Sunny villa with beautiful private pool in the heart of the Itria Valley
This sunny villa has 3 bedrooms each with air conditioning. From the spacious living room you enter a beautiful new kitchen. There are two new bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet. Outside you have a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool and an additional covered terrace for delicious breakfasts and summer evenings.
The villa has a large garden with olive trees and is located in the heart of the Canale di Pirro valley, just 10 minutes from Locorotondo. One of the most beautiful villages in Puglia with a wide choice of restaurants and bars.
The biggest assets of this holiday home are the large swimming pool, with a beautiful garden for a wonderful outdoor experience, and the location! The villa is a 25-minute drive from Alberobello with its famous trullis, a 15-minute drive from Monopoli and just half an hour from Ostuni, the white city. The beaches and small fishing villages are just a 15 minute drive away. Lecce with its beautiful Baroque architecture can be reached in less than an hour. In Fasano you have a very well-known safari zoo, which can be a fun trip with the children.
The airports of Bari and Brindisi are an hour's drive away. This villa is very centrally located in beautiful surroundings.
