Our first time to Orange Beach and we loved it!We had 7 adults in our party and this condo was perfect! The owners parking next to the entrance and the elevator being right across from the condo was a major plus for loading and unloading. Views were amazing. Condo was very roomy with plenty of room for everyone!The only negative and not at the fault of anyone is that you can only park 2 cars at the complex. In the many years we’ve been renting we have never come across this. We were made aware before we arrived and made other arrangements for the other cars at a parking garage.Highly recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome views of the beach and pool. Beds were super comfortable and we slept great. The pools were great, both indoor and outdoor. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor one on our trip but it was fun watching the other families test the water from our balcony, lol. The seating in the living room was also amazing for our family game night too. My family also used the volleyball and pickle ball courts-perfect trip for us. Also, the grocery carts are provided were a huge asset along with the amazing covered parking space. I couldn’t recommend more.

Absolutely Perfect

We had a wonderful stay here! The kitchen was well stocked, the unit was clean and well maintained. The balcony and patio furniture was super nice. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay!

Absolutely gorgeous Condo. Great location, easy to find your way around to activities and dining. Breathtaking views of the gulf shores and easy access to the beach as well as the pools on property. Convenient covered parking. Just overall great vacation spot. We will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with direct gulf view and access. Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Close to lots of shops and dining.

Great condo on the beach

Very clean, appreciate the owners for providing Ilya a dedicated parking spot. That was awesome. Would recommend to others.

We’ve been coming to this area for years and another nice experience. The location is good. The property is pretty well taken care of. Lost everything you need is in the unit. We would visit again happily.

It’s a beautiful condo! Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however on the listing it states that it is a 4 bedroom but it is only a 3 bedroom. We bought air mattresses for the kids since the couch did not have a sleeper in it. We had an amazing time and loved our stay in the condo. The decorations were beautiful.

the best condo

We rented this unit for a long girls weekend, and it did not disappoint! Each of us were blown away with this unit. Everything you could need and more. The most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in (and we are frequent beach goers). We will definitely rent again! For the price and the location, no other condo can compare! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice place!

it was a great trip overall. We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t heated, it was very cold. No outdoor hot tub, which we missed when we reviewed and chose to stay there. We would have like some type of on-site restaurant, grill, or other food option. Property was clean and the unit we stayed in had an awesome balcony, very nice place! The owners parking spot was also a really nice perk!!

Mini vacation

I hade a few issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms the dishwasher didn't work and we had a problem with the remote controls for the TVs. We did enjoy our stay even with the issues that occurred.

The condo was very nice, but the building itself looked old and worn. There was a poster for an event from 2010 on a wall in the main hallway.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice, the only drawback was that our balcony. We only go to use it one day. They closed it off to reseal it. We always in joy setting out there listening to the ocean and this time we could not.

We're truly sorry for the interruption, which was due to a significant Phoenix HOA project to perform necessary repairs and maintenance. We were at the mercy of the information provided by the resort, which was changing daily. Our goal is to avoid any interruption to our guest's stay but we understand your desire to remain in the same building as the rest of our family group. Unfortunately, this overlapped with the work on your balcony. We hope you'll choose this resort again and get to enjoy those gulf breezes you love so much! Perfect Location Perfect Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group: 8 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other when in the condo. Living room was spacious, kitchen was big enough, very functional. Bedrooms had good space but they didn't have to be large since we were in the pool or at the beach most of the time. The balcony was spacious. We did find the sleeper sofa to be broken when we got there but it was fixed by lunch the next day! We would rent this again in a second!
