Excellent home from home

What more could you ask for villa excellent pool a bonus. Close to all the amenities. We did not have a car but went all over the island by public bus it was great. Went over to Lanzerote for the days.

Toller Urlaub mit Familie

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Wunderschönes Haus. Toller Pool, besonders für die Kinder. Die Lage war perfekt. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat auch bestens geklappt.

A great place to go !

We have spent very pleasant 2-weeks holidays in Corralejo in Garret's house. Kids enjoyed the pool, the location is close to the sea (500 m), volcanos are not far for those who want to walk/run in a wilder environment... And thanks to our host, Garret, very friendly and helpful !

Great Winter escape in Corralejo

Nice villa in good location near the resort of Corralejo. Plenty of space in the outside area for a family and great English speaking contacts over there were very helpful. Need to hire a car to explore the island . Beautiful dunes and beaches and nice inland towns. Weather lovely in February. Down side was we could not find the way into the villa on arrival as the information on then website needed updating to clarify the security entrance with the barrier. Arriving in the dark was very confusing as the Sat nav did not seem to recognise the details. Also the internet was not the best and therefore could watch the Smart tv box so there was no English channels. The pool was lovely to have but freezing. We would be prepared to pay extra for it to be heated to a reasonable temperature. We would however come back again as thoroughly enjoyed the holiday.

Lots small issues with the property

Villa is a lovely home but not upto standard to other villas we have stayed in, 1 there is no working WiFi is not powerful enough for more than 2 phones. 2 lots cockroaches if back door or Windows open through the day, 3 sockets hanging of walls, 4 fan in second bathroom not working 5 the fans in bedrooms either don't work properly or a filthy covered in dust 6 outside front light not working 7 if having a shower get in first as water goes cold quickly 8 only 1 remote to barrier for car to come through if more than 1 car you have to stop to let other car through barrier, 9 work needs doing outside near swimming pool and becareful of steps to pool Such a shame as this villa could be just perfect if all things listed were sorted out

The villa was in a good position close to shopping centre and beaches

On the plus side the villas in a nice quiet street and walking distance to a good shopping centre and beaches as well as the main town. The inside had been decorated and was basic but clean but poorly lit in bedroom 1 with bare bulbs in bathroom ! There was a very thoughtful welcome pack with basic groceries left for us like water, milk and a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. The outside lets it down with very tatty rattan furniture that was literally falling apart, an old swing seat again very tatty and definitely all in need of replacement, only 4 old sun beds for a 6 birth villa and only 4 patio chairs , one of which collapsed under my husband and the leg snapped off! Luckily he wasn’t hurt! The roof terrace had been used as a dumping ground for a broken garden sofa and what looked like a pile of plasterboard! Such a shame as with not a lot of cost and NEW garden furniture it could be a much nicer outdoor space . Having said that the pool was clean and heated although quite small but big enough. We had a problem with no water on the last day and when I called the local contact did come out straight away which was good. Wish I could have given it top marks as loved Correlejco but prob only a 6/7 out of 10 for the villa sorry. Just update ALL of the furniture outside and it would have been an 8 out of 10 😉

A lovely property with everything you need for a great holiday.Great location near to everything.

This property was ideal for our family of 4.Comfy sofas and beds.Great garden furniture to laze the days away. fantastic pool. Great kitchen - well stocked with equipment. Super TV and internet. Lovely quiet location within walking distance to beach and centre. Couldn't ask for anything else.Ideal for a great stay in Corralejo. Thanks to owner and management for answering our queries so promptly as well.

Home away from home

I would recommend this amazing villa to any family. The proximity of the supermarkets, shops and restaurants is ideal and the villa itself is spacious and welcoming. We made use of the glorious heated pool every day, and the kitchen was well equipped. There’s an outdoor barbecue too, we didn’t use it as we’re all terrible at working them! We had a late flight the day of leaving and we were allowed to stay until whenever we needed which caused a lot less hassle! A few little niggles otherwise it would be 5 stars, the rattan bench outside must have been broken at some point, it was botched together with cable ties and wood, which was sticking out at the front and a little dangerous for the toddler in our group. Also don’t guarantee on being able to watch any tv as it streams through the internet, which is terrible throughout the canaries, not just in the villa. But who really goes that far just to watch tv?! Overall a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Lovely villa- even better than the pictures here suggest!

This is a lovely, lovely villa. Attracted by its super-convenient location and the enticing online images, we booked it for our family visit ( grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and toddler). We were delighted by the accommodation, its beautiful furnishings, its provision of everything you could possibly want for a holiday and the gorgeous, well-maintained outside space. Casa Bonita is the perfect place to relax, with comfy sofas inside and a variety of outside seating areas - the pool-side swing seat was a personal favourite. The arrangement of beds gave maximum flexibility and the toddler’s parents were delighted that there were no stairs to threaten her safety. Excellent kitchen and utility areas: the washing machine was well-used! Sue and Ray were a great support, solving a couple of problems (which we caused ourselves) speedily and cheerily - so much better than an anonymous management company. We enjoyed the pool when the weather allowed and the lovely views towards Lanzarote and Lobos from the roof terrace. Thank you, Garret, and Sue and Ray, for a fabulous stay.

Beautiful villa in fantastic central location

Great weather; Brilliant villa

stayed at Casa Bonita seven years ago and we had a fantastic time then, and have always planned to return, we were very pleasantly surprised at the changes in both the villa and Corralejo, the decor is now modern, love the new artwork and heated pool is fantastic. The location is superb, and Corralejo itself is thriving with so many new restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back again soon.

Half Term Getaway

We were two families looking for some half term sun. We were very lucky with the weather as it was hot during the day although it got a lot colder in the evenings. The children used the pool, which managed to get up to 22 degrees but the sea was way too cold even for them! The villa is in a good location, reasonably close to everything, and it had everything we needed.

Love this villa have stayed in it many times x have stayed with a full house, and just the 2 of us. In a great location to walk into corralejo and the local beach. We hired car as usual as we enjoy the beach at el cotillo x we will however not hire again car hire as become extortionate on the island far cheaper to use taxis x As with most villas on the island water pressure can be low depending on the time of day x local shop round the corner and supermarket just across the roundabout x local bar flintstones very friendly English owners known them for years x over all love Fuerteventura x

Great location and villa

The villa has nice decor everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The pool is great and has the sun on it all day. The location is fantastic for walking to the local square and supermarket. We walked into and back to the main town most evenings and eat at a different restaurant every night except for when we had a BBQ one evening. Also walked to the Grandes Playa beach and would stop off for a well earned drink on the way back at Beachfront Mar Adentro. Garret replied to emails promptly and the agents Ray & Sue could easily be contacted if there were any problems. A lovely lovely holiday.

A summer break

This was our 5th visit to Casa Bonita and were very impressed with the changes the owner has made. The bed was very comfy and the walk in shower was bliss. We arrived late but there was a welcome pack (very useful) weather was cloudy for the first week which is very unusual, but the sun did appear at about 4pm every day, glad to say our second week was much better. The pool was well used by my grandson and his girlfriend. Towels and bedding were changed every week and the pool was topped up as well. The villa was spotless as usual, Garret has worked really hard keeping it up to scratch. Garret and the agents are easy to contact if anything needs attention and they now offer transport to and from the airport, which we found very useful. As there was no one checking in until the monday Garret very kindly let us stay later on the Saturday as we had a late flight home. Flintstones bar is very handy for snacks and entertainment and the supermarket in the Campanario is just a short walk away. A slightly longer walk takes you into the town where there are many bars and resturants to suit all tastes. I certainly recommend this villa to the world and his wife. Hopefully we will return to Casa Bonita next year as we feel so much at home there. Thank you Garret for letting us stay once again.

Ideally Situated

This is a well maintained and spacious property that has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. It is a fifteen minute walk to the main street where you will find lots and lots of bars and restaurants, It's also just a short walk to the big beach! The property itself has just been re-decorated throughout and the garden is very well presented and has a good size pool and brand new barbecue there is ample seating both inside and out and has one of the most important things needed for a relaxing holiday--"comfortable beds!! there is everything you need in the kitchen and the supermarket is only a short walk away this was our 7th time staying in this villa and we have never been disappointed If you do have any problems, then help is just a phone call away!! would recommend this place to anyone who wants a carefree,relaxing holiday

Chilled out and peaceful

We stayed in Casa Bonita for one week in June as a party of three adults. It is set in a quiet secure street within level walking distance of the town. The villa is well equipped and we would have given 5 stars if it had air conditioning. However, it does have fans for the bedrooms (may not be enough in August). We would recommend it to anyone and would like to return at some point in the future.

Perfect Holiday!!

Super villa - a home from home, love the pool and sunbathing on the rooftop! Agent & owner very helpful. Great nights sleep on the memory foam mattress! Very handy to stroll down to the local craft markets every Thursday & Sunday, so close to the beach (recommend hiring the Segways -great fun!!), also recommend hopping on the free bus to Oasis park & hop on the boat to Lobus island (super day trips), didn't want to come home & cannot wait to go back ☀️

Super villa , love it! Great place, looking forward to the next visit!

Love this villa, great space with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Pool great, perfect for a cool down after lounging on the sun beds after a great long walk on the beach! Has everything we need ! Hence why we keep coming back. Can't wait to return again next year! Very well located , with town only a 15/20 minute walk and the campanario only 5 minutes! It has a supermarket and Fabio pizzas are amazing!! Great Indian in town called japiur!

Well worth a stay.

The villa was clean and well presented on arrival. Location is lovely with the main correlejo strip just 10 minutes walk and water park within walking distance too. Pool was a hit with the toddler and teen. The welcome pack was a welcome and appreciated bonus. Out only bug bear and it is so small that it's hardly worth mentioning. The wifi connection was very low, meaning when using phone to google distances/ directions etc... we often had to just wing it. There has been a massive effort by the owner to ensure English TV, which worked off the wifi- so intermittent. However, there's little need to sit in front of the tv. There's so much else to do nearby! Overall I would highly recommend staying here. Great villa, great communication, great location and we had a lovely holiday. Thank you to Garret and to Rob. Worth every penny.

Early winter sun

We had great holiday weather, was really hot, considering it was only march. villa was great., few things need updating,,but overall,really good holiday, had couple fun nights at flintstones, great family bar.mark and cathy our very welcoming, got taxi to old town which is great for people watching, and some great restaurants,many thamks to sue and ray villa was nice and clean when we arrived, and a nice welcome pack was there with tea coffee water etc. we do like our BBQ not to sure on the one at villa,so we bought one,perfect for cooking fresh prawns on, which our so cheep at hiper dino,many thanks Garrett, we will deff be comimg back. needs some TLC.

Brilliant position, nice and quiet street. Private pool area. Nice pool but water not warm enough to use despite paying extra for heated. Nice bright lounge , no satellite TV despite this being advertised. 3 good sized bedroom but mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Good kitchen with everything you could need. Despite the few negatives we had a very relaxing holiday.

We have always been lovers of wide open spaces ,blue skies and sunshine. City life, traffic concrete and cement have never been a great attraction. Our first visit to Fuerteventura was a memorable one where the pace of life was relaxed, the locals friendly and helpful and where the sense of community is still very evident. A wonderful location to unwind and have the luxury of a beautiful environment to simply "be". El Campaniro is a delightful venue for coffee during the day listening to the soothing sound of the surrounding fountain where all the seating is arranged. At night the atmosphere comes alive with a talented selection of musicians and Mediterranean cuisine. All this is within walking distance. For more of a holiday atmosphere the main harbour area is a 7 min drive away.

Our family bought the villa as it was always our dream to leave the cold winter months behind and escape to the sunshine. It has been an ideal venue for family reunions and memorable family celebrations.

It is ideally located as one can enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and have a private pool and all the self catering needs and at the same time be part of the night life if desired by a leisurely walk into the town centre or a quick taxi ride. The long stretch of unspoilt coastline and sand dunes as you approach Corralejo is a dramatic contrast from the arid terrain surrounding the airport. We have hosted friends and family from Ireland and as far abroad as Australia. All have found the villa delightful and have basked in the natural beauty of the beaches and the relaxed pace of life.
