Family trip

Just beautiful! The six of us (3 couples) enjoyed the 3 separate sleeping quarters. The pool and the trullo were the highlight of the property. Francesca the property manager is a doll!

Heavenly two weeks

Absolutely wonderful. Would be nice to have a second remote for the entry gate, though. We had two cars.

Memorable Experience

The property represented everything we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, privacy, with all the comforts of home. The days were sunny and warm which was perfect for using the pool. Although the property is rural and would need a car, it was a perfect location for visiting other cities like Brindisi, Lecce, Alberobello, Monopoli, etc. Francesca was a delight! So pleasant and was responsive when we had a question. She even provided 3 great local restaurants in town to try. Which were fantastic! True Italian experience! Overall… we would recommend and stay again at this location again.

2 families exploring Puglia

We had an excellent stay at the Trullo and Villa. It was very comfortable, so many places to enjoy the outdoors and so much to see nearby and a little further out. The place is outside of town, so not really easy walking distance to anything. But, driving distance to so much! Check-in was seamless, Francesca met us and even brought a young, English-speaking friend to help translate (even though Francesca’s English was quite good). There was plenty of room for our 7 people. The one thing I didn’t expect was the fairly unusable shower in trullo. Really, there are 2 showers and an outdoor shower. Just so you know people will need to share their bathrooms in the 2 other structures. It was fine for our group however. The pool was really lovely and just when we started thinking it should be cleaned (just to pull bugs and leaves out) someone came super early in the morning to clean it! The place is well taken care of and it shows. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, of note, Ceglie Messapica is known for its slow food movement. It’s a lovely town with really wonderful restaurants at a good price. Enjoy!

Beautiful Property!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult children- us in the lamia and the big kids in the trullo space, which they were thrilled with! The trullo and connecting bathroom were very comfortable and of course very beautiful with all the lovely stonework. We found the lamia space very comfortable and extremely clean with one of the beds a comfy memory foam (our preference) and the other a firm mattress (which Italians seem to love). The kitchen was well stocked with great pots and pans and appliances which we really appreciated as we did cook a dinner meal there and had no issues putting it all together, We had cool weather and some rain so we did not get to use the pool, but we wish we had been able to because it was just gorgeous! The grounds are very well kept and there is a nice outdoor dining area. Mimmo and Marguerrite were very sweet and helpful as well as their very kind friend (whose name escapes me) who translated very well for us. The property is a big out of the way, but a perfect location for us as we mostly explored Martina Franca while we were there and then left for Matera. We highly recommend this lovely property, you cannot possibly go wrong!!

A relaxing and charming vacation

In love with this charming trullo, we really appreciated the attentive response of the property, they even helped us in delivering pizza in person the first night. Beautiful place, maybe I would recommend a daily cleaning of the pool.

Belles vacances

On a passé un très bon séjour en famille à 12 personnes. La piscine est très grande et on avait de la fraîcheur dans chaque pièce à vivre. Séjour agréable.

Cosa volere di più ?

Ho appena trascorso 3 giorni in questo magnifico alloggio con amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto confortevole, è dotata di tutto...stufa a pellet, climatizzatore, lavastoviglie,lavatrice,macchina del caffè..servizio piatti,pentole e utensili da cucina..tutto nuovo ..anche i materassi erano nuovi e molto comodi; il trullo bellissimo curato in ogni minimo dettaglio completamente ristrutturato. Una vera chicca è stata avere la piscina privata con al lato il barbecue tutto per noi. In oltretutto l’alloggio è situato in un punto davvero strategico, immerso nella natura ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle località di mare. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ne vale la pena.

WEEKEND TOCCATA E FUGA

Tre coppie di amici, weekend lungo in questo bellissimo trullo; lo abbiamo sfruttato poco perché abbiamo approfittato per visitare molti paesini, ma se ci sarà la possibilità, il prossimo anno ci organizzeremo per tornarci almeno una settimana e goderlo al massimo.

Relax nel cuore della Puglia

Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna in questa splendida struttura nel cuore della Puglia. Bellissimo trullo con villa e piscina "olimpionica"....tutto perfettamente ristrutturato e funzionale. Situato in un posto molto tranquillo in mezzo alla campagna a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Ceglie Messapica. Posto strategico per raggiungere praticamente tutte i più bei posti della Puglia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura molto ben dislocata, a circa 40 minuti dall' aereoporto di Brindisi ed a pochi km dalle spiagge di Torre Pozzella, Torre Guaceto e Rosa Marina. Nelle giornate in cui la spiaggia era affollata, abbiamo preferito trascorrerle nella piscina della struttura in tranquillità e relax assoluto. Da tornarci.

Wonderful

This place was amazing, a Paradise! We spent one week of relax and discover. The property has everything you need and it’s at very high standard. I loved the swimming pool and we really enjoyed the BBQ. You can easily reach both Ionio and Adriatic Sea. I will definitely come here again !

Italia o estero?

Due estati fa, io e la mia famiglia composta da 6 persone, abbiamo provato ad andare in vacanza oltre oceano. L’anno scorso ci è venuta l’idea di cercare un posto nel nostro paese, magari al sud, vicino al mare, ma in una zona non eccessivamente turistica. Grande scelta! Scegliamo il paesino di Ceglie, a 10 km dal mare, in questa meravigliosa struttura confortevole, ampia, attrezzata di tutto. Abbiamo speso 1/3 del anno precedente e ci siamo divertiti molto di più. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

20/10 è la valutazione per questa struttura, immersa nella natura ideale sia per coppie che per gruppi che vogliono assaporare le bellezze pugliesi a pochi km d’auto. Abbiamo visitato alberobello, a circa 30 min, Ostuni a circa 10, Francavilla Fontana, polignano e Monopoli. Dista a 15 minuti dal mare e 3 min dal bellissimo centro di Ceglie Messapica. Per le giornate in totale relax ci siamo goduti la struttura, la piscina, il barbecue e così sono volati i 15 giorni di ferie. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Spettacolare e Dir Poco

Come definirla?? Posto stupendo immerso nella Natura e Ulivi ultra Secolari. Domiciliata a 10 minuti dal centro abitato di Ceglie Messpico che offre a noi turisti tutto ciò che si desidera. Trullo favoloso, sistemato nella maniera più conservatrice per far risaltare il suo aspetto caratteristico. La piscina immersa in uno scenario fantastico, tutto curato nei minimi particolari dal Propietario . Cosa dire ferie stupende da rifare il prima possibile

Una meraviglia!

Una settimana di completo relax a contatto con la natura! Situato nella magica campagna di Ceglie Messapica, vi è questa splendida villa con trullo e lamia. Tutto completamente ristrutturato e arredato in stile locale. Vi sono tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere le ferie in tranquillità: piscina enorme, barbecue e, per i più piccini, un tappeto elastico. Non si può chiedere di più!!!
