We had the best week staying in this Finca near Santa Eularia!As a group it was the perfect location with a short walk to the supermarket and nice stroll into town. It’s the perfect location set away from party Ibiza but also a short taxi to anywhere on the island. The Finca itself has ample room both inside and outside for the whole group to enjoy themselves.The pictures don’t do it justice! Caroline was a lovely host and we communicated throughout.

Truly perfect in every way

We spent a week with our family at the villa and had an unforgettable time in this beautiful Ibiza home, located in Santa Eulalia del Río.We loved everything — the villa itself, the pool, and the incredible location within easy reach of so many beaches and unspoiled “calas.”The house is stunning: spacious, comfortable, and immaculately maintained — the perfect place to relax. You can tell the hosts have put great care into every detail — everything has been thoughtfully considered. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to beach umbrellas and more.It truly felt like a home away from home. The large pool was a highlight — ideal for lounging during the day or taking a refreshing dip after exploring the island.The location is also ideal: peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything. We especially loved being near the town of Santa Eulalia, its market, and charming shops. From there, we explored Ibiza Town, hiked to Cala de Portixol, relaxed in the northern calas, and enjoyed discovering San Gertrudis.We couldn’t have asked for more — absolutely perfect in every way. We’re already dreaming of our next stay.Thank you!

Der perfekte Ferienort

Liebe Caroline, Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt so sehr bei dir genossen, weil einfach alles perfekt war. Sei herzlicher Empfang, die wertvollen Tipps über die Region sowie das perfekt aus eingerichtete Haus haben unseren Urlaub ganz besonders gemacht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar Sonnencreme und Autan hast du uns zur Verfügung gestellt, um uns die Moskitos vom Leib zu halten. Das Highlight war für uns der tolle Pool, in dem man sogar Bahnen schwimmen kann, weil er so groß ist. Die Kinder haben es geliebt.

wonderful family stay in August

Beautiful villa, enormous warm pool, lovely gardens, well positioned, walkable to the town, beaches and port with plenty of restaurants. Driving distance to many beautiful sites and beaches. Communication with the owners and management team was straightforward and pleasant. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you

The perfect family vacation

The villa was ideal for our family. Every room had privacy for each of us, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was wonderful. The location was perfect, almost everything on the island seemed to be within 20 minutes! Thank you so much for one of our favorite family vacations.

Thank you Caroline and Barry, for making our first visit to Ibiza the best vacation of our lives, so far! Your villa was more than perfect - immaculate in cleanliness, service, check-in/check-out, comfort, ease of access, all the appliances and dishes, and utilities, the pool and luxurious feel and look of every little detail - you literally thought of EVERYTHING, and MORE! We have never stayed in a more beautiful and perfect place! You have been the most welcoming and best hosts we have come across! We only wish we could have stayed longer! :) For anyone considering this property, I suggest you don't waste a minute! Best decision we have every made! Not one complaint or inconvenience. Interior designed Villa with a massive pool, 15 mins walk from beach and restaurants

This Villa is really lovely, the kitchen well stocked, the space by the pool divine. All communication prior to arrival was easy and helpful. Short walk to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Three different tables to choose to eat at. One AC unit wasn’t working well and was fixed immediately.

Great experience

We had an amazing time! The property is very beautiful and the house well equipped. The pool is just perfect. The owner and the property manager are very kind and always available. Few points for improvement: - the house is huge so it would require more time for deep cleaning - the bedroom by the pool is very hot (and the A/C doesn’t work properly) - half of the closets in the bedrooms are locked so the space left for the guests’s clothes is not that much - the neighborhood is not that pretty and, despite being close to the village (one of the reason why we chose it) you cannot walk as there is no sidewalk and there is a steep hill going back home

Lovely Finca with amazing pool & ouitdoor facilities

The hosts were great, the inside of the hotel was very functional and the pool, outdoor bar, dining areas and chill out space was really great. Really good being only 15 / 20n minutes from town centre, sea front and beach.

Perfect doesn’t do this villa justice !

This farmhouse villa was everything we expected and more. As a group of 7 female friends, the villa offered lots of space, chill out areas, communal dining and lovely gathering places. The kitchen has everything you could want, from coffee machines to hand blenders! It’s such a well equipped house. The outdoor area is super, catering for plenty of guests with various seating areas, loungers, towels, an outside pool and kitchen area. The house sits at the very top of a hill, around 15 mins walk from the beautiful harbour of St Euailia. The town and harbour offer many amenities, from supermarkets, to clothes, to restaurants and bars. We found an amazing cafe for breakfast called passion, along with the best Tapas I’ve ever tasted and the most perfect water front Italian restaurant. The owners have a manual for everything to help Make the holiday run smoothly and ensures the villa feels like a home from home. Esmee the property manager was on hand throughout our trip, she was polite and helpful and made some very good recommendations for theme nights and clubs. I’d recommend hiring a car, booked transfers (though comfy and reliable) were expensive at €100 - €120 per trip no matter where you go on the island … we tried to find Uber but not sure it operates in Ibiza ! You can walk down to the harbour and pick up taxis easily. The villa was secure and felt in a safe area, with alarms and electric gates. There are steps around the villa, which wasn’t a problem for us as we are all relatively young and fit. The cleaners came mid week and the pool people came twice during our week stay. I’d definitely stay here again and am very grateful for the fab communication from Caroline and Esmee and for the brilliant quality of our stay. Thank you x

Fantastic stay in exceptional finca, with wonderful host

Incredible stay at this most wonderful of villas. The property truly is stunning and even better than the photos, with lots of character. The children absolutely loved the huge salt water pool (and the splash pool for some fun!) and exploring the gardens. There are some wonderful chill out areas both inside and outside which were great for some down time. Location is fantastic with a nice walk down the hill to Santa Eulalia to restaurants, bars and the beach! We have stayed in many villas across Europe and this one is the best - has it all - comfort, luxury, perfect location, great hosts and the outdoor space is magical. Caroline and Berry are exceptional hosts - nothing was too much trouble and they are so welcoming and helpful. Lots of tips and recommendations of their favourite places. Check-in was very easy with Esmee who was also on hand throughout our stay to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much Caroline - we look forward to our next visit! Pete and Vanessa

Perfect!

Villa was immaculate, beautifully interior designed with all amenities. Huge pool was a major feature and the chill out areas most relaxing. Short walk into town was ideal with an abundant selection of lovely restaurants to suit all. Great restaurant recommendations from Esmee. All in all a wonderful stay. Would definitely go back!

Don't think we can top this place!

We have stayed in several villas in Europe (2 families of 3) and reckon this is the best yet. Gorgeous villa and stunning (large) pool with a welcome 'chill out' area. The strawberries, salad leaves, mint and veggies from the garden were a bonus and so was the convenience of being able to walk into town (particularly enjoyed the scenic route by the river). Caroline sorted out a couple of minor problems very promptly. We had a fabulous week and hope to return.

This is a beautiful property

My family of 7 adults and 2 children stayed for 1week and must say we had a lovely holiday celebrating my 60th birthday. There was everything we could need to make a relaxing and comfortable stay. The outside pool area is very spacious, and the fruit and vegetables in the garden were great

Gorgeous house with lots of space and amazing pool

We were 2 families including 5 children. The house is beautifully decorated with lovely areas for eating all together. However the best part is the incredible pool and surrounding chill out areas. Great location and a very helpful host. We could not have wished for better.

Tasteful and stylish Finca with all that you need

We spent 7 wonderfully restorative fun days in this peaceful and well appointed home. We are 2 families with 4 children between 5 and 12 years old. There was space, light, comfort and privacy. The views are uplifting and the renovation and interior of the property is very special. The soul of the home can be felt and the personality of the owners is apparent at every turn - in this case it was a joy! The description and photos are exactly as you find it - if anything real life is even better. Ernesto - the man who cares for the property is also kind and helpful and very discreet. The owner, Caroline, was personable and helpful with all requests - babysitters, other areas that would be nice to stay and visit and made sure we had all our needs met. The garden is big but safe enough for the kids to play games, have adventures and run around! The vegetable and fruits were ripe and we were encouraged to use them delicious! The kitchen and various eating areas were also fully equipped for large family meals or quick snacks. The pool area is also large and relaxing to while away the hours day or night. We did not want to leave and all agreed it is the best holiday house we have ever stayed in. Many thanks and please let us know if you ever want to sell!!

Lovely villa

Was great. The villa is beautiful and well kept. an old Finca that has been sympathetically restored, with great pool and comfortable with the way natural breezes air condition it. Housekeeping was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. You need to like the neighbour's dogs who seem to be trained to yap a lot, but this is generally a quiet residential neighbourhood but close anough to town to walk to the restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
