This large village house with private pool is located in Petra and offers 12 guests a second home.
Outside you will enjoy a romantic garden with acacias and lots of vegetation where the pool is the real protagonist. It is chlorine and measures 8 x 4 meters while the depth goes from 0.95 to 1.8 meters. Around it, numerous sunbeds for sunbathing and outdoor dining area for 8 people under the arbour. There are other corners with garden furniture to enjoy the good weather and the magnificent surroundings. The property is located in the urban core of Petra, has neighbour next door and total privacy.

The property is divided into three buildings. The interior of the main building is decorated in a traditional style with bright, friendly rooms. In the living room on the ground floor you can spend a lazy afternoon watching a film (satellite reception). In a second living room you can also rest on the sofa or enjoy reading. Two stylish dining rooms invite you to have your meals together. The first dining room for 8 guests is very original and the old stone columns were perfectly integrated into the room. The second dining area is in the pretty winter garden and here 12 guests can look forward to long conversations. The typical, mallorcan style kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and a gas stove. A shower room is available on the ground floor.

Also on the lower floor is a bedroom with two single beds, shower room en-suite and access to the pretty garden. A second bedroom with double bed, garden access and shower room en-suite is on this floor. The third, spacious bedroom is on the first floor and equipped with a double bed and has the shower room en-suite.

In the two secondary buildings, there are two bedrooms in each building. All bedrooms have got its corresponding bathroom en suite and exit to the pleasant terrace. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and 3 bedrooms have two single beds each. All the buildings have central heating and are separated from each other. If you travel with family, 3 cots and 3 high chairs can be provided. Finally, the house has a laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also 6 fans in total.

The Finca is located in the authentic and quiet place Petra, in the central part of Majorca. Here you will find basic services such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The next sandy beach is only 20 minutes away by car. In addition, you can visit several places of interest such as the Santuari de Bonany, Esglesia de Sant Pere or the Museum of Frai Juniper Serra, the founder of the missions of San Francisco or San Diego in California. In Manacor you can find everything necessary for a holiday as a self-catering, among other things. Supermarkets and restaurants.
