This was our second stay at this location, and it did not disappoint. The home has enough room for several families (we only had two, so the kids got to spread out), with three separate bedrooms and two lofts. The living area is perfect for gathering together, and we enjoyed family dinners and hanging out, playing games, and watching movies together. We had no issues at all with the house. It was a wonderful stay. And the close proximity to Hailey and Sun Valley was a huge bonus.

Great spot for small family reunion

This was a great spot for our trip with some extended family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable and put of each other's way. The kids loved the beds in little nooks in the two lofts. And the main family living area was a great spot to gather and hang out. The location is not far from so many activities. We were there in winter, so we made regular trips up to Dollar and Baldy. It was an easy drive and we even saw a herd of elk! Everyone has a great time and can't wait to go back.

Loved the house!!

We loved the house and the owners were great but the booking company messed up our reservations and gave us the run around for two hours before finally giving us the owners number and he had it fixed in ten minutes!!!

Excellent spot in Hailey!

We love this house as it’s right by our friends house! Kids had a great time playing in both lofts and lots of options for sleeping for kids and adults! Great experience, we’ll be back!

Beware extra fees if you have more than 6 guests

Lets start with the good... This location had the essentials and was clean. It's in a great location, has a great outdoor space and is unique. Has four beds and the two futons are in these odd holes in the walls. Great for kids but not sure how much adults would enjoy it. The not so good... Honestly I think its the extra fees that were the most disappointing. The listing states sleeps 10 but beware that anyone over 6 will find a $$/guest/night fee. The host/cleaning fees also seam like a lot when you have to do some cleaning yourself. The beds are old and uncomfortable and the bedding has to be 40 years old. I really think this place could have been better for the price but none the less it meet our needs for a place to stay to attend a funeral.

Fishing Getaway

Great place with plenty of room, perfect for any ski or fishing trip to the Sun Valley area. In Hailey, so it close to the airport or Albertson's and only a 20min drive to Ketchum.

Great location and beautiful home!

Everything about our stay at this property was perfect. The host is excellent and the property looks even better in person than in the photos. Our family enjoyed the convenient location and this comfortable home for our vacation to Sun Valley.

Okay, not great.

Overall, our stay at this property was okay, not great. The good: The place was overall fairly clean and comfortable. The rental is close to the airport and conveniently located near many activities in Hailey/Ketchum. The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to walking. Neighbors are friendly (One even brought over apricots from her yard!). The loft/nooks are great for kids. The porch is great for sitting outside (but no table available to eat on). Ample parking available. Pretty landscaping. The bad: Many of the linens, carpets and bedsheets had a musty, wet dog smell to them. The cleaning fee and additional guest fees (we were charged for two additional guests, despite the fact that the property lists 6-8 person occupancy, and we had 8 in our group) are the highest I have seen in my five years of using VRBO/HomeAway/AirBnB). Upon asking why these fees were so high, we were told by the owner that it was for additional cleaning and household supplies used by larger groups. We were surprised to find that despite the fees, there were no trash bags, hand soap (all empty), laundry soap or paper towels in the rental. We were also asked to do much of the cleaning ourselves before leaving. When arriving to the rental, AC, heat and hot water all must be started up. One bathroom had blinds facing the toilet that didn't cover the windows completely, and was so dark in the shower that you couldn't see. The decor/furniture is older and has a very garage sale feel to it. All adults had difficult time sleeping on uncomfortable beds. Overall-not awful, but would definitely not book again. With all the fees, we ended up paying roughly double what it is listed for nightly.

Winter vacation

We went as 2 families and had a great stay. we took advantage of the nearby free skating rink, played games as a family in the evenings and did lots of cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Scott was super helpful with details and advice. And we did some great downhill and skate skiing that had us exhausted Holly

Family Wedding Time

The owner provided us with wonderful accommodations and service! From the cozy family farmhouse style to the intriguing home layout, the house became our home. If you have read the amenities list you know that this house is all it is advertised to be! Plenty of parking, nice private yard space, great wrap around porch, beautiful living area, etc....Our grandkids adored the sleeping niches ....particularly our toddler grandson who refuses to sleep in his bed at home now! All you need is people and laughter to have a great time. This house has it all!

Fantastic rental

Beautiful view from the front porch, large parking area, easy access to downtown Hailey and the bike path to Ketchum and beyond. The bike path is incredible BTW. Lots of room for multiple-family get-togethers. Kids (and even some adults) will love the two sleeping "cubbies". Big living area adjoining a full kitchen. Multiple places to watch DVDs. The bikes available to use in the garage were an unexpected bonus that we took advantage of. Beautiful property, everything in good repair. It turned out to be the prefect property for our family reunion / wedding.
