Situated on a 3 + acres which is shared by the owner, this 2 bedroom/2 bath guest house is a perfect location for families who want to be close to Sun Valley activities but away from the hustle and bustle of town. This newly REMODELED Mid Valley rental is a short walk to the Big Wood River/fishing access and bike path, across from Valley Club golf course, 3 miles to Hailey and a quick 8 mile drive to Bald Mountain.

Amenities include a brand new, well equipped small kitchen, complete with stove, microwave and small refrigerator. Kitchen area is well stocked with basic pantry items, paper products, storage containers, etc. We have a starter supply of coffee. In the bathroom, there is an ample supply of toilet paper and starter shampoo and soap. There is a full size washer and dryer in the guest house.

The master bedroom has king bed with high quality bedding and a private renovated full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with same high quality bedding and bathroom with stall shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of soft towels! We launder all bedding and duvet covers after each guest. The bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the temperature comfortable.

Separate cozy living room with TV/cable, wifi, and DVD player. We also have a lot of board games! There are beautiful sunny views of the mountains, frequent elk, fox and moose sightings. We offer a large driveway, BBQ, 1 car garage ( mostly for storing items).

In the winter time, it's just a short walk to public Nordic ski trails as well as short drive to BCRD trails. Bald Mountain is a close drive. There are 2 bicycles available for your use and great hiking trails nearby.

This is a very clean, cozy and comfortable cottage! Usually 2-3 days between guests and house deep cleaned. All high touch areas are disinfected and throw blankets on sofa and duvets covers on bed washed after each guest. Check out the reviews....all who stay with us are extremely satisfied.

While we do love pets, and have 3 dogs of our own, we do not allow pets in the guest house.

Our experience at the guest house was wonderful. It was clean, well organized and had plenty of space. There are plenty of amenities like coffee/tea, bathroom products, extra blankets, even bikes to explore the trails. We felt right at home. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Hailey or Ketchum. Jen was a responsive host and gave us great suggestions for dining and hiking. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Guest House!

We had a great time staying at Jen’s guest house. It was comfortable and clean! It is also in a great location and was easy to get to. Jen is also a great host and checked in frequently. We will definitely be recommending her place to others!

Nice property in a scenic area between the two towns with easy access to either.. house was clean and open when we arrived. The owner was easy to communicate with but had no issues to speak of.. will use this property again if available next time..

Our stay was fantastic! Jen's place was like being at home! The cottage was comfortable, stocked with all you need and offered some special touches from our host. So glad we picked this place for our trip. It was super close to Ketchum and all the things we wanted to. The property was very clean, cozy, and in a beautiful location. Check in/out was a breeze and Jen was helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Great cottage in Peaceful setting & nice location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage and look forward to staying here again. The owner was so great to work with and the cottage was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked. The location was convenient to Ketchum, Hailey and Sun Valley.

Great, convenient guest house with short access to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey

The place was home-like, comfortable, and has all the amenities you need. It was clean, quiet and a short drive to Sun Valley, Ketchum and Hailey. The host was very responsive to our requests and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

A Lovely Stay

Private and quiet outside Hailey

We have stayed at this wonderful cottage several times and always enjoy the experience. It is very clean, comfortable, private and hosted by the wonderful Jen (owner). It is a short drive to either Hailey or Ketchum for all your needs.

Great place, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Jen was on it with the communication and even reached out a week before we arrived to let us k law she was working on a wifi issue (which she fixed before we got there). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Our property is special as it is situated on 3 acres of land with sunny, unobstructed views of mountains. While we do live on the property it is very private. We are here to assist and help you during your stay as your private concierge if needed! You can walk to the river to fish, drive a few minutes to the ski lifts or skating rink. We have plenty of parking and two bikes to ride along the path or even around the neighborhood.
