Needs a bit ofon beds

Villa nice , location great . Kitchen well equipped The beds were very uncomfortable so hard we all ended up with bad backs , bedding in some rooms were dated , pillows flat and no extras if people wanted a second . No bins in some rooms and no where to hang wet towels . No tea towels for washing up , no bin bags for toilet bins . I feel if you expect people to use the bin for toilet rolls you should provide these as that’s not what we usually do in England . The white toaster in kitchen only cooked one side so took for ever to brown toast .

We stayed in this villa for our wedding. The villa is exceptional, it is even better in real life. It’s very spacious, updated and has everything you will need for your stay. Chris and George have been fabulous - even when I had to move the dates due to Covid. It has been a truly amazing stay, it has made my wedding even more memorable and hopefully we will stay again in the future.

Stunning villa with lots of space for 12 of us to enjoy a holiday in the sun. George the maintenance/handover man was very helpful and very nice. The location is a short walk to the beach and a small walk to the town. We had an amazing time and the pool was very nice in the heat. Thank you

Fabulous Villa

We stayed at the villa as part of a big birthday celebration, and ages ranged from 14 to 72 years old, the villa was in a superb location which was perfect a it allowed the teenagers to walk out and do things in the resort. Chris the property manager helped with the address for the airport transfer, the games room was a real hit with the teenagers as was the large pool. The out door eating area was perfect for everyone to be together at the end of the day, with both charcoal and gas BBQ's provided. Overall fabulous villa in a central location with the beach and restaurants walkable, and a bus stop at the end of the road there was no need to hire a car. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or book with Chris.

Great villa in a great location

Just returned from a week in Coral Bay staying at the Villa Ivory Mansion Villa was in excellent location (5 minutes walk from strip) On arrival villa was spotlesss and had everything we needed for our trip. Good facilities and great outdoor space for all the guests. Definently would recommend to anyone. Big thanks to Chris, George and the team for their great service and making the whole week stress free and one to remember. See you in the future!

Accommodation lovely, relaxing, suited everyone's needs. Beautiful weather.

The property was lovely, comfortable, suited everyones needs/age groups, with great facilities, inside and out. Very relaxing, quiet area. The Owner of the property very pleasant and welcoming. Only negative (the men of the party) the Sky channels were problematic, unable to watch sports and movies, kept playing up and the projector in the cinema room was difficult to operate, and DVDs available very old. Overall had a wonderful holiday

Family get together

Overall, really nice villa. Pool great for four grandchildren under the age of 5. Double washing machines in utility really useful for a party of 12. Slight hiccup on deposit payments initially but very quickly and efficiently sorted. A great space for the group and the charcoal BBQ worked brilliantly for 12 people, even though it doesn’t look big enough. It is for sure. Front facade of building could do with a minor paint touch up, but irrelevant as you spend all your time around the back where the pool area is, which is fabulous and the place is so big that everybody can lose themselves for the occasional peace and quiet if required. Overall, great place for a special family get away with all the up to date facilities in excellent working order to make life as easy as possibly for a group of 12 aged from 2 to 60!

Fabulous impressive mansion in great position

Fabulous 10 day holiday spent here with friends and family. Location is superb-about 5 mins from Main Street in Coral Bay for bars and restaurants and 5 mins from the main beach. Pool beautiful-very well equipped with everything a large group needs. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! The big heated pool was a treat with a small pool for the unexperienced kid swimmers. The seating area outside was great, with enough lounge beds for everyone. We made good use of the barbecue area with seating for all. The big parasol above the outside seating area was broken at our time at the villa. For summer times this would be essential to have. Inside, the dining area, was spacious. Good wifi connections through the villa. 7 bedrooms, including a large master bedroom, with 5 bathrooms and guest toilet. Large enough kitchen with good amenities. In basement a second kitchen with fridge en washing/drying equipment and a third small kitchen on the top floor. Basement area has a large play room with TVset, bar, separate room with table tennis table, table football and darts. Location is great, with 5 minutes walk to Coral Beach and village with plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. We can certainly recommend the Ivory Mansion.

A Fantastic Property

The Ivory mansion was ideal for a family of 13 including 2 children. Plenty of room and the outside area, games room and cinema room meant there was something for all. Very clean and plenty of crockery etc for a large group. Close to all amenities. We paid extra for heated pool but it did not feel heated, which was the only negative of our stay. A Fantastic property.

Amazing villa - great location & very luxurious

A family of 13 stayed at the Ivory Mansion the first week in March. We had an amazing stay at the villa - all areas are covered in marble which gives it a very grand feel. All amenities are catered for & everything you need for your stay is provided. The pool is lovely & heating is great. Definitely recommend this villa!

Lovely size villa and pool

Having spent 2 weeks here with 9 adults and 1 teenager the size of the villa and pool was good. It was situated perfect for both the beach and the strip of restaurants and shops (5 mins). However the furnishings and accessories does not match up to the 4/5* it is rated. The towels are of poor quality the beds most of them slatted are broken and collapse once you lie on them. The crockery etc was ok but more glasses and mugs are need and some of the serving bowls and dishes needed a good clean before we could use them. The cooker hood was not fixed properly to the wall and moved when you switched it on. The water cooler in the kitchen did not cool the water so was a waste of time. The cinema room was a good size but needs a person with good skills to set it all up and all the dvds in the house were in Russian, we took our own to find that none of the DVD players were blue ray and so we could not watch them ( luxury villa but not luxury appliances). The pool seating is looking very tired there was only one double wooden sun lounger although there are 3 shown in the pictures 1 was broken and just dumped in the garden. The furniture outside had odd cushions that did not match some of the beds or chairs and the cushions were not very clean. The decking has not been treated for some time, again it is shown differently in the photos. There is also no gas barbecue (as shown in photo) it is now a built in charcoal one. The pool was cleaned twice weekly which was great but the leaves that were lying around the garden were constantly being blown in the pool (no gardener seen at all in our stay and had not been to tidy the back of the house prior to our stay looking at the state of the garden) David who greeted us very nice and helpful came a couple of times to check that we were ok and bought a new toaster when we discovered the one there was broken. Although we had a good holiday I just feel the rating of this villa does not reflect what is represented and a bit disappointed as this villa does not come cheap!

Fabulous villa in the heart of coral bay

As a group of 13 plus a baby, we had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful villa. The villa is outstanding and had enough room for us all to live comfortably for 2 weeks. The villa catered for our every need and everything required for an enjoyable stay was provided. The pool area is fabulous which is where we spent most of our time. BBQ area was also put to very good use. The villa is also very private and is in a lovely peaceful area. The villa is situated very close to the beach and the main strip on coral bay, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Plenty to do in the surrounding area which didn’t require cars, buses or taxi’s. Alexander was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. All in all the villa exceeded our expectations and we had the most wonderful time there. Would defo return to this villa and the beautiful coral bay.

Amazing Villa & Great Holiday!

The Ivory Mansion is great! Very impressive to look at, decorated well, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. (It even had 3 kitchen areas) The outside space was fantastic, enough sun loungers for all 14 adults, towels provided, lovely Pool and a large social seating area as well as a long dining table that seated all of us for a BBQ. There is access to the rooftop which was great for watching the Sunset. Location was great in terms of local shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Phillipos supermarket is a ten minute walk, and they offer free delivery for you and your shopping back to the villa which was amazing! Taxi’s into Paphos are easy to get, and cost about €20. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the villa which was perfect. Chris Christou who was our contact when booking was great throughout and very prompt in answering all questions and queries we had prior to our holiday. He also organised a cleaner for us every morning which was perfect for a large group. The water features were on timers, but did not come on during our week and we were told this needed to be requested when we arrived which we did not do. Nothing major, it would have just been nice to have it on at times. Overall, a perfect place for large groups, no sound restrictions or noise from any other villas, great location and a luxurious Villa. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, fantastic property

We were a family group of 13 that shared this impressive villa for a week. We had a fab time, great facilities, excellent location and friendly/helpful owners. The only minor issue we had was how slippery the tiles are everywhere, especially around the pool. And it didn't matter how many times you tell a child not to run...! Just some simple grips on the tiles nearest the pool area would be of great benefit.but it would not stop us returning. Thanks for a great stay 😎

Excellent holiday

Property was lovely, highly decorated and furnished. Pool was lovely and warm with plenty of seating for everyone. Good location shops 2 minute walk away and beach round the corner, loads of bars and restaurants, huge supermarket nearby. Pool man came and cleaned pool regular and any problems we had management was there quick. Plently of towels and bedding provided, aircon in every room which was nice. Villa had 3 kitchens which we didn't realise which was helpful with feeding 13 people, and also there is access to the roof top with beautiful views.

Impressive and lots of space. Great location

The villa is certainly impressive and has more than enough social areas to take advantage of the glorious weather and setting. Alexander (owner) is extremely helpful and always at hand. He was very helpful when we had a small medical emergency. In saying this, the layout is a little odd and there were the odd bits of loose wiring or a pipe seemingly cutoff near the floor in the table tennis area (from rooms previous purpose?). Howeve, in saying this, these were very minor and not relevant as we were out and around outside most of the time. Just for the price, you'd expect these kind of things not yo be there. By the way - unlike is often the case, the beds were fantastic!

Excellent Villa

This is an excellent villa if you have a large family group as we did. the villa itself is both stunning outside and inside and the facilities inside are great with everything you need. We were in Cyprus to get married and the villa provided the ideal location for our preparations (just one caution there is an unwritten rule about number of guests!) and provided a stunning backdrop for some of our photos before we set off to Paphos for the wedding. the kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach is pretty close too so it is ideal if you haven't a car. The restaurants in the town are pretty decent too and there is a pretty good supermarket on the main road at the top that will bring you and your shopping home by car. The water features we not working when we arrived and after a couple of days the pool guy came and turned the wall ones on but not the waterfall as we had kids (8 year olds) and he said it was pretty strong so the villa owner didn't want it hurting anyone which is ok by us. The kitchen smelled when we arrived and opened the cupboards but we soon found a wooden handled cheese knife a previous renter had left wet in the cupboard and it had gone mouldy; once that was gone it was fine. Out thanks to the agent and the property manager were good at helping sort things out and making our stay very enjoyable.

Dramatic looking villa

The Ivory Mansion was a great looking villa, tall and imposing. It is well laid out with spacious rooms. For children the floors are all marble and pose a slip hazard when they get wet. The outside area, although safety strips are in evidence is very slippery when wet. The decking is not slippery. The villa is quite well appointed but often we ran out of cutlery and glasses. There is only one set for 14 people. The fridge could not support the food for 14 people and drinks, the extra fridge on the ground floor was awkward to use as it was down stairs! The mosquitos were in abundance and to sit inside was not possible. There were not enough sofas for 14 to sit comfortably together in one place. Everything for the beds was provided but it lacked luxury.In fact the villa looks luxurious but does not match internally with furnishings. The towels provided were sad and thin.Nothing matched. The owner was very much in evidence, calling most days.He was helpful when we needed something fixing for example. The water feature in the garden was on a timer due to water restrictions which was a shame as it added to the atmosphere. The outside sitting area and barbecue was great and could be illuminated in the evening. There was sunshine in most or part of the garden all day. The air conditioning worked and was efficient. The villa was clean when we arrived, we hired a cleaner every day to manage this aspect of our stay. The "strip" is very anglicised, each restaurant offering quite a good selection. We found the Italian restaurant at the top of the strip to serve good food and the chefs in the restaurant cooking at your table very entertaining. If you are a large group of adults or have teenage children this is a good villa and I would recommend it to you. Easy walking distance to the beach and strip. No need to use a car and plenty for teenagers to access.

The center of Coral Bay which offers a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas is also located less than 200 meters away and here guests will find restaurants serving a wide selection of international cuisine ranging from Chinese to Tex Mex to Italian and also local. The villa itself has been furnished to a tasteful and modern standard and every thought has gone into making our guests enjoy their stay. There are 2 private swimming pools including a children's' pool, a home cinema room with a bar, wi fi throughout the villa, and UK TV channels. A full collection of indoor and outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas for up to 14 persons, and an outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool as well as a spacious outdoor dining area with barbeque facilities.
