The 4th floor has a bonus room as well as king bedroom and bath. The views are incredible! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and 3 baths and some have views of the sound. The 2nd floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen with counter seating. There is a porch and deck off this space for bird watching and looking at spectacular sunsets! The king bedroom offers sounds views and a large bath. There is a half bath on this floor. The first floor has a two car garage with a Nema 14-50 for charging electric vehicles. There is also an elevator.
There are many reasons you may be content to stay inside but you also have great options to get outside and enjoy everything Cottages at Bay Ridge in Atlantic Beach has to offer. The boardwalk (approximately one-third mile and right next to our home) which leads to a covered gazebo on our private island on the sound. Fishing, crabbing, paddle boarding, or picnicking are all possibilities while enjoying the outdoor beauty. You are in walking distance to shopping, pool, restaurants, bars and grocery store.
