The House: This beautiful country house situated in the municipality of Búger, surrounded by nature, is truly charming. The entire exterior is covered with natural stone, and it offers a pool that can be used to cool down throughout many months of the year. The interior features 3 bedrooms, both with two single beds each. One of them is accessed via interior stairs. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The kitchenette is fully equipped and open-plan with the sunny living room where you feel very much at home. The house has 3 air conditioning with heating pumps, one in each of the two living rooms and another in the hall leading to the bedrooms. Pool: 4 x 9 meters. Depth: 1.90 meters. Location: The property is located just outside the charming village of Búger, in the north of Mallorca, in a very quiet area. In about 10 minutes drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, or the renowned Pollensa golf course which is just 10 km away. Campanet and Caimari are two dreamy villages not far off. For some shopping you can go to Inca where prestigious shops have leather goods on offer. Outdoors: The villa is enclosed within a fenced in plot that offers complete privacy and has a total of 500 square metres. The large pool of 4x10m is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with parasols and sunbeds for sunbathing. Next to the pool there is a lovely covered terrace with a table, chairs and a barbecue where you can enjoy meals "al fresco", or if you prefer you can seek the cool shade underneath the many fruit trees that the property has to offer during the hottest summer days. There is also a parking space within the property.

A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels and other costs (water and gas).
Sheets, towels for use in the house, kitchen towels and utilities (water and gas) are included in the price.

House Rules: No groups of young people with members under to 25 years allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house . Pets are not allowed .
