Detached villa with air conditioning in all rooms, including the bathrooms and kitchen. Private garden and parking space; the villa features an entryway, a living room with a dining area, a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea (Caprera Island), 3 double bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—2 bathrooms, both with showers, and a kitchen. Private garden with space for 2 cars.
The villa is located in the village of Porto Piccolo, about 200 meters from the sea. The beach at Baja Sardinia is an easy 10-minute walk away, and the Tre Monti beaches are about 700 meters away. The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda are a 15-minute drive away.
The furnishings are in a traditional Sardinian style, crafted by a famous local artisan.
The terrace, furnished with a dining table for 6–8 people, a large beach umbrella, and several lounge chairs, is enclosed by a fence for the safety of our guests’ children.
The garden is carefully maintained in a natural style, featuring typical Sardinian plants such as myrtle, arbutus, wild olive, and, of course, many flowers.
Dishwasher, washing machine, 90-cm oven, large stovetop. Microwave. 24-inch TV.

Perfect place to stay in Sardinia

The terrace view is 10/10 and the house is very comfortable for up to 6 people. The host was always at our disposal for anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

È un villino un po’datato ma molto bello e in una posizione incantevole.Meriterebbe qualche miglioria, sia all’interno che all’esterno, ma, tutto sommato, per una vacanza va più che bene.Nota positiva: in tutte le stanze c’è uno split di aria condizionata, compresa la cucina e i due bagni.

hébergement conforme aux photos. La maison est trés bien aménagée, rien ne manque. Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour.

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Es handelt sich um ein Haus aus dem Jahr 1967, mit originaler Einrichtung aus der damaligen Zeit. Es ist bedauerlich, dass sein Charme nicht verstanden wurde. Der vorherige Gast hatte es sogar mit 5 Sternen bewertet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Steidl klappte einwandfrei. Sehr gut hat uns gefallen, dass bei unserer Ankunft eine Grundversorgung mit Nudeln, Tomatensoße, Kaffee, Kekse und Wasser da war. So mussten wir nicht sofort zum Supermarkt fahren. Zur Promenade waren wir etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs, zu einem kleinen Strand nur 5 Minuten. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist traumhaft schön. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen!
