My husband and I stayed here with our brother and sister-in-law and had a great time. The condo is within walking distance to the parkway and shops, restaurants, etc. It definitely requires a little walk to get there but is very do-able. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the owners were responsive and friendly. I am giving the property 4 stars mainly due to a lack of kitchen supplies. If you are planning to cook a fair amount of meals in your rental, this is probably not the best place to choose. We only had one knife, and only enough cups/mugs for one meal meaning we were washing dishes several times a day. We consistently ran out of mugs, butter knives and some other items. If you don't plan to do much cooking or maybe only doing a simple breakfast, this unit will be perfectly adequate. We also had to go exploring to find the guest laundry room. It is a coin operated machine ($1.75 to wash and same to dry) so bring your quarters if you plan to do laundry.
The internet was terrible. I don't expect much when we're in the mountains, but I'm talking dial-up slow. We were only getting 1 Mbps download speeds. I needed to work on Monday morning and had to use the hot spot on my phone instead because trying to even open or access an email was impossible with the internet available in the Condo. If you are going to need internet during your stay, just know that going in!
Other than that, I would recommend this condo - especially for two couples. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it seemed relatively nice and clean, although dated. The building is a little older and in need of a few upgrades, but the condo itself was very nice and cozy. We had no issues with check in or check out - it all went very smoothly other than the fact that on check-out day we had two bears scrounging for some breakfast in the area which made taking the trash out more exhilarating than normal. :) If you're up and moving in the early morning hours, make sure and keep an eye out for them and you just might spot them!
