電気オーブン、コンロ、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫/アイスボックス、トースター、ケトル、スロークッカー。 「8人用」の食器/器具と基本的な調味料を備えています。 クリーニングクロスと液体が提供されます。

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Rock apartment. Communication with Loretta was smooth, and check-in was easy. The apartment is located on the top floor, which offers a stunning view, but the downside is that you have to climb quite a few stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us.We did find the apartment a bit cramped for four people, especially in the kitchen. This might be improved slightly by swapping the cabinet and the table. The beds were comfortable.One downside was the many seagulls starting to scream as early as 4:30 AM. At 7:00 AM, the nearby restaurants began their noisy cleaning routines. Also, it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned under the beds for quite some time—we found a German board game and lots of candy wrappers there.

Very comfortable apartment, with balcony that gets the afternoon sun and with views towards the sea. Apartment well equipped and included some helpful basics.Only negatives are that there are 50 steps up to the 3rd floor, and the long stay car park is up a steep hill.

The property was lovely and the view from the balcony was spectacular…however the amount of stairs up to the property almost saw us off…but the location was perfect for us…not too far away from the harbour and shops and the various restaurants but not too close either and the local transport was practically on the doorstep…the only things that let the property down were the table in the kitchen/dinning area needs replacing as it’s quite rickety and the fact there’s nowhere to park close to the property over night…we had to park in a street behind the Lidl which is about a 15/20 minute walk away…overall we did enjoy our stay…thank you…xxx💗

Searocks apartment in february

Arriving at apartment location we had no problem finding parking. We used the ropery car park that was only 2.50 a day at this time of year.Having climbed the beautiful staircase to the third floor. (Only an issue one day after a day of hiking hill and dales)We found the apartment was very clean and well equipped.We loved that we could sit and watch the waves crashing from the warmth of the sofa. Location was greatWe did have an issue with water temperature but after emailing host she called directly and instructed me which switch I needed to switch on and having done that had no more issues.The only other problem we encountered was the lack of markings on the cooker which made it difficult to determine temps. If not for these 2 minor glitches we would have given 5 stars across the board.A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would recommend.

Great place

It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view.

Great stay, great location!

We booked this property as we were visiting for a wedding, we needed somewhere to stay mid week for 3 nights. We assumed this would be hard to find in Devon during the summer holidays and it would be extremely expensive, but we were so pleased with the affordable prices, location and allocation for mid week stays (Wednesday - Saturday). The accommodation was within an old building but that didn’t bother us. The property was quite small but we only stayed there in the evening as we were out during the day. Pre-booking taxis is a must if you have places to be / pickups but Loretta was helpful with all this information. We were welcomed with tea/coffee/milk/biscuits, which was really lovely as we arrived quite late. The Wetherspoons opposite was lovely! Had a great roof terrace! Would definitely come back! Thank you Loretta!

We live in the Midlands in England. Our 4 grown up 'children' have flown the nest! We spend as much time as we can enjoying holiday breaks and love Ilfracombe. We bought Apartment 8 Sea Rock in September 2010. I came across the property in a 'random search' & fell in love with it's position overlooking the promenade and sea & the balcony to appreciate this and glorious sunsets. We have spent lots of time improving it for our guests to enjoy.
The apartment is near the harbour, bars, restaurants and town. The area offers beautiful scenery, surfing, golfing and walks & cycling on the Tarka trail to say the least. Reasonable prices & breaks of 3 days minimum are available.

Ilfracombe is a beautiful Victorian town in a picturesque setting and a perfect base from which to explore the fabulous surrounding coast and countryside.
A short walk up the hill is the fascinating and historical Fore Street with its 'hotchpotch' of cottages, inns, warehouses & workshops dating back to the middle ages. One of the original buildings is the George & Dragon tavern dating back to 1360!
Fore Street is still a centre for 'meeting & eating' with quality restaurants, bistros, bars, pubs & cafes. The town centre dates from the 19th century with traditional greengrocers, butchers & bakers, handed down through generations. A visit to the town is a treat not only for shopping but to enjoy the historical Victorian architecture.
