Beau séjour

Appartement très grand, bien agencé, avec beaucoup d'équipements dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Très belle terrasse spacieuse et climatisation appréciable. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très sympathiques. Seul bémol pour les familles avec enfants : il est interdit de jouer dans les piscines : les balles et le bruit des jeux dans l'eau sont interdit (elles ne sont destinées qu'à la farniente et à la nage)

What a fabulous apartment

We were very impressed with the apartment, it met the needs of our family including 4 young children. Large sheltered outdoor eating area was amazing. We cannot find fault with the apartment.

Holiday thoughts

Don’t think think this property could be described as luxury accommodation. Firstly the apartment had a very tired feel to it. It needs to be updated and made a lot brighter. There was no change of bedding, when you are staying there for 11 days you do need to change linen as it has been so hot. Also, the apartment was listed as having air con. You could only have it on for 2hours at a time, so when you need it most during the night it wasn’t working unless you felt like getting up every 2hours (😕) Very archaic unit. The sun balcony was very dirty and drab. Needs money spending there. There was a barbecue there that was cracked and very dirty. Would encourage me to use it. Overall, the area was good, very pleasant and clean, we only used the smaller swimming pool which was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed using this,

Wonderful holiday

Lovely property, we had a great 2 week stay at Las Cascadas the apartment was clean and spacious and the pool and garden areas were very well maintained. The only thing I would say is that you definatly need a car as it is quite high up In the calahonda hills. Thank you so much to Laura for great communication and for letting us stay in your beautiful Spanish home.

L'appartement est conforme à la description Il est spacieux, il possède une grande terrasse avec vue sur les collines Il est sur la colline de Calahonda, excentré donc il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture L'appartement est bien situé pour faire des visites Seul bémol, nous ne l'avons pas trouvé très propre donc il a fallu nettoyer avant de nous y installer, petit désagrément que nous avons vite oublié grâce à toutes les beautés de l'Andalousie

The apartment was lovely, very spacious with a lovely outside terrace area with lovely views, the pools was both lovely and never really busy. The apartment had everything you need and lovely and clean. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. A great place !!!

Fab week in the sun!

Myself and 2 friends have just returned from a beautiful week at las cascadas! The apartment is bright and airy and has all the essentials you could possibly need.The pool is lovely and we found other residents to be really friendly. We would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant down the road for a gorgeous dinner! We ventured to Olivia's in La Cala for brunch (also recommend) and in to Puerto Banus for some nights out too! We had stunning weather for our whole week and throughly enjoyed every minute! We can't wait to go back again, thanks for having us!

one of the best holidays I have had!!!

I took my girlfriend and our 3 kids, there is everything you need in this beautiful apartment, television and WIFI as well as a all necessary utensils for cooking, including a BBQ on the terrace. A private garage for parking to add. The gardens are stunning and the swimming pools are so well maintained with the secure gated surroundings. There was a few great restaurants within walking distance I would highly recommend especially as there is a park right opposite for little ones, also a cocktail bar for adults with great drinks and service. We headed out to various attractions recommended by the owner, including Marbella's funny beach with Go-karting, banana boat rides, paragliding and an excellent restaurant and bar fully serviced to your beach lounger. Mijas Waterpark is another great place to go. A 10 minute drive down the mountain takes you to Calahonda strip with all the bars and restaurants you could want. Plenty of supermarkets and local shops for your take home goodies. A super holiday, will definitely be going again!

Fantastic Holiday

I spent 1 week with 5 girl friends and had the most fabulous Hen Weekend! We had plenty of room within the apartment and was perfectly located for all the necessary requirements, ie, beach, pool, clubs and restaurants! We are a short taxi ride from the main strip and have all we need on site with two beautiful pools and amazing gardens with cascades! I will be coming back with my family!

Fabulous Apartment and Holiday

We have recently returned from our 2 week holiday at Cascadas Apartment. It is our second year of staying in the apartment and just like last year, we immediately booked to return in 2015 for the 3rd year running and it is something we fully intend to do for the foreseeable future. The apartment is immaculate and well maintained with everything you could wish for - definitely home from home. The views are idyllic from the beautifully furnished patio. Many an evening we spent sat around the family sized patio dining table enjoying food cooked on the BBQ facilities. We have 3 teenage children who take advantage of the swimming pool and sun lounges which are never overcrowded. The pool is a safe environment for children of all ages which manned by a Lifeguard throughout the day. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, enjoyable 'battery charging' holiday, this is the place to be without a doubt - I would recommend the apartment to anyone young or old.
