Lovely apartment! We arrived late and it was very easy to find following the owner’s instructions that had been emailed over. We enjoyed the comfy furniture on the balcony and the chess board that we found. Beach chairs and parasols plus a cool box were very handy for a trip to Mandria beach which was within walking distance. The pools were great and it wasn’t a silly rush to bag sun beds in the morning even during peak August holiday time. The resort was well kept and always clean. Local restaurants were walkable.

The Perfect Apartment, Complex and Location

What a Super Apartment, Complex and location this is. Ten mins from Paphos airport, on the coast and Terrific Restaurants within five minute walk. Host wonderful to deal with, everything you need for a great quiet and relaxing holiday.

Perfect in every way !

Location is amazing - peaceful enough for adults who need that all important break but equally there was plenty to keep 2 teenage boys occupied - whether it was round the pools or off to the beach. We ate at a different Taverna each night of our 7-day stay. Mandria Fish and Chips absolutely lives up to its hype and the quaint stone Taverna at the top of that road on the left was superb if you fancy something more authentic. We found the little shop in the village was fine for all basic essentials and no more expensive than the bigger one further out of town - there's also an ATM right next to it so there's everything you need just 5 minutes walk away. From the time of booking to the day we left, the owner, Maurice, could not have done more. There was an essentials welcome pack of milk, water, juice, crisps and biscuits as well as tea, coffee and sugar. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, again with everything you could need. Very spacious balcony where we enjoyed several late night family card games. The other bonus, especially if you have children, is the free WiFi and access to so many TV channels. Would we stay here again ? Definitely ! Would we recommend it to other holidaymakers ? Absolutely!! Book up and enjoy - you won't be disappointed...and remember to water the beautiful Bird of Paradise plant on the balcony.

Lovely luxury apartment had a great family holiday

We stayed with our 2 boys and had a great holiday. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The swimming pools were clean and found the resort to be very peaceful and relaxing. There are eating places a few minutes walk away as well as local supermarket. The owner was great at communicating and we would definitely recommend and return.

I live in Manchester with my wife Caroline. We have 2 children who have both left home now, our son lives in Manchester and our daughter lives in London.
Caroline works in the local hospital in the oral surgery department. I worked for many years as a HGV driver before being made redundant, I was offered the chance to stay with the same company but in manufacturing which I jumped at it thinking I would only do it temporarily until something else popped up, well 20 years later I`m still there.

We adore this apartment and all my guests have emailed me after there stay saying how delighted they have been with the apartment. The setting is beautiful quite and idyllic with lovely views of the gardens and pools. We get the sun in the afternoon on the balcony from 3pm depending on the time of year, which makes it lovely to sit there with a apparative before going out for your evening meal.

We have fly screens fitted to all doors and windows which allows you to have them open without flies and bugs getting in. We have had ceiling fans fitted to the bedrooms for those hot nights along with floor fans. Air conditioning is also fitted to the bedrooms and lounge. I have free WiFi fitted, the code will be sent in the information pack I send out.
