This modern terraced house in Puerto de Andratx offers accommodation to 4 people.
Modern terraced house with chill-out terrace and partly harbor views. There are direct neighbors.

The modern living-dining room with satellite-TV and A/C will make you feel at home from the first moment. If you fancy cooking you will enjoy doing this in the fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob. A laundry area features a washer, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms; one with double bed and the second with two twin beds. Both count with A/C, closet and the master bedroom has enough space to prepare a cot and a high chair. This beautiful accommodation offers two shower bathrooms.

Puerto de Andratx is in the Southwest of Mallorca and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a nice sea promenade. The next sand beach is in Sant Elm, 7 km from the house and already situated in the Sierra de Trmauntana. If you fancy doing some sports, nearby there are two golf courses: Andratx and Santa Ponça; besides the area is good for hiking and cycling. Visit the entertainment parks Katmandu in Magaluf and Western park and enjoy a day with your family!

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Como se describe. Las instrucciones para la casa no eran muy claras, el wifi era difícil de encontrar y luego lo vimos en la parte posterior de la puerta. Aparcar en la zona es un verdadero desafío. Encontré un aparcamiento muy cerca (2 minutos a pie) que era gratuito pero estaba muy escondido, conduce hasta la piscina municipal y baja por un solo carril y está a la derecha. Luego hay acceso peatonal a la calle llevant. Hay espacio fuera de la propiedad y otros aparcan allí, pero el vecino teme no poder sacar su coche

Die perfekte Lage.

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Altstadt und max. 100 Meter vom Hafen entfernt. Mitten drin und trotzdem relativ ruhig und vor allem nicht nur touristisch sondern auch Einheimische. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, vielleicht wirkt es im ersten Moment etwas kleiner, aber es passt alles. Über die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr froh, und sie hat in allen Zimmern tatenlos funktioniert. Es ist alles sehr neu, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas Problematisch. Wir haben aber dann 3 min vom Haus entfernt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz gefunden wo immer Platz war. Das Haus liegt sehr gut um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben nach Palma (Stadt) und an den Flughafen/Strände nie länger als 30-40 min gebraucht. Alles in allem war das Haus sehr schön, und auch sehr schön gelegen. Sollten wir nochmals nach Mallorca gehen würden wir sicherlich nochmals dieses Haus buchen.

we enjoyed our stay

Just thought I would let you know that we enjoyed our stay and thought the property was wall presented. However we were disappointed with the curtained showers – especially the first floor one which wraps itself around you when you try to use it. Also the fridge/freezer seemed to run almost continuously and on three occasions there were puddles on the floor under the freezer door.

Nice little village house

We know Pto Andratx very well so this little house in the centre of the port suited us well. It's obviously a recent refurb and is fairly well appointed but the curtained showers are a bit of a let down. Andratx has little to offer children but for visitors who just want to read, visit bars and restaurants etc., it's wonderful with dozens of eating places of every sort within strolling distance.

Vielen Dank, das Häuschen entsprich genau der Beschreibung und bietet für bis zu 4 Personen genügend Platz. Die Klimaanlage ist auch zum Heizen gut zu gebrauchen, was bei den Außentemparaturen leider nötig war. Die Lage ist ganz zentral mit Anbindung an Supermarkt und guten Restaurants, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Weg zur Wonung mit dem Auto ist etwas tricky, da viele Einbahnstaßen, das sollte man besser beschreiben. Ein Parkplatz am Tennisplatz war jedoch immer frei... Die Kommunikation mit Homerti im Vorfeld über Email war problemlos, das Haus ist mit Schlüsselsafe aufzusperren. Eine Person von der Agentur haben wir persönlich nicht getroffen, ein Ansprechpartner war uns jedoch zugeteilt worden, den wir nicht benötigt haben. Als einziges hätten wir gerne eine Cafetiera (z.B.Bialetti oder ähnliche) statt der Filtermaschine gehabt, vielleicht könnte man in die mal investieren. Ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ein kleines Haus mitten in dem Ort. Sehr sauber. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, nur einen Strand nicht. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Parkplatz, wo das Auto nachts gut stehen kann. Die Wohnung hat alles was macht braucht. Ein zusätzlicher normaler Wäschständer wäre super. WLAN war etwas langsam. Fernsehprogramm könnte um deutsche (u. andere Länder) Sender erweitert werden. Im Bad fehlt auch ein Regal. Haben die kleinen Tischchen aus dem Wohnzimmer als Ablage für die Kosmetikartikel in den Flur vorm Bad gestellt. Alles im Allem eine schöne Wohnung.
