HI Nevart, thanks for your review, is very important for us to know something more about our guest experience in Florence. Let me come back on the issues you've faced. On the Keesy check-in process, we have decided to use this automatic check-in service to give to our guests the freedom to arrive and leave the apartment at any hour, without any time costraint. The Keesy point is open 24/24 and has a remote assistance to help our guests if they have any issue to retrieve or return the keys. I'm very sorry you've been scolded for asking two sets of keys, i will double check with Keeys why this is happened, usually all our guests may take 2 bunch of keys (even 3 if is needed). On the lack of information, on our booking confirmation email we suggest to our guest to download for free the keesy app where we've stored all the info about the apartment (wifi, utilites, walking distances etc...) + all our tips on restaurant and bars nearby the apartment. This give us the opportunity to keep our tips always updated, adding and removing places when something change (and trust me, in Florence there is a very high turn over, especially on bar and restaurants) Regarding the decor, you are right, a lot of pieces are coming from Ikea, but on the style we do think is a personal evaluation, we had several guests that has appreciated how we decor the apartment and the quality of the forniture. That said, again I'm sorry if your experience was not nice as expected and we will take inspiration from your review to improve and give to our guests a better service in future.
