Relaxing & Quiet

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, quiet and homey. We had all we needed while there. The building was easy to navigate, parking as plentiful and close to many restaurants. The only bad thing was other guests in other units were smoking on their patios and blowing over to us had to go inside a couple times to avoid the smoke. More about other not following the rules. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday celebration at the beach

We had a great time, the beach and location was beautiful however this was the first time we had to supplement the toilet tissue ,coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwashing soap and detergent for clothes along with new batteries in the remotes so they would work. Typically it has been our experience with VRBO there is enough essential supplies for four people for the entire stay.

The condo itself was very nice. It felt like condo 4 was the forgotten condo. The sauna did not work, the workout facility was minimal, and you had to go to other Phoenixes to get what you needed. We LOVED the courts. There were lots of rude kids who ruined our evening pickleball games, but the parents were not supervising them. The location was great and we went to the trails daily to ride, rollerblade, or hike. We saw some great

Loved the beach vibe!

This condo was in excellent condition and location to all sorts of things! Loved how easy the owners were to communicate with! This was an excellent place to stay and all the staff at the building were great. We will be back!

Beach Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay! Penny was great with communication.The double access Balcony view of the beach is absolutely STUNNING and Magazine style design with functional space to accommodate to the entire family but also peaceful and spacious for just two…..Anything you could possibly need for your beach stay, she has provided! We loved how organized everything was as well “Just Bring food”or “Just grab a beach towel” was all you needed,…was what we all kept saying. This was a great family trip, for all ages….. I would recommend your stay with Penny @ the phoenix4!

Best Spring Break Ever

Family vacation

Our stay in Orange Beach was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Our host was incredibly helpful and provided all the necessary information to make our stay seamless. Everything about our trip exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo had a great view of the beach! It was clean and well-maintained. We would have given 5 stars but there was some construction happening during our stay, which was a bit of a disturbance. Overall, it’s a nice place, and we would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Good Stay

Very good place to stay. The only 2 things that weren’t good was when you walk in it just has an old kind of cigarette smell and the garbage can must have had something spilled in it and had an awful smell. Other than that, it was a great stay

Endless repairs

We booked with Penny before- there was 1 repair issue then. This time, the ice maker was broken- she did reimburse us for ice, but it was inconvenient. The knob on one of the showers fell off making it impossible to regulate the shower temperature. Then we couldnt get hot water anywhere. Multiple repair men couldnt figure it out. The last guy said we had to turn the hot water on high for 4-5 min. Before we had hot water. The repair men came over several days & it hindered our ability to use the condo during those times. Master walk in shower was small & had a waterfall shower head- not the best a small shower as you couldnt move to get out from under the water. Floor tiles were cracked and the condo definately needed minor repairs through out Beds were very uncomfortable. We were disapointed.

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I took a family vacation with our 7 and 4 year old kids. It was absolutely perfect! It was clean, beds were super comfy, and it had a phenomenal view of the beach! Our kids are already asking when we can go back! Loved it!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be ocean front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. We hope you enjoy it to the fullest as we do!

Being up on the 7th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen & 1 Full beds + we added a new queen sofa sleeper in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably.
Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
