Our stay in Wengen was great, the Wengen Apartments group made the check in and check out process very easy. It was a particularly hot week in Switzerland but l by using the shutters during the day we were able to keep the place cool when returned after our outings. A nice view of some sheep from the living room entertained our children every day and the mountain views entertained the adults. We would recommend Wengen and this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay!

This property is adjacent to a beautiful meadow and has gorgeous views. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had everything you need. The dryer didn’t dry and although the host was quick to respond to have maintenance look at it, it never actually dried. This was okay because we were there in the summer and were able to dry clothing on a rack outside. The host is actually Wengen Apartments and when I arrived they added other charges, including pet fees that were not listed on VRBO. I am happy to pay all agreed upon charges, but do not enjoy surprise fees. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay but had some minor issues that could be improved upon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the beautiful views, peaceful location, and the apartment’s facilities overall. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the dryer during your stay. Although our team responded promptly and arranged for it to be inspected, we regret that the issue was not fully resolved at the time. The dryer has since been repaired and is now working properly. We would also like to clarify that the pet fee is disclosed on the VRBO listing under the “Optional Extras” section and was therefore not a hidden or unexpected charge. Although the apartment is pet-friendly, guests are still expected to inform us in advance when bringing pets. In this instance, we were not advised that two large dogs would be staying at the property. After learning this, the guest refused to pay the applicable pet fee. We appreciate your positive comments and are glad that, despite these points, you had an enjoyable stay in Wengen.

The location and quality of accommodation was excellent It was thoughtful of the owners to leave games and DVD’s The soft pillows offered little support and consideration should be given to improve these The shower in the bathroom with a bath could not be used as a conventional shower as the head does not stay positioned The stair hand rail was starting to loosen and noted on our arrival It will need attention before it becomes worse

If I could give Chalet Roossi a million stars, I would! Communication was excellent! Any questions I had were answered immediately. The apartment was in a perfect location in Wengen, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful mountain views from the large apartment windows and patio. We spent a very comfortable 4 nights with a family of 6 with room to host a 7th on the sofa bed for one night. We gathered with our friends from Germany (family of 4) and were able to host them for two meals, comfortably, between indoor and outdoor seating. Kitchen was well-equipped. Same short walk to town, the gondola, the bakery, and the coop where we bought way more than our fair share of croissants. We’re still trying to figure out how to take 100 croissants back to the states. Nothing better than a pistachio croissant and a cup of coffee on the patio with breathtaking views. Apart from a few taxis and delivery vehicles, the town’s no-car policy provides serenity. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! When I win the lottery (which I don’t play) I’ll be back!

A wonderful place to stay!

Our family loved staying in this condo. It has a wonderful view and relaxing outdoor eating area. This is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows extending the great views to the inside. The condo is well equipped. The manager, Julie, is a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions we had. We were very happy with our stay in this unit and highly recommend.

Christmas 2019

My husband and I took our 2 children and their spouses. So we had 6 adults in this apartment. It was extremely clean and has everything you need for a 2 week vacation, even a washer & dryer, which was great. All the linens were great, and Julie at Wengen Apartments was very helpful with any questions we had. One night the people upstairs were very loud until 3 in the morning. I contacted Julie, and she politely explained to them that Wengen takes noise very seriously, and they needed to turn out the lights earlier, so to speak. It worked, and the issue went away. The views from this chalet are amazing, can't be beat. Would definetely stay there again, however it is a little pricey for the size of the apartment.
