新しく改装されたアパートメントで、街と海の壮大なパノラマビューをお楽しみください。 ニースの街並み、Bais des Anges、港、古い城を見渡すことができます。 最寄りのビーチは徒歩で約5分、徒歩10分で港や旧市街へアクセスできます。 いくつかの優れたレストラン、ホットなナイトスポット、夜のエンターテイメントはすべて徒歩圏内です。 また、近くには徒歩10分の大きなスーパーマーケットや、数分で基本的な必需品を提供するミニマーケットがあります。 独立した子供用プールを備えた共同プールが敷地内にあり、アパートメントには地下駐車場に専用駐車スペースもあります。 宿泊施設には、ダイニングテーブルと椅子付きの良いサイズのバルコニーが付いています。 シャワーとトイレ付きの新しいバスルームがあります。 モダンなキッチンには、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、洗濯機、オーブン、誘導コンロがあります。

Perfect accommodation

We stayed at the apartment for a four night break. It was perfect: clean, well-equipped and in an ideal location. The view from the balcony was wonderful and it was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Nice. The pool was a welcome addition as the weather was very hot. Odette, our host was friendly and helpful. We had a very reaxing time and highly recommend this accommodation.

A clean well appointed appartment in a beautiful location.

The appartment was clean well equipped and modern with stunning views from the balcony. The pool was rarely used by other guests and very welcome hot weather.

One of the Best Views in nice

It was our first time to Nice and had no idea of what to expect. The apartment has the most amazing views of Nice, the port and the Cote de Azure coastline. Personally I think Mt Boron is the best location for accommodation, close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There is a short walk directly down to the sea for a gorgeous morning and evening swim. Nice Old town is within walking distance and there is a bus stop is outside. The Apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. The Pool has great views over the bay. It was very sad that we had to leave but will most definitely be back, not just to Nice but also to this perfect apartment in both location and facilities. Thanks Nick and Fanny for the warm hospitality.

Misrepresentation

We have booked many apartments through the owners direct website and have never had a problem, this could not have been more different. It was so bad that we refused to stay, despite being denied any refund. We booked this apartment based on the advertisement stating that it had one bedroom. The ‘bedroom’ is in an alcove in the entry hallway. The front door opens directly onto it and it there is no room to walk around the bed so entry is only possible from one side – the owners photograph does not reflect this. The owner should make this clear as we would not have booked it had we known. Speaking to him when we discovered this he answer was that we should sleep on the sofa bed in the tiny sitting room. If we had wanted a studio we would have booked one! We had booked a one bedroom apartment, not a studio with a bed in an alcove in the entryway. The owner has been very unhelpful, initially saying we have cancelled without any due cause, giving that as his reason for not making a refund. On sending him a photograph very clearly showing that his advertisement was misrepresentative he then changed his reasoning to that we were being abusive, this was when we said we would have no option but to take the matter further – and has now refused to receive any communication from us. He has also changed the photograph on his web-site, which still does not show the ‘bedroom’ clearly but is an improvement on the one there previously. We took the matter up with Owners Direct who only advice was to communicate with the owner – difficult when he refuses to accept any communication. We have been consistently polite to him both on the telephone and in emails. We regularly make reviews and they are uniformly very good, the last two, booked through Owners Direct, we gave 5 stars to, and have never given a review like this. The rest of the apartment is tiny, but was clean and the bathroom looked reasonably new. A huge disappointment, do not book this apartment unless you are looking for a studio rather than a one bedroom apartment. Also disappointing that there was no option but to give a minimum of 1 star, would have been much happier to give none. We are still out of pocket for the money we paid the owner.

Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht

Vorab - Odette gibt sich sehr viel Mühe und ist auch sehr freundlich. Wer aber aufgrund der Bilder denkt in einer Ferienanlage zu landen wird enttäuscht. Er handelt sich um ein ehemaliges Hotel mit 50 Zimmern welche denke ich unterschiedliche Besitzer haben. Als wir während der Woche ankamen war das fast wie ein lost place. Positiv ist weiterhin die Lage zur Innenstadt. Diese ist gut zu erreichen. Der Pool ist toll, das es aber keine Sonnenschirme und Badetücher gibt ist ein dickes Minus. Zudem hat unsere Jaffeemaschine nicht richtig funktioniert und es muss doch möglich so etwas kurzfristig zu tauschen. In der Anzeige wird der Preis mit 135 Euro angegeben. Bis aber alle Zuschläge draufkommen liegen wir bei 175 Euro. Das ist ganz einfach zu teuer.

Glücksfall eines Apartments in Nizza

Dieses Apartment ist von der reichhaltigen Ausstattung, der Lage und vom Service überragend. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, der Pool wundervoll. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, das bad quasi neu. Obwohl das Gebäude an einer viel befahrenen Strasse steht, war der nach Hinten liegende Schlafbereich sehr ruhig. Unbezahlbar war die Kommunikation mit der Concierge Odette, die mit Google-Translator alles übersetzte und viele gute Hinweise hatte. Jederzeit wieder. Danke!

Vue imprenable sur Nice et sa mer

Vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Nice avec l'exposition parfaite. Appartement en excellent état et très bien équipé. un atout très important à Nice : une place de parking et les arrêts de bus face à la résidence. Une mention très spéciale pour la responsable de l'immeuble qui a été disponible, bienveillante et accueillante ; c'est ce qui fait la qualité de cette résidence.

Belle location

Un appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, bien rénové et équipé. A noter un parking permettant d'accueillir un SUV sans problème. Le super accueil de Noëlle ponctuelle et disponible. Une vue extraordinaire sur Nice. Un emplacement idéal : tout se fait à pied ou en bus. Bref très belle location à reommander

Tolle Ferienwohnung, geiler Pool!

Die Lage war super, supermarkt in der Nähe, tolle öffentl. Verkehersanbindung Bus nach Monaco und villefrance sur mer direkt vor der Haustür. Strandpromenade fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten. Die Klimaanlage war lebensnotwendig und der Pool war auch top. Wie hier in den Bewertungen schon steht, Kommunikation vor ort nur in französisch bzw. Google übersetzter mit der wirklich super lieben und herzlichen Odette. Für meinen Geschmack waren die küchenutensilien etwas schmutzig vom vormieter, sodass ich alles vor der Benutzung nochmal spülen musste. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen :)! War n schöner Urlaub.

Very Nice!

Bon séjour dans cette location une très belle vue sur le port de Nice 👌 Vous êtes reçu par Odette qui est super 👍 Une bouteille de rosé et offerte pour la bienvenue 😉 À savoir la chambre dispose d’une toute petite fenêtre en hauteur et le canapé est actuellement vétuste mais il sera apparemment changé en Août par son propriétaire

Belle vue depuis cet appartement au bas du Mont Boron (Nice)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement avec une belle vue mer. La résidence comporte une grande piscine et elle est très bien située dans le bas du quartier du Mont Boron avec un accès facile au quartier du port et par les bus aux plages de Villefranche, Beaulieu et Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist zweifellos weiter zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil für uns, war der Kontakt vor Ort. Bei der Ankunft musste ich mich tel. vor Ort melden. Was ich nicht wusste, das die Kontaktperson kein Englisch spricht und ich kein Wort Französisch. Dank Google Übersetzer wurde aber auch dieses reibungslos gemeistert. Da wir anfangs überlegt haben mit Dachbox zu verreisen, hier der Hinweis, dass wir von der Höhe her nicht in die Garage gepasst hätten.

Affordable accommodation with fantastic view!

We had a great week at Mont Boron. Communication with owners and instructions were great. The apartment has everything you need (big plus for the washing machine) and worth the price. The view from the balcony is just amazing! And nice with a large pool during warm days.10 min walk to a large Carrefour and 15 min walk to the harbor. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Apartment

We have just returned for a lovely holiday in Nice. The apartment was very clean, had a modern kitchen, modern bathroom with superb shower and a large balcony with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers. The views are amazing both over Nice, the Hills and the Port. It is definitely worth the walk up the hill for these spectacular views. The pool was always very quiet with lots of room to sit. I would definately recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Apartment

Light and Delight

Thank you Dany and Nick for letting us enjoy a beautiful short break in your property in Nice! The apartment was perfect for us. The balcony is offering the very best view of Nice and I guess this already earns a 5 star rating for the unforgettable sunsets. We lost ourselves looking at the sunset, every evening we were hurrying to the apartment to catch the sun going down behind the Alpes Maritimes, overlooking onto the beautiful red roof tiles of the Old City of Nice. Other beautiful views are appearing when the lights of the city are switched on and the mountain with its old castle is illuminated by floodlights. The apartment is just a short walk to the centre of Nice and also a Supermarket is nearby. It has beautiful modern furniture, the bathroom and kitchen apliances are good quality, easy to use. Bus station is right in front of the apartment and served by all the routes you might need, it costs only €1.50 whether you go to the centre of Nice or to Monaco. The concierge service was excellent, very nice and friendly, and a nice bottle of red wine waited for us when we arrived. We'll certainly come back to this lovely place, we would like to use the swimming pool and take sunbaths, , therefore, we'll organise a holiday in Nice later in summer. Your apartment is an oasis of light and delight, it has all that we possibly needed and more. We will undoubtedly recomend it to our friends and family. Regards, Elena & Fabian
