Beautiful place. Perfect location

My mum and I had a lovely stay. So clean and pristine garden and pool. Lovely Andrea and Frankie ( who clean and manage the property) were so friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again. Great location. You are close to the strip but can’t hear it and minutes walk to beautiful Cabo Roig beach. Rosa bus tours ( which leaves from Cabo Roig) does fabulous day trips to explore other attractions on the Costa Blanca. Highly recommend.

Well located property

Well located for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Basic accommodation but had everything we needed. Good outside space at front and rear. Complex is surprisingly quiet given proximity to fair and the strip. Owner was very quick with communications. Only downside is pool which is small and not clean due to people eating and drinking in and around water, so we used the beach each day instead.

Winter vacation

Stayed for five weeks. Very clean, ideal location for beach and bars. Well equipped. Housekeepers very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Review

Lovely property in a nice gated complex that is well looked after. About a 10 minute walk to the beach, pool less than a 30 second walk, bars, restaurants and supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. Weather very hot so air con was used upstairs, we only used the bedroom air conditioning unit which cost about one euro a night to run and well worth it.

Great accommodation reasonably priced in a great location.

Great short break holiday. Clean and tidy accommodation with everything on hand. Nice and clean with easy key pick up and quick response from owner to any queries. Accommodation reasonably priced for a peak time let.

Lovely little house

Caroline was very helpful, answered all our questions. House was spotless. Everything we needed was in the house. Sam, the keyholder met us on arrival and was available if we needed anything (we didn't) I would definitely stay there again.

Great Winter break

This is a lovely house in a great location. We had beautiful weather and were able to take advantage of the sun on the balcony and the roof terrace. We bought sun loungers as there weren't any provided. Sam was very helpful and the transfer service was very useful, especially as we were delayed and would have arrived in the dark. We enjoyed eating out and tried a few of the restaurants on the sea side of the strip as well as the bar and restaurant at the marina. It was a relaxing Winter break and we'd love to return soon.

Great location to stay

Second stay in this property, which is so convenient for beaches, walks, shops and restaurants. House is very clean and has everything you need to feel at home i.e. Comfortable sofas and bed, (lots of spare linen and towels), English tv and good wifi, nice shower with constant hot water, washing machine and all adequate kitchen appliances. Sun shines on property all day and there are garden chairs to relax in sun on balcony or in garden.

Everything we expected provided

Returned home last week after a lovely two week stay at Casa Morgan. Read reviews before we booked so expected house to be ideal for us, which it was and we were not disappointed - it was exactly what we wanted. Location perfect with lots of sunny areas to sit and everything close at hand. English Tv and Wifi very good, sofas and beds comfy. Key holder Sam took us to and from airport and was very helpful. Hope to return one day for another holiday. Thank you Caroline and Sam.

2 weeks flew by

Property is in a good location close to the local amenities. Sam, the property manager, was very accommodating on our arrival, even though we were 3 hours late and forgot to warn of the delay until she called us, sorry Sam. It's a lovely urbanization, secured gates to get in and out, 50" TV made sure the kids were happy. The upper roof terrace could be utilised more, add a couple of sunbeds up there and it would be the perfect suntrap.

We had a most pleasant experience staying in Casa Morgan , Near to everything and quiet also. Clean and modern , Pool was lovely. Would definitely had no problem recommending this to anybody who is looking to stay . Will be back .

Spotless townhouse

This was a spotlessly clean, lovely furnished and well presented, roomy townhouse in a small, safe gated, clean urbanisation. The townhouse has a sunny small garden and 1st floor balcony as well as a solarium to catch the winter rays. Outside, to the left the palm lined street leads to the beach and lovely coastal walks. The other end leads to bars and restaurants. It was quite quiet at this time of year. One supermarket was 5 mins walk away and an even better one was about a 15 min walk away. The coastal walks were fantastic. Along the sea all the way. Sam who looks after the property is fantastic. So helpful and a really lovely lady. She looks after the townhouse and keeps it absolutely spotless. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

A well equipped and comfortable holiday home. Thanks to Sam for ensuring we knew our way around and for meeting us late on our first evening. The house itself is on a small well equipped complex very close to the sea in one direction and the lively strip the other. Beds comfy, stylish yet simple decor, clean and nicely kept overall, suited us well. Thanks to Caroline for allowing us to rent your lovely house for a lovely holiday.😎😎
