We have had a wonderful Holiday in Albufeira.We- incuded the 4 year old Boy enjoyed each second.The big rooms, the swimming pools and the quiet situation of the house are perfectt forfamilies.

Perfect holiday home

This is a lovely house with lots of space and two pools. Our best days, with a 2 year old, were when we stayed local and he had everything he needed right there! Happy toddler, happy parents and grandparents 😂 We booked airport transfers through Faro Taxis, which were brilliant, and used Ubers when we went out, so no need to hire a car. There are plenty of great beaches within easy reach. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Can't wait to go back!

The property was beautiful, very spacious and clean, had everything required for a lovely stay, bath and beach towels, small pool and large pool, table tennis and tennis court. The apartment has it's own small pool table tennis and darts board which was ideal for teenagers. There was lovely walk way (very safe) to the old town of Albuferia and to the beach which we walked every morning early. We recommend to use Uber as they were very cheap and freely available, no need to rent car, water parks and golf courses nearby. We loved staying here and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home and location

The villa was huge and the online photos do not do it justice! A real home from home with everything you could possibly want. A very well equipped kitchen with all necessities for cooking a meal. Lovely modern bathrooms, one even has jacuzzi jets which we loved! The games room was a nice addition, again, lots of space for everyone. Set in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with a kids pool and a bigger one for everyone. We really enjoyed the tennis courts and table tennis too. (The house even has spare racquets, games, playing cards etc) We stayed during the UK May half term and I was very surprised at how quiet it was and this suited us very well. There is a great supermarket nearby (10 minute walk) also close by are some nice little cafes and restaurants. We used Uber cabs to get to the Old town, although walkable, Uber were very cheap, about 4-5 euros We had a really lovely holiday at Villa Vanessa and would not hesitate to book again. A big thank you to Guido who was a real pleasure to deal with and gave us lots of useful information before our stay. Highly recommended accommodation, 5 *****

Lovely property

Communication with the host was excellent. The property was spotless and has everything needed for a large group stay. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/utensils/crockery etc to cook. Washing machine and dishwasher provided. Loads of space and 4 bathrooms. The house is on a small complex and is peaceful and relaxing. The terrace is infront of the kids pool with just a few steps to the large pool. Lidl and Aldi a 15 minute walk and the 'old town' a 20 minute walk. We had a lovely stay and recommend the property.

Fijn verblijf gehad

Mooie, ruime woning met een fijn zwembad. Spijtig genoeg waren er problemen met de airco die niet zijn opgelost tijdens ons verblijf. Voor de rest hebben wij een heel fijn verblijf gehad met een uitgebreide uitleg van de huiseigenaar. We zijn enkele keren te voet naar het centrum gewandeld, dat was goed te doen ook met 2 kinderen van 7 jaar. Een winkel ligt op 400 meter afstand waar je al het nodige kan halen. Het terras aan het zwembad lag heel de namiddag in de zon waardoor het er heel warm was, wij hadden gelukkig een schaduwdoek wat echt wel nodig was. Maar op zich dus zeker een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

Amazing size property and very well equipped. Great communication before and during stay. Very helpful in the office below the villa. They aren’t open on a Sunday so we left our cases at the Farm Village restaurant while waiting for our flight. They were very helpful and friendly. Book an Uber from the airport, it’s much cheaper than the €80+ we paid! We never worked out the bus timetable so took Ubers when needed. The Pingo Doce shop about a 5 minute walk is great and has everything you need.

Lovely, spacious and well eqquiped.

This has everything we needed for a holiday with friends. The place is much bigger than it seems according to photo’s. It was really well equipped, our favourite facilities being the outdoor patio, pool areas. The pool was somewhat busy with a couple of families, however this is expected as it is shared between different homes. The location is out of the centre, but you can easily walk into old town in 20-30 minutes, taxi is less than 10 mins and very cheap. There is a few resturants nearby, a huge lidl about 10 minutes walk away. Comminication was very easy although we didn’t need to as everything was perfect for us. Check in/check out was very easy. We thought the kitchen was well equipped and even had an outdoor bbq we used on the patio one night. If you dont mind being slightly out of the old town, (easily accessible via walk and even easier with taxi) then i would highly reccomend staying at this lovely establishment.

We had an amazing week staying in the villa. Lots of space and we swam in the pool every day. Perfect location for exploring the local beaches in a quiet suburb of Albuferia. We have a young son and the villa was perfectly equipped for him, when I asked about a high chair one was purchased for us which I was very grateful for. Would highly recommend

Amazing apartment

The photos and description really don't do this property any justice. It is absolutely amazing and so roomy. There was so much space for our family of 5. You could have easily fit another family of 5 in there too! A step out of the back patio and you're at the very clean pool. It's a 2 minute walk to a lovely little bar and restaurant called Farm Village. We had cocktails there and an evening meal which was lovely. A few more minutes and there's another bar and restaurant which specialises in fish but had veggie options and also kids meals. 5 minute walk to the Pingo Doce supermarket which is very well stocked and very reasonably priced. 15 minute walk into the old town of Albufeira past a little park and exercise machines! 15 minute walk to Lidl and then we got an uber back with the shopping which only cost €3! I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful villa & fantastic host

Big beautiful villa with a nice terrace leading to a lovely splash pool and main pool (just a note that the description says private pool but the pools are private to the villa group, not solely for this villa). Lots of space to enjoy with two large bedrooms on the second floor and one basement bedroom with a huge living area and pool table. The villa is a couple minutes walk from two lovely restaurants which are great for lunch, drinks and dinner. It’s a little further than expected from the old town, but still only 20 minutes walk or so - we ended up mostly walking there and getting a taxi back - Ubers are really reliable and cheap. Communication leading up to, and during, the holiday with the host, Guido, was fantastic. He was so helpful and proactive in sending us information about the area before we arrived. We also had a direct number for the property manager who was very responsive too. Overall, it’s a really lovely villa that’s great for families and friends - I’d love to return and recommend to anyone considering Albuferia as their next holiday 😊

A house that kept giving

What an amazing house! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It had all the added comforts of home and was very well equipped, extremely comfortable and just as the photos described/showed. In an excellent location and very very clean. All the facilities were fabulous and kept our family busy!! From enquiring, to booking, to staying; the whole process was easy and Guido was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Perfect vacation Villa

My experience with this reservation was nothing other than fantastic! First of all, Guido was extremely friendly and helpful. He went the extra mile to get us the Villa on the desired days, sent all the information beforehand, and was always available. Teresa and Carlos, the housekeepers, helped us immediately after we had a problem with one of the keys. When it comes to the Villa, it is a beautiful property, clean, and with good amenities. Location-wise it is not far from the center and has several supermarkets around. Highly recommend!

Moradia fantástica

A moradia está situada num sítio fantástico. Super calmo, mas perto de tudo o que precisamos.. O Sr. Guido e a D. Teresa foram sempre prestáveis. Não nos faltou nada.. A piscina e o campo de ténis são espetaculares. Muito obrigado pela hostilidade e pela simpatia.

Good stay

Globally we enjoyed the time spent there. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the pool was great and the apartment not that far from the old town. Although it was unexpected to see that one of the bedrooms was kind of in the underground, separated from the rest of the house and even locked with a different key.
