Croyde Shores

Very clean property in a perfect location to Croyde village.Good space for two at the holiday cottage & well fitted out. Only negative was the confusion over rubbish collection with he local council. From owners notes it was confusing with colour bags, bins on collection days.Put out as directed on the Monday...nothing collected as probably not sorted properly.We adjusted though & adapted.Would stay again, & would like to know of the owner’s other two larger properties in close proximity to Croyde Shores.

A little gem

The annexe has everything you need to be comfortable . Ideal location for village and beach. Plenty of outside space to enjoy those sunny days. Ian provided very detailed and accurate information which made our stay easy. Would certainly stay again . Great experience

Great Location

Lovely little cottage, nice private garden. Great location for village & beach. Property was very musty probably due to being closed for Covid. We had to wash all our clothes even the unworn ones on return home.

Pleasant cottage in lovely location in need of some work

We enjoyed our stay but the property could do with some maintenance work including the guttering above the bedroom & the damp in the bathroom. We acknowledge that the owners had to remove many items to meet covid requirements but it would have been useful to have a clothes horse during what was a wet week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Croyde even though the weather tried to spoil it. The cottage is great, very clean and comfortable, easy to locate and access. It could not be in a much better spot in relation to Croyde village amenities and the beach. Will certainly consider returning.

Ein wunderschönes schnuklges Häuschen für 2 Personen.

Es ist ein kleines und feines Häuschen, dass alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet, die man für einen sorglosen Urlaub benötigt. Beim Duschen die Türe fest zumachen, sonst löst der Wasserdampf den Rauchmelder aus :) :) :). Leider bietet der Vermieter keine Handtücher an, zum Glück haben wir Freunde in Croyde, die uns aushalfen.

Lovely accommodation

Deceptively spacious and well equipped accommodation near to a lovely Devon village. Easy access to village pubs and shops, superb beaches and coastal walking and with the benefit of off-street parking. Excellent facilities.

Urlaub in Devon. Holiday in Devon

Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub liegt hinter uns, und das kleine Landhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man beim Duschen die Badezimmertür zu macht, löst auch der Feueralarm nicht aus :). Allerdings ist zu beachten, dass der Vermieter keine Handtücher bereitstellt und man eigene mitbringen muss. Der Ofen im Wohnzimmer ist keine Attrappe und heizt wunderbar. Unter der Klappe sind die Knöpfe zum einschalten. A really successful holiday is behind us, and the small country house is highly recommended. When you shower close the bathroom door, the fire alarm does not come off :). A polite information: it should be noted that the host does not provide towels and you have to bring your own. The stove in the living room is not a dummy and heats up wonderfully. Under the flap are the buttons to switch on.

Place very clean, everything up to a good standard, WiFi very good, parking safe next to property, used bus service a lot stop only 3min away nice beach 10min walk at most , local pubs 6 mins away good selection of food and beer, you can get on coast path just up the road on a track , had a very good holiday and fell on some good weather ,

Croyde Shores

We loved it at Croyde Shores. The cottage was beautiful and had a lovely garden with a private patio. The whole area is absolutely gorgeous and we would definitely go back and stay at that cottage again.

Lovely place to stay

We just had a excellent week at Croyde Shores, the apartment is lovely clean comfortable spacious and well equipped, the lounge has patio doors that lead out into a secluded garden, the location is great 5 min into Croyde Village with a selection of shops and restaurants and 15 min walk to the beach. Definitely would recommend .
