マスタースイートには、ドレッサー、チェスト、ウォークインクローゼットとともに、キングベッドがあります。 マスターバスにはダブルシンク、ウォークインシャワー、バスルームがあり、プールエリアに直接アクセスできました。 ジャグジー付きのスクリーン付きソーラー温水プール、リビングルーム、（55インチテレビ）、高解像度ケーブル、革張りのソファ、イージーチェアがありました。

フルサイズのコンロ、冷蔵庫、食器洗い機を備えたフルキッチンがあります。 ダイニングルームからはプールを見渡せます。 クローゼット付きの真新しい非常にプライベートな2番目のベッドルームには、パティオとプールエリアへの散歩があります。

追加ゲスト用のリビングエリアにクイーンソファベッドがあります。 3つのスライドガラスドアと2つの通常のドアが施設にあります。5つのドアアクセスにより、障害物なしで空間を自由に移動できます。 プール、屋根付きのデッキ、ポーチのエリアは、特にドアが開けられたとき、居住空間の拡大のように感じます。

The most understated place on VRBO

There isn’t a detail that is missed at this place. Between the pool area, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, everything is better than I was hoping for. Deborah was very helpful explaining how the pool/spa worked, and made sure we felt right at home, which we did. Would recommend this place

Nice house with a very private pool in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in working order. Very pleased with our stay will definitely consider renting again.

A little bumb

We had a rocky start to our vacation due to some miscommunication but it was all taken care of by Ken and Deb. We had some issues when we first got there and Deb was very easy to get a hold of and took care of the situation right away. After that we truly enjoyed our stay there.

Great quiet family-friendly experience.

Quiet neighborhood, private yard. The pool and spa were the highlight after a hot day at the beach. Great experience. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Very peaceful and relaxing

Property was advertised. Kenneth and Deborah were both very pleasant and easy to work with and talk to. They gave us privacy and checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. We had a great relaxing stay! Pool was refreshing and clean, lots of sun and great area to sit outside!

Owner if the property was always available for any needs you might need. Property is definitely in need of a complete remodel. Would definitely do a deep cleaning and update.

Comfortable and pleasant

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This property was located in an area where I could easily reach all the places I needed to go and there was plenty of places to shop. Most importantly, the area and property was quite quiet which allowed me, when I was not attending my conference, to relax and just enjoy the sun and weather. The pool was thoroughly pleasant and enjoyable. I would stay here again next year.

Honest review

I don't like leaving a poor review but we do rely on previous renters to be honest about their experience. This house was in a good location, and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was the highlight of our days. The pool floats they have were in a deflated pile and were covered in mold. We didnt touch them. It says you will have an equipped kitchen. There was a serious lack of cookware and silverware. 14 lids, 6 skillets, no saucepans or anything else to cook with. There was 1 small baking sheet and no other pan that could go in the oven. There were 32 spoons, 19 knives but only 3 small forks and 4 dinner forks. If you're planning on cooking for your family it will be challenging. We spent more money eating out and trying to find dog friendly restaurants. This house would benefit from a deep cleaning. We spent the 1st day cleaning before we put our things and food away. I cleaned a lot of mold out of the washer and my husband tried to vacuum the dryer vent but the 2 vacuums smelled so bad we left them outside the entire month we were there. They've removed curtains and pictures but just left the attachments on the walls. This is definitely an uncared for rental. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and the AC was great. We were prepared for the house to be dated and in need of some upgrading from previous reviews but we werent prepared for the things I've mentioned. Very disappointing since we paid a lot of money for this rental and all up front.

We absolutely loved the warm pool. There are tons of towels. And the location is perfect to get every place you need to go. The owner was quick to respond when we needed something.

Wonderful stay

The residence was clean and bright. The owner was available the first two days of our week to answer any and all questions and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything was as advertised. We would certainly consider returning here. Bottom line? If you want to rent a home where you can relax in comfort and can be confident any issues that come up will be addressed promptly and well, this is it.

Great Rental House

This was a great rental property for my family. There was plenty of room and the pool was great. It’s in a central location to travel to St Pete and Clearwater. There are a couple of choices for grocery stores close by. Starbucks and Wawa are also close for the coffee lovers. Great communication with the owner and property manager.

This lovely home has 1350 square feet exclusively for guests, including the pool, spa, porches and 2 car driveway parking. There are 2 bedrooms with king and queen beds.

A small suite is separated from the main house with its own entrance, sidewalk, gate and parking.

Renting this home offers the guest complete privacy, and the back yard is completely fenced with privacy barriers. The pool and spa are solar-heated and enclosed in a screened cage.

This home is centrally located half way between St Petersburg and Clearwater. The closest beach is about 16 minutes away (6.5 miles).

I am the original owner of the home and had it custom built, so there are outlets everywhere, kitchen cabinets galore, extra large master bedroom, ceiling fans on wall controls everywhere, and loads of other personal touches for best comfort.

Solar-heated pool and spa benefit from extra solar panels. Pool has 10 large roof-mounted solar panels. That just means the solar works well. We are fortunate in our area that the sun shines almost every day.
