My name is Danny Kenning. Me and my wife Becky, love the outdoors, love to ski and are both with the National Ski Patrol. We live in Hutchinson, MN and we are owners at Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Colorado on Peak 8. This Grand Lodge on Peak 7 condo/suite is only available on a biannual basis in which it is available in the odd years. We are able to spend 2 weeks each year at Breckenridge and this condo/suite would bring us to Colorado more than 2 weeks. We want others to experience the grandness of this resort.

This resort is in the beautiful and scenic Rocky Mountains where we love to ski, hike and other outdoor activities. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is awesome and has everything a skier or non-skier would need and want in a resort. It goes above and beyond and the resort staff are excellent and they help make your stay incredible.

The conveniences are all there including ski lockers, complimentary shuttle services, wireless internet, indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tubs. There is also a public nature trail just north of the lodge. You can relax and rejuvenate with the breathtaking mountain views and/or while you enjoy watching skiers/riders coming down peak 7. The concierge service will help you experience all of the adventures that the Rocky Mountains have to offer. You can relax and rejuvenate in their exclusive, adult-only "Grotto" or soak in one of their indoor or outdoor hot tubs. Stay in shape using their indoor/outdoor swimming pool or take advantage of the state-of-the-art fitness center and watch a movie in one of the four private movie theaters. You can take the complimentary shuttle or BreckConnect Gondola route to visit historical downtown Breckenridge. Kids will enjoy it as well as there is an indoor kids pool, an indoor-outdoor pool and an outdoor water slide and the resort offers different activities for the kids. The resort does have sleds for rent that can be used on the smaller hills by the lodge that are not in the way of skier/riders. There are other sledding hills in town that the complimentary shuttle will take you to but check first to see if they provide free sleds.
