Very nice apartment

Well equipped two bed apartment in a very well maintained moderate to large complex with feature pools. Located about 1 km or 12 mins easy walk down to Paphos harbour area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Similar distance to the kings mall for retail therapy. The apartment was well set up for use in the winter with sufficient heating and quilts etc. There was also a good tv and movie package together with private WiFi within the apartment. Decent furnishing and plenty of crockery etc. The apartment was clean and tidy. The owner is very helpful and answered questions quickly via email. He provided all the necessary information and there was plenty of info about local restaurants and attractions in the apartment. Enjoyed our stay. Many thanks.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was superb. Had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and good location. Very handy that the owner had folders with local info on restaurants, travel etc, really useful. Pools were fab. A short walk to beach and restaurants. Brilliant holiday, would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

A Lovely Holiday

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Limnaria Gardens. Gordon was a perfect host, providing lots of information before our arrival and he was always on hand to answer any questions. The apartment is clean and spacious and has a lovely balcony with a large table and chairs where we had breakfast and lunch most days. There is a nice view of the pools. The air conditioning units in all the rooms are needed and work well along with the ceiling fans. The blackout shutters and double glazed windows make for a peaceful nights sleep. There is ample hot water and a good shower. The wifi is a great addition and works really well. There are loads of TV channels and despite the occasional lagging we watched most of the World Cup without many issues. You don't need to bring any books as there are dozens in the bookcase! The location is also good being a few minutes stroll to the sea and then beautiful walks along the coastal path in both directions. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The main supermarket is a 15 to 20 minute walk into town but a shopping trolley is provided which makes things much easier. Just a couple of suggestions; a small pedal bin in the bathroom, especially for the ladies would be useful and a wall clock somewhere in the living area. Overall this is a very nice, well equipped, good value apartment and the only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the bed was a little too firm for me, but everything else was great. We would definitely recommend it and would return again in the future.

Clean, comfortable, luxurious apartment

We had a lovely time in Gordon's apartment. He had thought of everything and left comprehensive instructions on the apartment, the complex and the town. We spent our days laying by the pool who Gordon's own sun loungers and enjoyed tea and coffee on the private balcony every morning. It was clean and comfortable. We had a hire car and there was plenty of off street car parking. Easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour area.

Clean & comfortable first floor apartment with spacious balcony overlooking lovely gardens.

We stayed at the apartment in February so as you may expect it was very quiet. The gardens and pools were well maintained and gave us a lovely view from the first floor balcony. Gordon’s apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable, it has a well equipped kitchen area which meant we could prepare almost any type of meal if we preferred not to go to a restaurant. He provided some detailed information before our stay and it would have been easy to contact him should we have needed any further help. We would certainly recommend this apartment and hopefully use it again on a future visit to Paphos.

Perfect Stay At Limnaria Gardens

Stayed in apartment 105c in August 2017. The apartment is owned and managed by Gordon Morrice. The apartment was exactly as described, and has fantastic views over all the 3 pools, and is in an excellent position at Limnaria. The attention to detail in both the apartment and from Gordon were second to none. All emails and texts answered very promptly. The information provided by Gordon, from the initial enquiry to the arrival day was perfect, he has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. This was our 3rd year at Limnaria, and we shall return !!

Fantastic apartment. Great location!

The apartment was fantastic!clean tidy and great views of the pool area. Nearby pubs, restaurants and local bus takes you all over paphos for €1.50. Was a quiet area but preferred this and was a few minutes walk and we were in the hustle of it all. Really good communication from the owners and was well informed about the local places around us including taxis buses places of interest activities! Only problem we had was the key was jamming in the lock and was getting worried about it snapping. Reported this to the owner and he was having this fixed. Overall I would definitely stay here again. And would recommend this to family and friends!

Superb apartment great complex.

Great holiday in a well appointed clean and comfortable apartment. The swimming pools and gardens Clelan and tidy, Lovely welcome pack when we arrived. Lots of information about the apartment and the surrounding area. Easy walk to the sea and harbour, Good taverns and bars nearby. Nice and quite in the evening. Ideal base to explore the lovely island. Gordon the owner could not be more helpful. We will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Comfort, cleanliness, location all get ten out of ten and so fully equiped with everything to make sure you have a stress free holiday. Fully equipped appartment in great location.

The property is exactly as described and fully equipped for long term stays. As were there for 10 days in very hot weather we found that we did not spend too much time indoors, but the fans and aircon cooled things down for us when necessary. Gordon provides detailed information on how everthing works, where everything is located in Paphos and about local bars, eating out , taxis and attractions. The Limnaria complex is quiet well maintained with plenty of room around the lovely pools. Everthing thats been said before about location is spot on and it suited us perfectly. I would happily stay here anytime and can thoroughly recommend this property.

Gets A Five From Me Too

From the day of booking to our return home the attention to service from both Gordon the owner and Lesley his local agent was first class. Like others have said the apartment is a delight to stay in and has one of the best pool views from the balcony. The apartment is more than well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday and pool towels supplied helps to keep your baggage weight down for the flights. We were part of a large party out in Cyprus for our sons wedding and when we compared apartments with our fellow guests it was evident that ours was by far the best. The complex is well maintained and clean throughout and to my surprise the pool was cleaned daily even in April. There are a number of nice bars and restaurants and a couple of mini markets within a short walk of the complex. Parking is no problem as there is parking within the grounds with cctv but there is no need to hire a car as the airport shuttle drops you off at the bottom of the road and runs quite regular, there is also a good bus service to other parts of Paphos and beyond. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, in fact three couples from our party have noted the particulars of the apartment for future visits to Paphos. We returned home on Sunday 19th April and the security deposit refund arrived by post this morning Wednesday 22nd. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for a week in early March. All the instructions we received through the mail meant an easy and straightforward arrival. The apartment is really spacious with sunny balcony overlooking pool. It has everything you need including lots of extras. Great shower and comfy beds. Nice flat walk into Paphos or to a beautiful church in the opposite direction, where the sunset is spectacular. Would thoroughly recommend as a great holiday stay.

Relaxing time in superb surroundings

We have just booked again for 2015 so I thought it was about time I shared my experience from 2014. An aBsolutely perfect location and setting for a really relaxing and happy holiday. I highly recommend the apartment as it has good facilities, space and is such good value for money. The pools within the complex are perfect and the beach, the town and the restaurants are all a stones throw away. There some great day out ideas and activities close-by and these are well directed to in the info pack in the apartment (a great resource). The owners are easy to deal with and great communicators - I also felt secure once in the apartment that if anything were to go wrong every eventuality was catered for by foreword planning by the owners ; I can happily say nothing did go wrong. Actions speak louder than words and I always believe in voting with my feet ... And so we are booked for sunny May/June 2015.

SAME AS LAST YEAR - REALLY ENJOYABLE

Lived up to last year - apartment still as good with all the facilities needed. Home tv channels (BBC/ITV etc) there for those who want them. Apartment and complex lovely and clean. Close to Paphos town (10-15 mins stroll) with lots of good restaurants/bars in town and on the way in. If you fancy staying local some really good restaurants within a few minutes walk of the complex - very helpful list provided in the apartment information pack. A great base for having the type of holiday you wan - looking forward to next year

that was the life, that was!

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful location. Plenty of places to visit easily from this base - buses on the doorstep, restaurants galore and the harbour is just a 10 minute walk and its certainly the place to be Fri/Sat/Sun evenings, when the locals are all out for their stroll. They certainly are very friendly people. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We had a month there and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Fab holiday

Just returned from staying at this appt. The description of the property is very accurate and it is a good size, clean appt with all that you need, including its own private sun beds so no getting up early to put your towels down. The complex is great and within close proximity to many restaurants, harbour and beach. Communication with the owner during the booking process was very good and the step by step detailed information he provided for our stay there was excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending use of this appt to family and friends or any one visiting Paphos.

Excellent apartment, well equipped, ideal for families or couples. Lovely balcony with view of pool area. Good location beach 5 min walk, Paphos harbour very close. Apartment block has a good choice of good restaurants/bars near by. good local bus service with stop at main road. Choice of 2 swimming pools plus kids pool. Plenty of space for sunbeds. Great Location

Just returned from staying at this appt for 2nd year running, appt is good size with all that you need, including its own private sun beds so no getting up early to put your towels down. great apartment

Was there for special birthday with some friends,the apartment is excellent very clean, well equipped and has all the home comforts you could want, Gordon was very good to deal with and made the whole process very easy and friendly, fantastic complex with well maintained pool and gardens, only thing is, if you don't like cats,( i have allergies ) there are lots of them around the complex, there was a tub with new born kittens on the next balcony so the mother kept coming into the apartment if we left the door open, still had a fantastic time and having been to paphos a lot, this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We had a small problem after the stay which Gordon dealt with very well, Thank You Gordon

GREAT PLACE FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATION

We arrived late evening so the welcome pack was VERY welcome. The apartment lived up to the description and more!.Had all you needed for a holiday. Everything worked and decor etc very fresh - and clean. The complex was first class, again very well maintained and cleaners /gardeners there every day. The apartment-owned sunbeds were a boon - no hunting around, they were there if/when you wanted them. Location handy for all amenities and Paphos town, harbour etc. - reckon on about 20-25 mins stroll to the harbour (variety of restaurants) less to get to Paphos town with plenty of different types of eating places, clubs and bars along the way. Most places have free wifi (including the apartment) - kept a usually (i'm bored) 16 year old quiet and he even joined in a few things. Three or 4 good local restaurants/pubs (look out for Michaels - great food and the Friendship Bar). The Almedia is on the right hand side of the main road into Paphos and does a very good fixed price menu with wine included. We were in Paphos a few years ago and to be honest thought it very expensive for what you got. As with a lot of places things have changed - prices generally are much more reasonable. We had a really good holiday - had relaxing days as well as energetic days - not tied into set mealtimes etc, so you could eat out or have something at the apartment when it suited. We would certainly go back to this apartment.

GREAT STAY

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the apartment, last year we stayed for 3 weeks & it ticked all the right boxes for a family holiday. We went again in May this year for 4 weeks, great apartment everything you could ask for, great location just a big 5***** for everything. We have 2 young children & they loved everything, the pools were a great favorite. We would recommend to all age groups. We couldnt have asked for more from a holiday, were hoping to stay again in the near future.

We live in East Yorkshire in Northern England and have visited Paphos and Cyprus many times over the last 20 years.
Its friendly people, its Mediterranean food, its low crime and safety and in particular its fabulous climate made it an easy choice when we decided to buy a holiday home.
We ourselves spend over 13 weeks a year in Paphos.
Limnaria Gardens was so attractive in terms of the whole complex, being quiet, exclusive and in some ways secluded but yet so near to the beach, town centre, the harbour and all other amenities that car hire is not needed so bought on the spot in 2007.
We furnished the apartment as a second home for ourselves so all furnishings are of good quality for our guests. A locally based English contact is available to provide assistance if or when needed.

We bought this apartment in limnaria Gardens for a few reasons, it is certainly the best site in Paphos, it is an award winning site and comprises of top of the range fully air conditioned apartments and in terms of location and facilities is second to none. There are two large brilliant swimming pools with jacuzzi and a kids pool. There are beautiful gardens with sun beds provided and Limnaria Gardens is easily accessible from everywhere in Kato Paphos the beach, tavernas, shops and the town centre /harbour being with easy flat walking distance you do not need a hire car or taxis. The whole complex is very secure with a developers representative based at their on site office until 5pm and CCTV and a Security Company to check the Complex after dark.

The location of Limnaria Gardens is a major asset, you do not need hire cars to get to the beach nor to the town centre and to the harbour as all of these are within easy walking distance. The sea front walk down to the harbour area starts 300 metres from Limnaria Gardens. Local buses go to the Old Town and to Coral Bay via the harbour bus station at very regular intervals and the bus stop is at the bottom of the road adjacent to Alexander The Great Beach Hotel some 250 yards away. Local supermarkets, restaurants, bars, numerous tavernas, chemists, launderettes, travel shops for booking day trips, car hire outlets, banks and money exchange bureau are all within 200 to 400 yards of Limnaria.
