The cottage was adorable and decorated inside and out for Christmas!! The host was friendly when we met him and puts out plenty of bird seed and deer feed so we can have visitors in the evening and morning!They also have plenty of breakfast options stocked if you wish to use them however we already had our own Would definitely go back when we are in the area

We experienced real hospitality when our host, Rick came to welcome us and tell us about the property. The cabin was spectacular with a beautiful view and deer that came right up to the porch. The interior of the cabin was impeccably decorated and pristine, so inviting the second we opened the door. The full kitchen and fresh breakfast selections provided were very thoughtful. The Texas T Bed and Breakfast was the truly the best stay we've experienced in our travels, and we look forward to a return visit!

Loved it! Spread corn before we went to dinner, came back and there was a doe eating. The record player was a plus. The host had amazing hospitality, even left us food to cook breakfast.

Weekend getaway

The property was especially nice and cozy. Quiet with great views of nature and wildlife. Llano River was close by, as well as the quaint town square which had numerous shops and restaurants. This place was perfect!

Such a great experience! The view from the rockers on the front porch is fantastic, not a lake front but a perfect hill country view, filled with hills, cardinals, doves and hummingbirds as well as a flock of wild turkey. The cottage itself is so comfy, the bed adjustable, fully stocked with a wide variety of breakfast foods and snacks. The bathroom is roomy. My only caution is if you have limited mobility, the path to the cabin is rocky and not level but the 3 stairs up to the cabin has a nice railing. I so enjoyed by stay!

Overnight stay

My wife enjoyed watching the deer and birds come up to eat. The sunset was beautiful. The host was very friendly and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Perfect little cabin with a wonderful host

The cabin was perfect, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Rick was a great host and even provided items so we could prepare breakfast. We would definitely stay at Texas T again.

Quick trip to visit family

The host was great and very prompt with responses. The layout of the cabin was well thought out and it had all we needed for a quick stay. The location was just right and had nice outdoor views. We will most definitely stay here again.

Romantic getaway

The check-in for the cabin was very well done. Rick went beyond what he normally does for me got Flowers wine videotaped. My girlfriend and I coming up to the cabin. Did a real nice job very friendly very nice. I would stay there again.

Cute and rustic

The location was great. Only a couple of miles from town. The cabin was precious. The hosts thought of everything you may need. They were accommodating and helpful. Check-in was easy and hosts checked in on us once we got there to see if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this cute cabin.anything.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay at Texas T Bed and Breakfast. The location was perfect- close to town with an out-of-town feeling. The views were great. The cabin was super clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the sunset. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Great Place!

It's great getaway from the city. Amazing cabin with all features. The best feature is the location! All the amazing things inside the cabin are bonus along with the beautiful bathroom and great Texas aesthetics inside the whole cabin.

Wonderful cabin in Llano !

We loved Rick's cabin conveniently located close to downtown Llano; yet with a country feel. Rick welcomed us to the cabin and showed us its many features. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch watching all the birds, deer and a fox as they passed by. Found some great restaurants and a local bar where everyone was so friendly. One night was too short, we're planning on returning and will definitely stay at Rick's cabin again! Thanks!

Flawless Experience!

We travel at least once a month for 3 day road trips and stay in cabins 99% of the time. We had a fantastic experience at the Texas T cabin! The owner's were great, the cabin was great, the views off the porch were stunning, and the provided snacks were a very much appreciated! The owner's put a lot of thought into the "little things" that create great experiences, such as putting out deer corn before your arrival so you can watch the deer, binoculars for bird watching, bird and hummingbird feeders, movies to watch, snacks to eat, plenty of towels, and the list goes on and on. We really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch, sipping our coffee and watching the hummingbirds come and go with a beautiful view of the Hill Country as the backdrop. We'll definitely be back again!

Hello. My name is Rick Tiffin and my wife is Cloris Tiffin. We are retired educators from West Texas and moved to Llano five years and have loved living here ever since. Our home is atop one of the highest hills in the Llano area and offers a spectacular view to the south.
We wanted to share this great view of the hill country to visitors who come to the area so we built our cabin in the summer of 2015 and started renting it out as a bed and breakfast. We love to meet new people and we would love to offer our hospitality to you. So come and stay with us and we promise to make it a great experience for you.
