Not a very welcoming experience upon arrival. Seems like it’s just about the money and not about customer service nor experience with HRG.The unit which we rented had several issues, namely air conditioning not working in several bedrooms, WI-FI and router not working, and patio door locks were in need of repair and very hard to lock/unlock. Also upon arrival we found all of the patio doors unlocked, which after reporting to HRG, I was told that the maids normally leave the doors unlocked. This sounded rather strange to me on account if I had not checked all of the patio doors, which there were at least 5 in total, the unit would have been accessible to anyone. Since the unit was on the first floor, this left the unit vulnerable to left from the outside. Clearly the explanation made no sense to me.Los Suenos is a spectacular property, but moving forward I will find another means of securing a property at this resort.Sorry HRG...you used to be great to deal with, but really failed this time.
