A fantastic villa with direct access to the beach and wonderful crystal clear water. Plenty of really good options for food & entertainment in Coral Bay, we also really enjoyed playing table tennis and pool in the Villa.The only other things which could have been better were some drain issues causing some unpleasant odours, the parking at the front would benefit from some tree pruning and the pool table has definitely seen better days.The hob for cooking was slightly awkward as using the pans provided didn't give enough space to fit more than one at a time.The housekeeper Leah was wonderful and we will definitely want to come back again if we can.

Another fabulous Villa

Just back from another fabulous stay in Coral Bay at Villa Katina. We are a group of 13 family and friends who stayed at Villa Katina for 2 weeks. The Villa is fabulous and the location is something else. Wonderful views over the beach day and night. Steps from the villa also take you directly onto the beach, great for a swim in the sea. The villa has everything you need set over 3 floors. The pool area is fabulous with large luxurious sun loungers. The room next to the pool area has a large games room and kitchen which is very handy for cold drinks throughout the day. The bedrooms were all lovely and spacious with comfortable beds. A short 5 minute walk will take you to the Coral Bay strip with numerous bars and restaurants. You really are spoiled for choice when eating out. Leah the house keeper deserves a special mention. Nothing was a bother and she kept the place spotlessly clean. She is fab at her job and very friendly. All in all we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be rebooking for next year. Special thank you to Chris who managed the booking for us. We have used this company many times in previous years and Chris has always provided us with fabulous accommodation and a great service. For this reason we will continue to book with him.

Fantastic experience at Villa Katrina

The villa is positioned with the most spectacular view over Coral Bay We had a wonderful time and weather was perfect. We were close to town but you need a car or taxi to get to the supermarket to stock up for 12/14 people. The rooms were large and very clean & bright. Nice decor in the communal areas. Maybe the bedrooms could do with a makeover and one or 2 of the bathrooms. The only slight criticism is we also like to cook and have nights in. So the cooking facilities were minimal for a villa that size. We managed but one cooked up stairs while another cooked down in the bar area. Also could of done with a gas bbq along with the coal one for a large group. All in all we had a fantastic time and would happily go back. Cooking facilities and maybe the bedrooms are a little dated. One or 2 Bathrooms need a little a refurb in the showering areas.

Had a great time. The villa was perfectly located.

The villa is perfectly located and has amazing views. Only criticism is the cooking facilities aren’t enough for 14 guests and the bedrooms although spacious are old fashioned and tired. Other than that we had a fantastic time and would happily go back.

The location was perfect. Peefect location. Would not expect to find a better location any where. The villa was large and airy and peaceful. Perhaps leave written information about the times of pool and villa cleaning. Local information such as nearest medical help and phone number. Local bus and fares etc

Stunning location

The location was perfect with private access to the beach and easy walking distance to the centre of coral bay. Outside pool area was fab with lovely sun beds and bbq. We also enjoyed the downstairs bar and kitchen area with ping pong and snooker table. Also lovely verandas for additional eating areas. Villa very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Nice welcome pack. Appreciated help with taxi arrangements. Outdated kitchen area with bad smells under sink and other units. Bad drain smell in upstairs far right bedroom which was not nice for the couple who stayed in it. We had master suite and it leaked continuously through our stay from the ceiling so kept us awake and despite two visits by builders they could not fix it. We were not informed on arrival that keys must be kept in locks of bedrooms as we left key in room just after we arrived and were locked out which was very disappointing and stressful start to the holiday. It took one of our guests 2 hours to get into the room as when we rang Leah there was no spare key for room 1!! Better selection of wine and gin glasses would be good and more plastic glasses. Bathrooms could do with updating. Outside table areas would be better if they matched the lovely sun beds and sofa areas.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Haus, nur kleine Mängel

Wir haben zu 14 Personen (Großfamilie) 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung ist gut, wenn auch veraltet. Der Herd hat nur 4 recht kleine Platten, so dass er schon mit Nudelwasser für so viele Leute an seine Grenzen stößt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein Kapselgerät, das bei jeder dritten Tasse versagt und Kaffeepulver in den Kaffee läuft. Darauf haben wir die Agentur mehrmals angesprochen, wurden aber ignoriert. Die Hausdame, die zwischendurch ein wenig putzt und die Betten bezieht, ist sehr nett. Die Agentur ist mal bemüht, mal ignorant. Viele Stellen im Haus müssten erneuert werden. Manche Rollos sind verschimmelt, es gibt Schimmelrückstände in den Badezimmern und der Küche, abgesplitterte Fliesen und Spiegel, das Geländer am Pool ist verbogen, Terrassenfliesen haben Sprünge, die Poolbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht etc. D.h. so genau sollte man nicht hinschauen. Ein Vorteil sind die Betten, die wirklich in alle Zimmern gut sind. Von aussen wirkt das Haus stattlich und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Der Blick von Balkon und Terrasse und aus allen Schlafzimmer geht auf diese herrliche Bucht. Der feine Sandstrand ist in 2 Minuten über ein privates Tor zu erreichen. Dieser Komfort und der Blick entschädigt für einiges. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

October Stay | Large Group

We had a recent holiday for 14 people to this villa and it was the second time we visited. The villa is great and has everything you need for a large group. They had made some improvements since our last visit which were much appreciated, such as a fridge in the lower ground area so you can store drinks for by the pool as well as enough sun beds for the whole group. The location of this villa is amazing as you are right on the seafront and beach, as well as being within close walking distance of the local supermarket and strip with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Utterly Superb!

Rarely enjoyed a holiday so much and largely due to this wonderful villa - a word to the wise, this is one of those very few times when the brochure/online coverage falls short of the reality! Absolutely superb throughout - miss it at your peril. Will definitely be returning for another slice of Katina heaven.

Amazing villa by the sea

The villa is in a great location with access to the beach. The villa is well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, crockery etc. Lovely swimming pool and games room. Had a slight issue with the plumbing in one of the en suites but was dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend.

Great villa, brilliant views with quick access to the beach

The villa is well proportioned with something to do for all ages to keep them occupied during their stay. The villa is well equipped for eating in with a good kitchen and the ability to cook outdoors should you choose. Local amenities within easy walking distance and free a delivery service when you need to complete a large shop at the local supermarket. Regular bus service a 2-3 minute walk away should you wish to venture further afield. It doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommended.

Amazing villa, fantastic position overlooking the beach and the bay

Stayed at Villa Katina with my family. 12 in total with ages ranging from 5 to 85. Everyone loved the villa and the location. We had an issue with the plumbing at the start but this was dealt with promptly. The facilities at the villa are excellent as are the bedrooms and living accommodation. There is a good bus service into Paphos and 2 good supermarkets within walking distance. My wife joined the nearby hotel health club which gave her access to the gym, pool and tennis courts at a very reasonable cost. Lots of good restaurants nearby in Coral Bay. Good basic UK cafe-style food at The Frog and Toad. All in all, we had a great stay at an excellent villa.

Ideale verblijfplaats voor een familie vakantie

Het huis is perfect gelegen, op een rustige plek met een trap direct naar het strand. Het huis is verder enorm groot, en de kamers ook, waardoor je genoeg privacy hebt als je met een grote groep op vakantie gaat. Verder prima uitgerust qua huishoudelijke apparaat etc. We hebben ons fantastisch vermaakt, met het zwembad (wat ook tijdens de week nog werd schoongemaakt 2x), het strand en het huis/terras, waar we een gezellige tijd met elkaar hebben gehad. Niet alles was even luxe (vandaar de 4 sterren), maar dat maakte voor ons niet uit. Zeer aan te raden verblijf voor een vakantie op Cyprus met een grote groep.

villa stunning location great only 10 minute walk to some great resturants and the view is amazing

we stayed here august 2017 there were 10 of us we took our family with us for our 40th wedding anniversary the villa the location the view is all amazing the only down side is the air con is on a 2hour timer and when staying in august when the weather is so hot this is not good at night none of us slept all night because of having to switch it back on but would stay here again but not in the summer its an amazing place and we all had a great time

Beautiful location - had everything we could have wanted

Family holiday booked on this site. Good communication from Chris, welcome basket of fruit and bottle of wine when we arrived. Pool is lovely and to sit on the poolside and look out onto the best resourced public beach is great. Private steps down to the beach, so always have your privacy. Games, cards, insect repellent all provided. Cannot recommend more highly.

Wonderful villa in a superb location

This a beautiful villa located on a quiet side road overlooking the sea. The beach and sea are perfect for families with It being shallow a long way out and very clean. Coral Bay with its restaurant's and shops is within walking distance but there is a bus stop within approx. 200m with regular buses. The villa itself is very clean and well equipped with good aircon in all the rooms. The bedrooms are not all on suite, two share a bathroom, but we personally didn't find this an problem. The only issue we found was the water tank was located above the bedrooms and it did make a horrible in the night when taps or toilets were used. We soon got used to this and it certainly wouldn't put us coming back to this superb villa.

dream villa in dream location

Villa surpassed expectations. First class location for all amenities. Warm welcome on our arrival at a late hour. Excellent customer service before,during,and after our stay. I would highly recommend this villa. 10 of us had a joyous time and all seasoned travellers. Chris and Liea made me feel confident that I could call on them personally for any help needed during our holiday. The villa itself was fabulous with us all enjoying full use of all it had to offer. Would love to return here.

A few weeks prior to your arrival we will send you a “Travel Details Request” form to complete requesting your arrival details, flight numbers, number of persons in your group, and any special requests which you may have.

Please note the following information for your airport transfers and car hire.

Car Hire
For car hire, we recommend an excellent local company which will offer you preferential car hire quotes as our villa guests. They will meet you at the airport and deliver the car to you there, you will then follow their representative to the villa where he will give you the keys to the property and will do the paperwork for the car hire at the villa with you.

Airport Transfer
If you would like for us to arrange a taxi for you then we will arrange for a trustworthy incensed taxi driver to meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa. Our trusted taxi driver offers the following airport transfer rates:
PAPHOS AIRPORT TO VILLA IN CORAL BAY:
1-4 Persons € 45.00.
5 Persons € 55.00.
6 Persons € 60.00.
6+ Persons additional € 10.00 per person.

Own Arrangements
If you choose to hire your own car or get a taxi from the airport then please use the attached directions (which include the villa address and key code) and the Google map which are attached so that you can gain access to the villa.

(Please note that check in is from 15:00 hours we ask that you return the villa to us by 11.00 am on the day of departure)
