私たちの家は、プライベートプールとジャグジー付きの独立した4ベッドルームヴィラで、自然に囲まれた静かな住宅のゲートコミュニティであるウェストンヒルズに位置しています。 ウェストンヒルズは、オーランドのトップアトラクションすべてに簡単にアクセスできる場所にあり、フォリダでの休暇に理想的な場所にあります。 全体に空調が施され、非常に高い水準に整えられ、すべての近代的な便利さが完備されています。 家全体で無制限のWI-FIインターネットアクセスを利用できます。 以下を含む施設レクリエーションセンター、コミュニティプール、テニスコート、バレーボールコート、ウォーキングトレイル、子供の水泳センター。 地元のPublixスーパーマーケット、Wal-Martスーパーストア、レストランがわずか数分先にあります。 近くには良質のゴルフコースがあります。ディズニーアニマルキングダムは、交通状況によりますが10〜15分です。 日当たりの良いフロリダの素晴らしい別荘。

Lovely house in a well kept and quiet area.

Thank you John for the use of your holiday home, the house was lovely with beautiful views to the rear, very well equipped. It was a bonus to have so many towels including beach towels available to us, thank you. Your communication was excellent so was all the information you gave us. Your directions to the airport and parks was spot on. The service we received whilst at the home from Sue was also excellent. Thank you Susan Richardson

Nice, large home equipped with plenty of towels, linens, dishes/flatware and audio/video equipment.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and hot tub. So nice to jump in for a while after a full day of Disney parks! Convenient location.

Family yearly vacation

So this is not the first property we had rented in Fl, but this was by most the cleanest, safest, my family and I enjoyed our time here, property is equipped with all essentials and non essentials items, , plenty of room plenty of storage , I wish they provide a garage car opener it would be must convenient, also it would be much better if more detergent is available rather then the renter has to go out and buy their own , overall it was worth what we paid for

A great home away from home, plenty of space, very clean and minutes away from all Disney parks!

This house rental for our 9 day Florida family vacation was incredible. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Would rent this house again in the future. We enjoyed the gated community the home was in. Very safe and comfortable surroundings. The house is very clean and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this rental to friends and family wanting to stay just outside the Orlando area.

From first impressions this property delivered 5 stars on all fronts., from our first dealings with Mr Ross the owner to the last it was all top draw. Even though the video is good it doesn't do it justice. Pool area amazing, master bedroom unbelievable, all bedrooms have massive storage. It's very clean.Weston Hills for me gives you that real American neighbourhood feel. I will definitely use again. All attractions easy to get to. I could go on but I cannot find one negative to say about the villa, neighbourhood or the owners. 5 star all round

Fabulous Florida Villa

Beautiful, spacious villa. Very clean and well equipped. Location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants and Disney theme parks and other attractions are just a short drive away. We visited Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Seaworld and Discovery Cove where we swam with dolphins...fantastic experience. We also went to the Kennedy Space Centre and met an Astronaut...now that doesn't happen very often! We took a trip to a beautiful lake nearby and went to a couple of fabulous beaches. A truly magical holiday. We were so comfortable here and the owners are lovely and I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Weston Magic... A delightful home from home!

A wonderful peaceful spacious house to relax in after the busy world of Orlando. Every need catered for...pool, extremely comfortable beds, laundry room, immaculately clean furnishings and beautiful surroundings. In easy reach of parks, restaurants and a manageable drive to beach and Kennedy Space Centre. Spent three weeks there with husband and two teenage children...would have happily stayed longer. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Although we travelled around most of the world for business reasons, we had our holidays either in the United States or in north Devon. So it's perhaps not surprising that we have bought properties in the areas of the world we love the most.

We bought our home in Florida in May 1999, our family and friends have had the most wonderful holidays there. Holiday with our grandchildren are very Disney focused and busy busy busy. Holiday on our own tend to be more relaxed and slower, but we still enjoy the parks even in our sixties. As our autistic Granddaughter Izzy so eloquently puts it. "It my favorite place in the whole world"

We wanted to buy a property in the US because we like America. We decided on a property in central Florida because it has all the attractions in Orlando area, yet still it is still in easy reach of both the east and west coastal areas of Florida. Central Florida has many national parks and lakes.

Weston Hills is a lovely gated community, quite with local amenities.

We selected our property because of the Weston Hills community, the house design, location and rear views.

Weston hills is an oasis, near enough to all the attractions around the Orlando area, yet quite enough to relax by the pool and sunbath.
At night you can hear the Magic Kingdom Fireworks in the distance that why we call it: "Weston Magic".
On site facilities include recreation center, 2 community pools, 2 tennis courts, volley ball court, walking trail, and children’s aquatic center.
