanliness–bedrooms & bathrooms were very clean; however, there was a damp humid smell throughout the house. We had to buy room deodorizers to fix the smell. • parking spaces are not ideal; it's much narrower than normal parking space. Only ideal if no one parks next to you or for a tiny smart car or motorcycle. • fully loaded kitchen was awesome; however the large coffee maker was broken and when we washed out the water, mold came out. Glad there was a smaller coffee maker available. Also some mugs weren't washed properly, they had coffee stains. • The pantry that hold the cleaning supplies held a terrible odor. I can only relate it to the smell of carcass (possibly recently cleared out a dead rodent and the smell remained). We have that similar smell in our outside shed when we clean it in the spring. • The location is great!! Easy access to the bay and the beach.

Good location, plenty of room

We stay in Mission Beach every year and love the area. Steps from the bay and from the ocean is a huge draw for us. The condo was nice with good views, right on the bayside walkway. Close to additional parking for guests was nice as we host Thanksgiving dinner for all our southland family. Downside was that the main level was not on the ground floor. I should have inquired, but that limited the flow out to the patio and was more difficult for the grandparents. Another downside was there was no garage to keep bikes, surfboards, kayaks etc. Four bedrooms, one with bunk beds, one with twins and the third with a queen provided plenty of space for my grown kids. The master bedroom was very nice, on the third floor with the rest of the bedrooms. The master was very spacious with high ceilings, huge windows and a balcony both overlooking the bay was a nice way to end/start the day.
