中世の村ドンムの壁の内側に位置するこの復元された石造りのコテージは、カップルや小さな家族向けの魅力的で快適な宿泊施設です。 マスターベッドルーム、小さなベッドルーム、バスルーム、広いオープンプランのキッチンとダイニングルーム、エレガントで居心地の良いリビングルームがあります。 また、要塞化された村の壁の広大な景色を楽しみながら、果樹の下で昼食をとるテーブルと椅子のある人里離れた庭があります。 家は静かな通りにありますが、バスティード村のショップ、バー、レストランから徒歩わずか3分です。 ラ・コンブは、英国サンデー・タイムズの旅行セクションで、ヨーロッパで最もロマンティックな12の場所の1つとして紹介されました。
正面玄関は、オープンプランのキッチンとダイニングエリアに通じています。 無垢材のキッチンには、電気オーブン、コンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、冷凍冷蔵庫が完備されています。 ローシーズンやミドルシーズンの寒い夜には、大きな鋳鉄のwoodストーブもあります。 隣接するのは、ソファ、2つの肘掛け椅子、コーヒーテーブル、オランダの本の大コレクションを備えた居心地の良い明るいリビングルームです。 囲まれた庭と人里離れた庭に通じる石の階段に通じるフレンチドアがあります。
ダイニングエリアからは、オークの螺旋階段が上階の寝室とバスルームに通じています。 家の後ろにある快適でエレガントなマスターベッドルームには、ドーマーウィンドウから渓谷の景色を眺めることができ、ダブルベッドと十分な収納スペースがあります。 明るく風通しの良いバスルームには、要塞化された壁の景色が広がり、フルバス、シャワー、洗面台、トイレが備わっています。 家の前にある小さな寝室には、むき出しの木製の梁があり、ダブルベッドがあり、1〜2人が快適に眠れます。
家は、石灰石膏、麻の断熱材、天然塗料、木材処理、有機織物などの伝統的で生態学的な材料を使用して復元されました。 また、再生可能電力でも動作します。 露出した石の壁や木製の梁などのオリジナルの特徴の多くを保持しながら、細部にまで鋭い目で改装されました。 全体に木製の床があります。 家には洗濯機、アイロン台、アイロンが備わっています。
外には、自転車を駐車するのに理想的な囲まれた日当たりの良い中庭があります。 石の階段の上の小さな人里離れた庭には、2本のイチジクの木、アプリコットの木、ハーブガーデンがあります。
庭には日陰の日当たりの良いエリアがあり、座ってリラックスして景色を楽しめます。 庭はいくつかのレベルにあり、古い急な石の階段からアクセスできるため、高齢者や小さな子供には向かないかもしれません。
家から100m以内に居住者専用の駐車場があり、リクエストに応じて対応するアクセスカードを受け取ります。 家の前の駐車場は道路が狭いため、積み降ろし専用です

The cottage is in an excellent location to enjoy all that Domme has to offer, and in one of the prettiest and most tranquil streets of the town. The garden is private and perfect for relaxing in. Stefan was there to greet us on arrival and provided a comprehensive information pack to help us make the most of our visit. We had plenty to keep us busy in and around Domme. We enjoyed some excellent meals, all within easy walking distance, and all of the people in the town are delightful.

This was our second stay in this charming little house. Peaceful location with a pretty private garden to enjoy. Lovely historical town with a Thursday market and a stunning promenade to enjoy watching the sunset over the Dordogne valley.

We spent an enjoyable three weeks in Domme. We were especially pleased to have the use of the bicycles. The accommodations were just as advertised. It’s a delightful area to visit.

Quaint cottage in Domme

The cottage was clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay in Domme. The cottage is in a beautiful area and there were plenty of restaurants to enjoy within walking distance.

A peaceful retreat

A perfect little village house that is full of character and also very comfortable. The raised garden is private and has the bonus of a pool.

Fabulous property, fabulous location

This is a lovely property in a great location. La petite bergerie is well- equipped, clean and great views from the garden. Any queries were answered immediately. Highly recommended.

We had a great week exploring Domme and surrounding area. Domme had everything we needed and within walking distance of the house. The cottage was a great base, very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped. Two things that added a final touch - the parking permit and the mosquito net over the main bed - both were much appreciated. Thank you.

Gorgeous town and cute little house

Domme is a fantastic town to base yourself to explore the walled city and surrounding towns. The house is very cute and a good size for 3 or 4 people. Two bedrooms located upstairs with the bathroom, the spiral stairs are a little creaky along with some of the floor boards but not a major issue for us. The main bedroom does have a humming/machine noise coming from a cupboard that we couldn’t work out what it was for, so if you’re a light sleeper may be an issue. Otherwise, the area is whisper quiet and very relaxing. The lounge room was lovely to relax in after a day of exploring. It seemed we may have been the first guests in some time. Only recommendation would be to supply some washing up liquids and a drying rack, if they were there we didn’t find them.

Furthermore, an answer to your questions; A six-metre-long washing line hangs under the covered terrace. Where you can dry your laundry. Washing products for washing machines and dishwashers can be found in the relevant cupboard. If it has been used up, please contact us. Yes, the stairs creak a bit, but we have never had a negative reaction to it. Also not over loose planks. We will look for this. The device you hear in the bedroom. It is a ventilation device with heat recovery that provides all rooms with filtered clean air. This way you can enjoy pure air without pollen or dust. You don't have to open windows when you go out or sleep. Hoping to have answered your questions, we wish you a nice holiday in Europe!

Geweldig huisje waarin je je dadelijk thuis voelt. Alles zeer netjes en clean. De locatie is perfect en mooi en alles is goed bereikbaar. Er zijn tal van mogelijkheden. De eigenaars zijn steeds bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. We gaan zeker terug, een aanrader.

Schönes kleines Häuschen

Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr schönen romantischen Dorf mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Dieses Haus liegt in einer sehr guten Ausgangslage für viele schöne Unternehmungen und Ausflugsziele im Périgord.

Verblijf was goed. Huis is vooral boven wat krap voor mensen die wat langer zijn. Domme is erg leuk en er is veel te zien in de omgeving.

Fantastisches kleines Häuschen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der kleinen Bergerie. Das Häuschen ist ästhetisch eingerichtet und der Garten bietet einen schattigen Sitzplatz für ausgiebige Frühstücke sowie einen kleinen Pool für wohltuende Abkühlungen zwischendurch. Klein aber fein!

Wonderful character property in amazing location

Excellent communication with host who was on hand to assist with any problems. Character property fully equipped for needs and very comfortable. Would mention pool a little restrictive for swimming but wonderful for cooling off when hot. BBQ area accessed by steep stone steps but a lovely addition and well used during our stay. Would certainly stay again.

Pretty and historic cottage

Lovely cottage near one of the historic gates to Domme. Owners are well organised with excellent communication. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Superbe moment

Un vrai plaisir de se réveiller tous les matins dans ce cadre enchanteur. La maison est petite mais très agréable et cosy. Merci ce fut un très bon séjour familial; nous espérons revenir bientot aux beaux jours!

Belgium is our home country and France our holiday destination!
After years of hard work in our own company, we wished for something different. We have traveled around in a mobile home and visited many beautiful places in Europe. For us, the Perigord-Noir and especially this Golden Triangle turned out to be Paradise. . We wished to spend our old age, now that we are retired, in the Perigord!
We have 4 sons, who like to come and enjoy themselves with their husbands and children. It is here for them the Walhalla in the culinary field. The eight grandchildren feel like real princesses and princes here between all those castles. The rural and nature gives them challenges and healthy living. They come here to enjoy farm life and tranquility, which we do not find in Antwerp!
Meeting people from all over the world seemed like the future. This way our old age will not be lonely and we can assist our guests and give them a pleasant leave. We realize once again that after hard work, it is necessary to take a relaxing leave.
