シェイディーアーバーは、ビーチのマウンテンハウスです！
このユニークな海岸の家は、美しい森に囲まれ、ビーチに歩いてすぐの指定された野生動物保護区に隠れているので、たくさんのビーチの楽しみと山のリラクゼーションの準備をしてください！ それは1つの価格で2つの休暇を取得するようなものです！

ビーチで一日を過ごした後、あなた自身のプライベートな森の隠れ家の信じられないほどの静けさに戻ります。ラップアラウンドポーチでピクニックを楽しんだり、明るいガゼボでリラックスしたり、キャンプファイヤーのそばに座ってマーシュメローをローストしたり、涼しくて日陰の裏庭でハンモックでくつろいだりします。

2階にはフルバス、2ベッドルーム、寝室とエンターテイメントエリアがあり、1階には美しいマスタースイート、大型ジャグジー浴槽、サンルーム、ツインベッドルームがあります。 1つまたは2つの家族の両方に最適です。 暑い日には2ゾーンの中央空気を楽しみ、涼しい夜には3つのガス暖炉があります。

Really cool place to stay right near the bay shore. We stayed in the winter so didn't get to experience the beach or the water, but the house was great. Really comfortable and close enough to everything Cape May has to offer. The hosts were very responsive and all information needed was provided well in advance of our stay.

Fall Retreat

The house was amazing. So many places to sit back and relax and hang out with the family. We enjoyed a walk in the preserve and walks along the beach. We can’t wait to come back.

Overall good house for multiple families. Kitchen was well-stocked, ample and comfortable rooms, good bathrooms. The spiral staircase is a challenge for small children - we covered the outside with a mesh to make it safer. The gated porch was good for children. We were unable to use the kayaks due to leaks/needing cleaning.

Great house - walk to Del.bay beach and Cox Nature Preserve

Nice house on wooded lot. Walk/Bike to Cox Nature Preserve and Delaware Bay beach. Nice backyard with grill and fire pit. Everyone enjoyed the house layout and location.

Great place and amenities

We enjoyed our stay. The gazebo was very nice and comfortable. The fire pit was great. The house is clean with plenty of space. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beach for sunset. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely house. Well equipped with everything we needed. Location to both beach and nature preserve was ideal. Jim and Patti responded quickly to questions and were very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Cape May Weekend

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house! Our kids loved playing in the backyard oasis. You can tell the owners are very mindful of families traveling with small children as the house was packed with play costumes on toys. We had a great time!

Great Birthday Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our birthday weekend getaway. The house was just as advertised, in a great location, lots of room for our extended family. Easy walk to the bay and a short drive to the ocean. Jim and Patti were very responsive. We would love to go back.

Wonderful house!

Very much enjoyed our vacation! The weather wasn’t great, but the house made it a good trip. Very well-stocked with everything you would need. Bikes were great and in really good shape. The wrap around deck was also wonderful to have! Thanks so much to the owners!

Much needed family time

The house was the perfect setting for a family vacation. It was spacious and gave opportunity to either gather (which we did the whole time!) Or there are plenty of areas inside and out that you can find your private space. The beach chairs and umbrellas were basically new and in great shape (not rusty) and there were plenty of beach toys for our grand daughter to play with.

Beautiful property for a family vacation

This property was just what we needed for a 3 generation vacation. The house is so roomy and had everything we needed for a stay that included 5 kids from 1-9 years , 4 adults and 2 seniors. The walk to the beach was easy for everyone. The location was very convenient for all of the local spots we traveled to. The owners really thought of everything a family would need to have a comfortable stay. It made packing much easier knowing that so many things were already at the house, especially all of the beach gear.

An Amazing Getaway for a Group!

I recently stayed at Shady Arbor with a group of friends (and two dogs), and we had a spectacular time! The place itself is amazing, and ideal for a group of adults and/or families. There is so much space to spread out and relax between meals and trips to the beach. Walkable to a small, private bay beach AND a quick drive to Cape May, it's ideal for a fun time at the shore. Patti and Jim are excellent hosts, as well; check-in and check-out were simple, and were incredibly communicative throughout our stay. I can't say enough nice things about Shady Arbor! Would 100% stay again.

Great Stay Near Cape May

We had a wonder stay at this property. It was spacious, well furnished and stocked, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We loved the short walk to the bay beach to play in the sand, run with our dog, and watch the sunset. The bay beach isn't good for swimming though with all the horseshoe crabs, but the Cape May beach is a short drive away. The owners provided beach tags and everything we needed to enjoy the beach! Highly recommend this property.

Charming home for a vacation near Cape May!

We found this to be a unique home close to beach and Cape May attractions (and less than half hour to Ocean City). Our party of 5 adults and 2 children had plenty of room both inside and out. It was well supplied with anything we needed … from soap to kitchen ware to books and games. Personally, as a handicapped individual, I did find the steps challenging but I was able to manage.

Amazing Property

My family came in for a wedding and stayed here. It fit all of our needs. All of us agreed that we would stay at the property again. Very happy! Only thing is, no closets on the first floor so we had no place to hang my parents dress clothes but you can always work that out. Beautiful home, beautiful property, great communication.

We fell in love with this house at first sight, and hope you will too! It's perfect for people who love the mountains and the beach! We've been coming to Cape May for many years with our 4 kids and can recommend many fun and unique places to go.

A truly unique shore property with the quiet and seclusion of the mountains, and just minutes to all the fun and excitement of the shore.

Mountains meet the beach in this one of a kind rental. 1 1/2 blocks to the bay beach and the Cox Hall nature preserve. 10 minute drive to Cape May beaches, restaurants and shops. Short drive to Cape May Zoo, many local wineries and the Cape May Brewery. There are also several good local restaurants, Wawa, drugstores, and Acme within a 5 minute drive from house.

From Philly and New York - best bet is to get to 55 South and then follow 55 South to 47 - 347 -47. After the Acorn Campground sign, make a right off of 47 onto Bayshore. Bayshore has a sharp left at the blinking lights, and then you will see the water tower "Best Sunsets in the World". Keep following Bayshore through the little town of Villas. Pass the WaWa and CVS. At the ACE Hardware store, make a right onto Village. Go to the end of Village and make a left on Bay Drive. In about a mile, make a left on Delview. We are second house on the left. If you are going down on a Saturday in the summer, PLAN ON LEAVING EARLY (pack the night before). We highly highly recommend getting on Route 55 by 8:00 or 8:30 AM to beat some of the traffic and then having breakfast at Uncle Bill's Pancake house once you get to Cape May/Villas area.
