サニーバンガローには、3つのベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、1つのキッチン、1つのリビングダイニングルーム、カラグランのビーチを見渡す2つのテラスがあります。
2018年3月に改革されました。
23の独立したバンガローの複合施設内にあり、広い庭園エリア、共用プール、ビーチの砂への直接アクセスがあります。
バンガロー1号はプールの上にあり、ビーチからわずか10メートルです。
家族での休暇に最適です。
タクシー乗り場は非常によく接続されており、わずか150メートル先のイビザ広場にあります。カラグラン橋では約25メートル先のバス停にアクセスできます。
最寄りのスーパーマーケットは約100m先です。
ビーチには、ダイビングセンター、ビーチバー、ライフガードポストがあります。

Lovely property with a great location overlooking the pool and overlooking the beach. Tom was there to meet us on arrival.Very comfortable beds. Easy to park outside and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns jederzeit weitergeholfen. Lediglich der Zustand der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Einrichtungen hätte besser sein können. An den Wegen innerhalb der Anlage lag Müll und im Pool lösten sich Fliesen.

Little gem and a fabulous location.

We found a little gem in the perfect location to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday in Cala Dor. Tom met us on arrival and explained everything. It was lovely as we arrived and he offered on our departure for us to leave our cases in the apartment as we were being picked up at 1.30 and check out is 11. So check out was a breeze. The apartment has everything we needed, was clean comfortable and relaxing. Also a really fabulous location to access all the beaches in the area. The land train stop was literally on our doorstep to explore the resort on. The restaurants and bars were a stroll away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thanks Tom

Great property in top location

This is the nicest property we have ever booked. Super clean and beautifully furnished. The owner Tom, is friendly and very helpful. He answers questions immediately. Top quality bedding and towels. Balcony overlooks the pool and the beach is just a few steps away. Unfortunately the storm on 9 May had swept away the fixed beach parasols.Only two points to make, the property has minimal soundproofing between this one and the above one. You hear every footstep. Other point is that there were insufficient pool sunbeds. Only six when we arrived for about seven families. Two were added later but still not enough bearing in mind less people used the beach as there was no possibility to hire sunbeds or parasols there at the moment. Very good restaurants within walking distance. We shall return.

Amazing week

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The actual apartment surpassed our expectations based on the description and photos. From the gate there is a path to the entrance which is a covered hallway, where we could leave ours strollers as the gate could be locked. Inside we found 3 spacious bedrooms. Tom also provided an extra cot as we have 2 1-year olds. There was a dishwasher with tablets and a washing machine outside which proved to be handy with three kids enjoying the beach. The terrace outside overlooking the beach and pool was very big. And we spent most of our time here as our kids could run around without any risks. The beds were amazing, we had some really good nights sleep in them!

1 Woche super Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Räume super durchdacht. Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Gadtgeber Tomeo ist sehr nett und reagiert sofort wenn es Probleme gibt ( bei uns mit dem Toaster). Kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt, innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants. Abends sehr nett.

Great Location. Superb Appartment

Everything good. Trouble free check in. Beds comfy, sofa comfy, bathrooms good and well appointed. Kitchen fine, although we ate out most of the time. Overall impression very good. Also good value compared to some other properties in the block

Tolle Lage und tolle Wohnung

Wohnung war direkt am Strand, super schön und auch ne schöne große Terrasse. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war der Pool Bereich. die Liegen und Sonnenschirme haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich . Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal in die Wohnung kommen :/) Ein Tipp von uns : vor der Tür darf an den gelben Linien nicht geparkt werden. Kostet 100€

Top location

The apartment was in the centre of cala d'or at the beautiful Cala Gran . We loved the many restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance . 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller one . Only our toilet had some problems to flush. Beds were good ! Our host Tom was very kind .

Just Perfect.

The apartment was spotlessly clean,We were met by Tom at the apartment who showed us around and explained everything TV,internet,dishwasher,washing etc.The apartment was perfectly located,easy reach of the centre.Exceptional terrace with wonderful view of the beach and swimming pool.Very secure property,behind locked gates.Will definitely return,and highly recommend.
