Just about right

The location and cleanliness were great, but I had to take away a star for a few things. Close to everything, but a little too close to neighbors. Cabin was very clean, porch was not. Enjoyed the hot tub. Cabin was well appointed for the 2 of us and it was nicely decorated. It would have been nice to have a small grill and a firmer mattress.

Amazing Anniversary weekend

We stayed in this little cabin for our anniversary, it was amazing. Loved having a full kitchen. Hot tub was great. You can park at city hall just down the road a bit to catch the free trolley into town. We had the best time!

Nice cabin

We really enjoyed our stay, location is perfect! It is far enough away from everything to enjoy the peace and quiet yet only a few minutes from downtown. I've stayed in many cabins where driving miles of treacherous mountain roads is required, this is not bad at all. It is close to other cabins however it remained quiet, & we did not hear any neighbors. It was a perfect size for the two of us. We did not use the kitchen much. There is no dishwasher if that is an issue for you, we only used a few items, so handwashing was not a big deal for us. The check in process was easy & the owners communicated well and quickly during booking. We did not have any maintenance issues or need to contact the owners, but they made it very clear they were easy to contact if we did. The view from the back deck is beautiful, unfortunately the carpenter bees kept us from enjoying the upper deck. They will not hurt you they just fly around your head and leave wood shavings EVERYWHERE! This is just nature though. Fortunately, they didn't seem as interested in the bottom deck lol, so we were able to sit out there and enjoy the hot tub just fine. We enjoyed staying at Knotty pine, the only complaint we really had is the mattress, it was very uncomfortable (personal preference though), we did not sleep very well. The pillows were very flat as well so you may want to bring your own. Overall, it is a nice cabin, I recommend it!

great cabin

Its a small cozy cabin with almost everything you need. There isnt much space to cook so be aware of that. Towels, appliances and silverware felt on old side... thinking it could be newer since the price is on the high side for a small cabin.

Perfect Get a way

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cabin in Gatlinburg! My husband, our one-year-old, and I had the most memorable time celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary here. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was beautifully designed with rustic charm and modern comforts, making it the perfect blend of cozy and convenient.The location was perfect too—secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to Gatlinburg for a quick drive to explore the area. We loved the scenic views from the porch and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while watching the sunset.Our little one had a blast exploring the space!The peaceful atmosphere and the cabin’s cozy vibe made it the ideal place to unwind and reconnect as a couple, while also enjoying family time. We can't wait to come back next year! Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in the Smokies.

Wonderful weekend

My girlfriend and I wanted a short getaway after a busy holiday season for the both of us, and the Knotty Pine cabin was incredible. Everything was very clean and well kept, the fireplace and hot tub were great, and the location was awesome! Bears are afoot, we found some paw prints on my truck before we left! Highly recommend!

Great stay

Great location, second time staying. Love the washing machine and dryer but missed the Christmas decorations. Other than that another wonderful vacation and to top it off it snowed on the day of our Anniversary. The road was salted immediately.

Incredibly beautiful

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the cabin so much! It has so much charm and its so cozy! The only complaint i have is the shower head its worn out and needs to be replaced, otherwise 10/10 will stay here again

The bears came to visit.

The cleaning people need to do better. To rate the cleaning of the house 2. Now back to the visitors, Sunday evening around 7pm she goes out to the truck to get her coffee mug as she gets to the back of the truck thebear runs off the bank, she comes in telling me that there is a bear outside , did you see him ,no but there was something big that ran off. Well the next morning she was going out some stuff in the back of the truck and she comes in an ask me where was the little cooler that was in the truck, I go outside the bears had made a hole thru my truck bed cover ,stole the cooler of pork that I was taking over to y friend in Sylva.

Little piece of Heaven

If your looking for quiet and piece then this is it. Two balconies and the view is wonderful. Especially early morning and evening. Thanks for allowing me to use your cabin.

Wonderful Time!

We had a great weekend and we loved everything about the cabin. We had only been there about an hour, and we saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs. The highlight of my stay. The cabin is so close to everything but yet secluded. If you’re wanting a quaint little cabin, this one is perfect! Thank you for opening up your cabin!!

10th Wedding Anniversary

I have always been hesitant to rent a cabin but for our 10yr wedding anniversary my husband talked me into it. I was SO glad I listened to him. We had the nicest time. The cabin was very clean and decorated beautifully. Even with neighbors we felt secluded. We even had a “bear” of a guest come say hi. We cannot wait to take our kids back!!

1st year marriage anniversary

We loved the Knotty pine cabin. The location was perfect and just as listed. We loved the cozy feel the cabin gave and all the amenities that it came with. We will be back again. :)

Great

I booked this cabin for my husband and I for a get away after he returned from a 7 month deployment. Cabin was just as it is in photos. Very nice. The only issue were some of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work properly but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Very easy access to Gatlinburg! I wouldn’t mind to book this cabin again in the future.
