We are a family of 4 and had an amazing time during our visit at this condo. Beautiful views and sunrises over the water. Balcony is a great place to sit and watch the ocean. Condo was stocked with everything we needed (cookware, utensils, beach chairs, towels, etc). A/C worked great and was very comfortable inside. Beds were also comfortable to sleep in. Very convenient with a grocery store across the street. We also found great restaurants in the area with delicious food. Beach was very peaceful and not crowded. Pool, which overlooks the ocean, was very nice. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with everything you need

This property is in a wonderful location, it was clean, up to date, and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. We had a few questions and the communication with the owners was superb. We will definitely stay here again.

We will look forward to your return. True the Space Coast has a lot to offer and our beach is so quiet, when compared to Cocoa Beach. I know your family is anxious to experience a Cape Launch. Thanks Again!

Melbourne is a great place to visit

We loved our stay in Melbourne / Satellite beach and the condo was great. It was really hot but the air-conditioning was very good and kept us cool at all times. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank-you for your kind words. The air conditioner is less than a year old, it is good to know our guests enjoy the cool air on hot days as much as we do. Come again any time. Ken

Relaxing here at a quiet beach after a couple of days at Universal Studios was just a great way to end our vacation.  We were surprised at how close we were to Cocoa Beach.  All the kitchen tools you could ask for let us start the day here and enjoy the great places to eat in the area.  The ladies loved shopping in downtown Melbourne.
