A private spacious, newly renovated, well equipped modern home, including access to your own hot tub, a well-kept fenced in turfed back yard, back yard fire pit, grill, Florida room with 4 televisions. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours starting at 10pm. Must obey these rules or your stay will be terminated

3 full bedrooms all with smart tv’s, two bathrooms with showers

Easily Sleeps 6 individuals with room for more. 15 minutes to the beautiful st Pete beaches. Quiet Neighborhood which includes quiet hours after 10:30pm. Strictly enforced!

The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The other bedrooms have big closets and great space. There is one full bath with towels provided. The linen closet in the hallway provides extras if needed.

Check in process was smooth and straight forward. Home is as advertised. It was clean, had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean and stayed hot. Great location, short drive to anything you’d want to do or anywhere you’d need to go

The house overall was okay. Getting run down. Bathroom water had an odor. Would have appreciated laundry pods, trash can in bathrooms. The curb appeal was not good, old doors, old hot tub cover in the front of the house, part of the fence on the side is falling over and wood is rotted. The pro's: bed was comfortable, quiet location and the A/C worked well.

Definitely recommend this place! This house was great for my friends and I for our weekend getaway near the beach. Loved how spacious the house is!

Quiet neighborhood & centrally located

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was quiet and centrally located, with many amenities nearby. The hot tub was cleaned each week, and the appliances were in good working condition. The owner was always prompt in answering questions and providing support when needed. Having a fenced-in backyard provided privacy and tranquility during the evenings after working remotely from this location for the past three months.

OK pricing for a 3bed 2bath with hot tubQuiet neighborhood. Everything was reasonably clean.Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach were both about 20-30 minutes away.Good communication with host.Photos need to be updated.Recently renovated? Flooring was lifting and walls had multiple door dings.Front door was very warped. TP holders were missing.Note: This is an older(?) home, so don't flush while someone is showering.Did use the refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, indoor TVs, and the hot tub. No issues.Did not use the patio TVs, grill or gaming electronics.Suggested improvements:House numbers visible from streetKeypad instead of keysBlackout curtains in bedroomsLonger pulls for bedroom light/fansLamps with USB ports or outlets by all bedsUpdated showerhead in master bathroomInstruction sheet for WiFi, hot tub, checkout, etc.

Can not recommend

Decent location and pics look great. Lots of room (nice layout) and lots of potential. Positive, quick communication with property owner initially until we had issues.Hot tub was unusable due to filth during entire week stay. Owner promised to send someone to clean - never happened. Xbox was locked and unusable. Fridge was moldy and stinky - we deep cleaned it ourselves so could store food. Disposed our new food at our cost, as smell got into everything. Master bed sheets were dirty and stained. Once we sterilized in wash they were fine - should have been done before our stay?!?!Renovations are very poorly done and not reflected in posted pictures. Flooring is lifting and safety hazard in multiple, high-traffic areas. Nails were sticking out of carpets in at least one bedroom (we fixed). Multiple TVs as advertised, did not work on patio (likely just unplugged, but we did not play with their electronics for safety and potential liability issues).BBQ had no propane so did not work.Garage is not usable for vehicles. Was not advertised as such, but one might assume, and is not advertised as being unavailable either, sooooo....Due to cleaning issues we spent days to resolve before house was habitable, owner promised at least a cleaning refund. Never happened. Ignored our texts and eventually ghosted VRBO chats. Extremely disappointed and would NOT recommend property. I allowed almost two months for resolution. Go anywhere else and support decent owners instead

Good enough, but here is some feedback. Junk panels/doors in front yard look bad. Cracked floors with tape on them should be repaired. Carpet had stains. Couch has cigarette burn hole. Master bath has a bad smell. Coffee maker way too small and doesn’t have auto shutoff.
