Wonderful stay at Villa Delfin!

What a brilliant stay we had at the Villa. Excellent property and location. All as described and the villa itself is beautiful. Great communication with Helena, and we really appreciated her taking the time to share tips and recommendations!

100% recomendable

The communication and information provided by the host was excellent. This is a ground floor apartment of a house, but it is very private and the pool /garden was for our exclusive use and it was beautifully presented. The living accommodation was great, aircon was very effective in the heat! There was one double bed and 2 twin rooms. There were a few rules on noise after 9pm and parties but being we were just on a family holiday that wasn’t going to be an issue. It didn’t stop me feeling conscious after 9pm about noise with 2 boisterous sons! The location was in a suburb which had a very nice bakery, butchers and fruit/veg shop a 2 minute walk away. There are restaurants scattered around the area and it was a 20 minute walk away walk to the port and train station. We felt very safe in this location and had a great holiday! We do recommend this property.

Beautiful, clean and spacious property. We spent 11 nights as a family of seven. We had everything we needed and more. The pool table was a great addition. The pool was spotless, not too cold and was cleaned twice while we were there. We spent many hours in there and the pool toys and inflatables were enjoyed. The villa has some shops within walking distance which were good for top-up shops. We did do a large shop at Lidl when we arrived. I would recommend a car. The walk down to the beach and harbour was fine but is a hot uphill walk home. We used the train several times to get into the centre of Barcelona which was very easy. The beaches were beautiful but was a bit tricky getting across the train tracks. We had a fabulous meal at Cannes Tapes which was only a ten minute walk (ordered far too much, the portions are very generous!) great value for money. The Villa is under a property which is occupied but you wouldn’t know, we didn’t hear a peep. I’m certain they heard us more :o) Communication with the property managers was excellent! Overall a fabulous stay, we would highly recommend this property.

Although this is basically the basement it was bright , clean, spacious . Meet all our needs.

We spent a few days in downtown Barcelona before heading to El Masnou. Was not disappointed with the villa/condo Nice pool but not heated. Perfect grounds. Spacious home for the five of us. Home is close to supermarket, grocery , bakers, fishmonger, tabac and Pharmacy. Down town takes a brisk stroll and a taxi back as it’s mainly up hill. Didn’t want to rent a car. Taxi’s were available locally. Home as everything you need. Cooker took some working out. Have to say the Helena from the rental agency and her father Xavier one of the local taxi owners really helped make the trip, a big thank you to both of them .

Great villa

We had a great time. The villa was really nice and clean with a lovely swimming pool. Supermarkets, a Bakery and a greengrocer are less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a decent pizza place 15 minutes walk away and the beach and train station are about 25 minutes walk. We didn't rent a car on this occasion. If we were to go back I would do so though as there is a lot of walking uphill to do. Barcelona is about 25 minutes on the train line R1 and 10 x Single journeys cost €14.70 regardless of where you stop.

Beautiful, modern and private villa in lovely El Masnou

We absolutely loved staying here. Truth be told it made our holiday. The villa slept 8 of us very comfortably, and the spacious layout allowed everyone their own privacy and breathing room when desired. The outside seating area was absolutely perfect and was our main area of congregation, and the large kitchen made cooking for eight an absolute pleasure. We hired a car at the airport which made getting to El Masnou very easy, although there is a train from Barca centre which takes around half an hour. We were staying here as a base while travelling in to Primavera Sound music festival. Having somewhere private where we could relax made our holiday an absolute dream.

Really Lovely Property

Had and amazing stay. Hosts were very helpful with communication all the way up until we reached the villa, they provided surrounding maps and lots of assistance. The villa is in beautiful condition, very peaceful and the pool was clean, the garden was also very nice, we found ourselves not really leaving the property much at all. I would highly recommend the location of this villa to anyone visiting for the F1. We managed to avoid all traffic and delays. Great Location. Thank you!!
